Nos esperou chegar (mesmo com nosso atraso) e com muito cuidado e atenção, nos apresentou um mapa de Roma fazendo recomendações de lugares e como chegar até eles, tudo muito elucidativo, o que nos ajudou a definir melhor nosso roteiro. O quarto é espaçoso (estávamos com 4 malas), exatamente como vimos nas fotos, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro com instalações novas, e o melhor: tudo muito limpo! Amamos nossa estadia! A única coisa que não gostamos muito é que por ser bem perto de Termini, a região não é muito bonita. Só isso!

La comunicación con Roberto es super rapida y clara. El alojamiento esta perfectamente ubicada cerca de todo. Habitación amplia y limpia. Por momento no tuve buena conexión de wifi. No es grave, pero si que por momentos se me dificultaba conseguir conectarme.

В итоге жить не стали, хозяин номера согласился вернуть стоимость удержав за один день. Наверно только за это плюс данным аппартаментам

Quarto simples mas muito confortável, limpeza diária e cuidada, localização excelente para quem gosta de um local um pouco longe da confusão, mas com excelentes acessos ao centro. Pressão e temperatura da água do chuveiro óptimas! Bom isolamento acústico. Apesar de não ter pequeno-almoço, disponibilizam água, café, chá e frigorífico. Um local a voltar sem dúvida! Grazzie 🙂

- Pierre (9/5): Excellent et confortable emplacement pour découvrir Rome ! - Une chambre particulièrement confortable, spacieuse et agréable, idéalement située près de la Basilique Saint Marie Majeure, non loin de la grande gare ferrovaire Termini (7-8 minutes à pied) accessible depuis l'aéroport Rome-Fiumicino par bus et train (quai 24). A signaler également la proximité d'une excellente tratorria (Tratorria Monti, Via San Vito) que je recommande. Accueil sympathique et très professionnel de l'hôte Roberto (qui vit dans le même immeuble et parle un anglais parfait tout en se débrouillant plutôt bien en français). Avons toutefois rencontré un petit problème d'eau chaude au début de notre séjour que Roberto a eu à coeur de faire réparer au plus vite en s'excusant. Accès sécurisé à la chambre (Roberto vous transmet une petite vidéo très bien faite avant votre séjour pour vous indiquer comment accéder à votre chambre en toute autonomie et sécurité). Le ménage, impeccable, est fait tous les jours et les serviettes et draps renouvelés tous les deux jours (mieux qu'à l'hôtel). Des plans touristiques du centre historique sont mis gratuitement à votre disposition (nous en avons bien consommé 3 ou 4 !) et Roberto peut vous renseigner utilement dans votre programme de visites. Dispositif de tri des déchets à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Seul petit bémol. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur la Via Carlo Alberto qui est une avenue pavée à forte circulation. Prévoir éventuellement des bouchons d'oreille si vous êtes sensible au bruit d'extérieur. Personnellement, cela ne m'a pas vraiment gêné.

Brindó las indicaciones muy claras y estuvo presente en el check-in para brindar soporte. La ubicación es accesible y conectada con varios lugares, se puede llegar caminando al Coliseo y la estación Termini. La habitación muy limpia y ordenada, equipada con todo lo necesario. El edificio es accesible por ascensor. El acceso es en un edificio antiguo y la vista interna no es muy agradable, pero ya dentro de la habitación todo estuvo perfecto.

- FuzzyFazey (9/5): Super Location - In an ideal location as only 3 minute walk from the rail station -Termini- and 10 mins walk to the Colosseum and most of the other historic sites. Amidst lots of restaurants and bars. There being a large Supermarket on the corner of the road is handy. The shower cubicle is too small and one ends up knocking against the sides. A suggestion would be to get rid of the bidet and use that extra space for a bigger and more comfortable shower

The bathroom needs an steam extractor or something like that cause stays humid after shower, the drain of the shower was a little bit clogged also, but far from that we loved to be there, there are always fresh water and coffee as courtesy, the beds are clean and comfy and Roberto is a really nice host, the place is also close to Termini, metro Vittorio Emanuele that takes you to Vatican City and Fontana di Trevi and also 10 minutes walking to Coliseum. You need to know that the place is a 4th floor and there are another hotels in the same building (that’s normal in Rome) just follow Google Maps and check out the correct address. And again, Roberto will make your stay easy and nice.

- Jarosław (9/5): - Lokalizacja idealna, czerwona i niebieska linia metra jak i dworzec kolejowy 300 metrów od obiektu. Wszystkie ważne zabytki Rzymu w okolicy, około 20 minut spacerem do Koloseum i Forum Romanum, Panteon, Fontanna di Trevi, Schody Hiszpańskie trochę dalej, ale także w zasięgu zwiedzania na piechotę, do Watykanu już jechaliśmy metrem, sami pewnie zwiedzalibyśmy wszystko na nogach, ale z 4 letnim dzieckiem nie do końca jest to możliwe. Dodatkowo także niebieską linią metra oraz pociągiem dojedziemy do miejscowości Lido nad morze Tyrreńskie. W okolicy jak to w Rzymie mnóstwo kawiarni oraz restauracji, około 150m od zakwaterowania spory market spożywczy. Pokoik schludny, czysty, codzienne sprzątanie, łatwy dostęp, codziennie 2 duże szklane butelki wody, pokój miał wszystko co potrzebne na przebywanie nocą i wieczorem. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemowy, właściwie nie mieliśmy przyjemności się zobaczyć, ale poprzez whatsupa wszystko dokładnie zostało wyjaśnione jak się samemu zakwaterować, akurat dnia którego pojawiliśmy się w Rzymie właściciela obiektu nie było na miejscu. Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Nie było nic takiego.

- Milena (9/5): Una estancia maravillosa - La ubicación, la comodidad, la amplitud de la habitación, la amabilidad y comunicación con Roberto. Tienes tetera, nevera, agua, te y café, limpian la habitación a diario si uno lo requiere (nosotros no lo utilizamos). Tiene a demás de un sofá enorme, un escritorio para trabajar. 100% recomendable y sin duda, si volvemos a Roma, será nuestro lugar. Hay un baño de servicio que huele un poco (pero en la habitación no se siente), en el baño de nuestra habitación se generaba un poco de humedad en el techo (manchitas negras)

- QI (10/5): - Proche du métro, de la gare. Facile de se rendre aux lieu touristiques à pied ou via le métro. C'est pratique aussi pour arrivé/départ en train ou en avions.De nombreux cafés, restaurants se trouvent à côté mais le lieu est calme. La chambre est comfortable, spacious, chaleureux. Lit confortable et assez large. Une vraie table avec 2 chaises. Le WIFI a bien fonctionné sauf pour une nuit. La douche/WC sont propres. Il y a les prises USB pour charger les téléphones au niveau des chevets. C'est très pratique. Une grande fênetre avec un petit balcon. Les restaurants recommandés par le gérant sont tous très bien.

- MYRTO (7/5): Ωραίο δωμάτιο αλλά όχι η πιο ασφαλής περιοχή - Ωραίο δωμάτιο, καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν κεντρική αλλά όχι από τις τόσο «καλές» ή ασφαλείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ειρωνικός σχετικά με το γεγονός ότι μας άλλαξαν την ώρα πτήσης και ξέχασα να τον ενημερώσω, ενώ εκείνος δεν έστειλε καμία υπενθύμιση ή ειδοποίηση τις προηγούμενες ημέρες πριν την άφιξη μας. Μου είπε να ακυρώσω το δωμάτιο και να μείνω κάπου αλλού σε αρχική επικοινωνία μας επειδή ρώτησα αν θα υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά (που νόμιζα ότι θα είναι σε χωριστά σημεία του δωματίου όπως είχα δει από κάποιες φωτογραφίες) και είχα ανησυχήσει καθώς ταξίδευα με το αγόρι μου για τα γενέθλια του. Αντί να απαντήσει ευγενικά και ψύχραιμα και να μου εξηγήσει, μου είπε να ακυρώσω το δωμάτιο κάτι που μου φάνηκε πολύ στενάχωρο ενώ εγώ απλά του είπα ότι πρέπει να ξέρω επειγόντως για το κρεβάτι καθώς δεν ήθελα να κοιμηθώ ξεχωριστά με τον σύντροφο μου και είχα επιλέξει την επιλογή διπλού κρεβατιού κατά την κράτηση. Όσον αναφορά το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση.
- NIKOS (9/5): - Άνεση χώρου, κρεβάτι, μπάνιο, καθαριότητα, υποδοχή από τον οικοδεσπότη. Κοντά στο μετρό και το τρένο για αεροδρόμιο.
- WILLIAMS (10/5): ¡El mejor alojamiento de nuestro tour de 30 días por Italia! - Me alojé aquí 4 noches con mi esposa y la experiencia superó todas las expectativas. De las 28 ciudades que visitamos en Italia, este fue sin duda el mejor lugar. Lo mejor fue la atención de Roberto; no solo nos permitió entrar antes de la hora del check-in (un gran alivio al llegar), sino que se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos con detalle dónde ir y cómo movernos por Roma. La habitación es perfecta: limpieza impecable con cambio de toallas diario, detalles de cortesía como agua y café, y jabón líquido en el baño. Para nosotros fue vital la conexión a internet de alta velocidad (700 mbps) porque a veces necesitaba conectarme por temas laborales, algo difícil de encontrar. Y como broche de oro: el balcón con vista a Santa María Maggiore. ¡Volveremos sin duda! No hubo nada que no nos gustara
- Elena (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение - в самом центре, близко от трех станций метро, автобусной остановки, ж/д вокзала, легко и быстро можно добраться до основных достопримечательностей, рядом есть супермаркет и различные кафе. Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин Роберто, в частности, при выезде пошел навстречу - позволил оставить вещи в отеле дополнительно на несколько часов и помог вызвать такси, для чего ему нужно было специально приезжать. Номер уютный, чистый, удобная кровать, убирались каждый день. Также был чайник, холодильник и телевизор. У нас окна выходили во двор, поэтому в номере было очень тихо. Однозначно рекомендую.
- Mei (10/5): Great stay! - Very convenient location, proximity to Roma Termini. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Roberto was a helpful host. Quadruple room was spacious for the four of us.
- IULIIA (5/5): - Хорошее расположение, рядом с вокзалом, достаточно новый с виду номер. Номер, который мне предложили, оказался жутко пропавший табаком. С учётом, что я не курю и не переношу этот запах, это была пытка. Я не обратила внимание при заселении, так как окна в комнате были открыты, видимо, это было сделано намерено. Позднее, когда я вернулась с прогулки, я поняла, что запах стоит ужасный. Пахло и в ванной, и в комнате. За такую стоимость получить такой "сюрприз" это ужасно! Я вынуждена была спать с открытым окном и слушать всю ночь шум улицы, чтобы не задохнуться! Вся моя одежда пропахла. Это похоже на какое-то мошенничество со стороны персонала, сдавать прокуренный номер почти за 100 евро!
