• Oksana (6/5): - Things started to get weird the moment we arrived. The receptionist refused to take euro coins when we paid in euros and offered to give him the change. We still couldn't figure out what the problem was with the coins, and he couldn't explain it clearly. They put us in a completely different room than the one I booked online. We were put upstairs, with a window and access to the terrace, where breakfast is served early in the morning, and the staff started preparing at 7:00 AM! This is unpleasant for those who don't get up that early and want to rest. There were no chandeliers in the room, just bulbs. It was quite chilly, so we turned on the air conditioner. The breakfast was very basic. Scrambled eggs and one small tomato (very sad)! No one offered us fresh juice, although it had been offered to guests before us, and we had to remind them ourselves. The hotel has a very nice view of the city and location from the top. It's suitable for a one-night stay. I would like to see more attention, interest, and warmth towards your guests. Thank you. There is no hook for the shower head in the bathroom. The room is just light bulbs without chandeliers! There is trash in front of the entrance to the riat; it should be removed.

• Julie (10/5): Delightful - Excellent location, the premises were lovely, and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip? The staff was super friendly and accommodating, helping us arrange a last-minute trip to Akchour falls and serving breakfast half an hour early so we could leave in time.
• Kourtney (10/5): - This was one of our favorite stays during our time in Morocco. It was a beautiful and unique Riad. Very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was so nice and the staff was so great and easy to worth with. We wish we had more nights here!

Está súper bien ubicado en la zona azul y ellos son muy agradables. El desayuno muy bueno y puedes repetir lo que quieras. Lo único malo está relacionado con la cama. La almohada era muy fina y tanto la funda como la sábana estaban tan usadas que tenían cosidos y la almohada de mi pareja no tenía funda.... pero tengo que decir que estaba todo muy limpio

La douche n’a pas de rideau donc on met de l’eau partout Le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement (lit non fait, poubelle non vidée…) Le petit déjeuner ne varie pas donc on mange tous les matins strictement la même chose si on reste plusieurs jours C’est assez sonore

• Chiara (10/5): Accoglienza fantastica: ci sono venuti a prendere alla porta della città e sono stati gentilissimi nel darci informazion - Accoglienza eccellente: il personale ci è venuto a prendere alla porta della città per accompagnarci al Dar. Sono stati molto disponibili nel consigliarci i posti migliori per pranzare e cenare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di lasciare gli zaini in deposito dopo il check-out. Infine, la colazione è stata ricca e servita su una terrazza dalla vista splendida. L'unica piccola pecca riguarda l'orario della colazione: ci era stato indicato l'inizio per le 08:00, ma è stata effettivamente servita verso le 08:45.

• Katie (10/5): Cute bed and breakfast - Lovely cute bed and breakfast located in the heart of chefchaouen. Really nice room which was clean. We were able to drop our bags off early. Breakfast in the morning was served on the roof terrace with a view across chefchaouen to the hills. Excellent value and would definitely recommend (in fact I already have). The entrance is just beyond round a corner from where Google maps puts it. It was really easy to find. We were a family of 3 in a triple and it was spacious and well equipped. Nothing it was great

• Méline (7/5): Un riad parfaitement situé pour visiter Chefchaouen - Le riad est parfaitement situé et le personnel est très gentil. L'établissement a un certain charme car on a l'impression d'être chez quelqu'un avec une décoration très personnelle et originale. Point bonus pour la terrasse qui a une très belle vue de la ville, c'est agréable d'y prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le lit n'était vraiment pas confortable (beaucoup trop mou) et il y avait beaucoup de bruit (les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien et les portes sont trop légères pour filtrer le bruit du passage dans le couloir).

Petit déjeuner correct. L'accueil était exécrable ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça. Le jeune homme qui nous a reçus, ne nous a même pas dit bonjour et nous a laissé attendre devant la porte avant de venir nous ouvrir, sans s'excuser. Jamais un bonjour, ni un au revoir. Les chambres sont très sommaires, confort minimum. Salle de bains en mauvais état, pas fidèle aux photos booking. La terrasse est petite, les photos booking encore une fois sont trompeuses.

Nos tenía que ayudar gente que pasaba por la calle. (Vengo de otros riads que te acompañan incluso hasta el taxi) No hacen la habitación, solo cuando llegas. El segundo dia no teníamos papel higiénico. La habitación huele horrorosamente mal a tubería. El desayuno bien, pero hay algo que llama la atención y es que hay puesto de naranjas y zumos de naranjas buenísimos por todo el pueblo y EL ZUMO DE NARANJA DEL DESAYUNO ES DE TETABRIK. INCOMPRENSIBLE. Esta en obras huele mucho a pintura y polvos por todos sitios. Y si quieres descansar no es tu lugar, se oye absolutamente todo. Esta muy lejos en calidad precio a otros Riads. Recomendación en Tetuan Dar Rehla!!
• Agnieszka (10/5): - Hotel precioso, tranquilo y muy limpio. El patio andaluz de la entrada es muy bonito y sorprende en cuanto entras. La terraza es inmejorable, con unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad, y desayunar allí es una maravilla. El desayuno, típico, muy rico, con mucha variedad y además incluido en el precio. El personal es muy atento y amable, y además tenían mantas por si se necesitaban. Una estancia perfecta En una de las habitaciones no había agua caliente y el problema no se solucionó. Además, es difícil llegar; si no fuera por los chicos que ayudan con las maletas, habría sido muy complicado encontrarlo. Deberían mejorar las indicaciones en Google.

• Lorena (9/5): Perfecto para un par de días - La terraza y el desayuno son buenísimos. La habitación tenía su propio calentador de agua. Cama cómoda y ubicación genial. La habitación que nos tocó era perfecta menos porque tiene la entrada directamente desde el patio de recepción, así como un par de las ventanas (que se cierran completamente con contraventanas), pero se oye todo en ambos sentidos, así que le resta bastante intimidad. Eso sí, a las 00h se cierra todo y no hay más ruidos.

Están en obras pues ha cambiado de dueños

• Daria (1/5): - Отель легко найти. Грязноватый номер, единственное место в Марокко, где ходили в резиновых тапочках и в обуви, все плиточные то ли в грязи, то ли в плесени, склизкие. Стены выкрашены прям по черной плесени. В душе съёмная лейка была оторвана, а несъёмная едва держалась, вода текла тонкой струйкой на пол - мыться было крайне неудобно. Все в номере уставшее, столик шатался (даже косметику положить было страшно), все окна в щелях, толком не закрывались (как окна на улицу, так и окна внутрь риада), на одном из окон во внутреннюю часть не было шторы. Завтракать там придется именно на террасе вне зависимости от погоды. Подушки отвратительные - один сплошной комок, такие только на свалку. За сдачей пришлось побегать - видимо, персонал посчитал, что это будет "на чай" за то, что выдали ключи. Съехали на сутки раньше в итоге, деньги за непрожитое время, конечно же, никто не вернул.
