- ABDUR (3/5): - Beach was nice. Employee were quick to respond. Airconditioning was making so much noise. They should change it. Shower stopped working as if it is a third world country hotel. Pilow cover was made out of low quality synthatic meterial . At night so much light comes in the room- you can not get sound sleep. This hotel needs to be renovated.

They charge you for parking once you get here it's only $10 a day but still I've never had anybody charge me for parking at a hotel before but even after that it's still a very good value

- anna (7/5): Pobyt ok ale mógł być jeszcze lepszy… - Dobra lokalizacja. Duży, przestronny apartament z oddzielną kuchnią. Mimo zapewnień o codziennym sprzątaniu (potwierdzenie na maila), pierwsze i zarazem ostatnie! sprzątanie na siłę ( po przypomnieniu się i po godz. 17-ej ), trwające kilka minut poprzez wymianę pościeli, wymianę ręczników i wyrzuceniu śmieci. Podłoga brudna już na wejściu od przyjazdu ( brudne stopy, skarpetki…) Łóżko duże ale niezbyt wygodne bo bardzo miękki materac. Miałam wrażenie, że śpimy na łóżku wodnym.

On site restaurant was excellent but a bit overpriced. The hot tubs and heated pools were good. Superb staff. All of the pools should be heated. The room was kind of small, no dresser for storage and both sides of the bed should have end tables. Would be very easy to add a dresser unit at the foot of the bed under the tv for more clothes storage. Hot water was iffy.

- Juliana (7/5): Não é um resort, não valeu a pena - Gostei da cama, travesseiros, tamanho do quarto. Não tem nada a ver com resort no Brasil. Quando cheguei, havia apenas uma pessoa na recepção, ela cuidava de tudo. Deu problema em uma chave, ela pediu pra todos sairem da recepção, trancou a porta, foi resolver o problema e todos ficaram esperando atendimento. Um casal muito idoso tendo que carregar malas escada acima porque não tinha ninguém. Ela foi incrível tentando resolver tudo sozinha, mas achei absurdo não ter mais um funcionário com ela. A propriedade, na verdade, são vários prédios em quarteirões diferentes, e eles permitem que você use as piscinas de blocos diferentes do seu… isso é o motivo de pagar taxa de resort. Não tem serviço de praia. Só te idão uma toalha. Foi confortável, mas muito afastado de tudo, e não era resort de jeito nenhum

- Duwaun (8/5): The one bedroom suite is a must! - I needed a room with a full fridge and freezer. Jazzmen made sure she secured my request fast and efficiently. The room was an updated one bedroom suite and super comfortable. Jazzmen gave us great customer service and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hot water stopped working but the staff quickly switched guest to another property next door.

Esto no tiene relación con el hotel, la zona es muy bonita pero no tiene comercios cerca, para cualquier compra elemental hay que viajar +1km

Two pools. The equipment at the pools is old and has to be replaced. There is a little bit of noise because of the insulation and when people upstairs walk in the room.

- Jennifer (6/5): For the price we paid, not worth it. Best for spring break college kids - Hotel is in a great location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. It is very outdated and it seems like a lot of corners may have been cut when the interior was completed. The air conditioner is very loud, the unit could have been cleaned better, no cable tv, and the beds seemed to just be on iron type bed frames. We were there during spring break time so maybe that was why the price was so high.
- Margaret (5/5): Was a bed to lie in but wouldn’t stay there again. - Locality and friend staff It definitely wouldn’t qualify as a four star hotel. Wasn’t the cleanest and that goes for inside and pools. There was a fridge and microwave in our room but no kettle or cups or utencils. The on premises restaurant was nice but very overpriced.

- Warren (9/5): I enjoyed the area and the clean room and I was very impressed by how helpful the staff were! - It was very nice and cozy. The location was very pleasant ! The hot tub and pool were all very clean and comfortable!
