Guest Reviews
- Jean (6/5): - Air conditioner not repaired
No tea towels
Tea & coffee not topped up each day
No bottled water provided
No drinking glasses in apartment
Shower curtain not fixed/rehung
- Rosemary (6/5): - It was alright
- Chris (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): Long Term Stay Option in POM. - Long term stay during work in POM. Serviceable efficiency apartment in quiet neighborhood. Some corners a bit worn, bit still good deal for the money.
- Vitoula (8/5): Noisy, Smokey venue with lovely staff. - Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Wifi did not work for my entire stay, ie 4 nights. No hot water until I enquired. Toilet leaked at base. Room and bed comfortable but worn out furniture. Fridge missed a leg so was unbalanced. Housekeeping standards lacking: floor not cleaned, no tea towel for self contained service until asked, scourer had pubic hair and was cut in half and pre-used...like years...and replaced with another old one. No hand towel for bathroom.
- AKora (8/5): Nice quiet setting - We spent a week here in a studio apartment. The rooms are clean. Has a kitchenette for your convenience. We opted for this place because of its kitchenette service. No need to spend so much money on takeaways and dining out. And the price is reasonable and kind to your budget for a quality room.
- Roman (8/5): Decent price for Port Moresby - A well priced room for generally overpriced Port Moresby. The reception staff promptly rebooted the Wi-Fi several times during interruptions and the only meal I ordered from a nearby restaurant was delivered quickly despite heavy rain. The incessant rain however meant cold showers as many geysers in town are powered by solar panels only.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious efficiency apartment; nothing fancy - Affordable place to stay by Port Moresby standards. Wifi could be stronger. Pleasant staff. Quite area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient less expensive place in POM - Nice room, space to move around, with kitchen and basic cooking utensils. Not noisy area, but nothing really near by. good to have assured local transport. internet works for email but most of the time not really for accessing the web.
- Cal (8/5): Convenient, pleasant hotel with fantastic staff. - Free pick up and drop off from airport. Hotel arranged rides to downtown and provided a member of the staff to accompany me to the Nature Park, University, National Museum and the Parliament Building. Another member of the staff accompanied me twice to Koki to take pictures of the children.
- Peter (6/5): Basic hotel in a suburb - Waited a longtime 1hr plus for pluck up from airport. A basic facility squeezed into a suburban setting where one did not feel safe to venture outside the property.
Evening meal of fish &chips was good. Breakfast toast had been made for a long time and was cold.
I would probably not use this place again. Personnel were helpful and polite.
- DJ (8/5): Peaceful place to stay in POM - Beautiful room...peaceful, fully equipped, clean and cool. The staff was helpful and professional.
Only glitch was getting the shuttle at the airport-be sure to call as soon as you arrive, and let them know whether you are at the domestic or international terminals. Driver was careful and helpful...and ready to go early the next morning, as we had planned!
I'd stay there again in a heartbeat...the price was excellent!
- Jayl (4/5): Not easy - Picked up from the airport after 2 hours and room had mosquitos.they did not have spray, I had to buy my own 4hours after requesting transport.
Sorry not that one maybe the sister places😕
- Victor (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean and beautiful. There are full facilities like dryer, washing machine, pots cooker, etc. Pretty good pricing and nice apartment to stay in.
- PHILLIP N ALICE (10/5): GREAT STAFF - THE WIFI DID NOT WORK, SO TWICE THE MANAGER CAME TO OUR ROOM TO TRY TO HELP. LATER TOOK US TO ANOTHER TO GET US ONLINE.
HOTEL HAS A VAN SERVICE, AND DRIVER RICHARD WENT WAY OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET US AROUND. ONCE STAYING 2 HOURS LATE TO DO SO!
