• Honey Win (4/5): Good location, but cleanliness is unacceptable and Unhygienic - Very close to Airport, spacious room and staffs are friendly had a very disappointing experience, especially regarding hygiene. The hair dryer was covered in mold, the shower tap also had visible mold, and the sink had very slow drainage with a leaking pipe underneath. These issues made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. I did ask the staff if I could move to a better room, but the alternative they showed me was in a very similar condition, so there was no real improvement. As I was travelling with my baby and not feeling well, I didn’t have the energy to pursue the matter further. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Кружки для детей, а не для взрослых .Разовых тапок нет.стоят сланцы общего пользования-не гигиенично. Гель для душа -срвсем крохотный разовый пакетик. Можно только лицо намылить

• Barbara (7/5): Quiet, comfortable stay adjacent to the airport. - The hotel is a little tired, but perfectly fine for spending the night before a midday flight. I booked a room overlooking the lovely pool area, and enjoyed the quiet, leafy grounds surrounding it. The free shuttle to the airport the next day was very useful, and made getting there stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was only coffee in the room. Luckily, I'd packed my own tea. Breakfast was fairly spartan and, unusually for Myanmar hotels, there was no English translation of the dishes on offer. Perhaps they don't get many foreign guests. My main gripe, however, is that the WiFi didn't work. If I'd been staying there longer than one night, I would have tried to get it sorted out.

• Bithi (6/5): Free airport shuttle service - The best feature is the free airport shuttle service available every hour, with the airport just 3-5 minutes away. There is a 24/7 dining room, complimentary breakfast, a quiet property compound, and a swimming pool. The staff are helpful and cordial. There were mosquitoes, and the furniture and amenities were old and worn out. This place is better suited for emergencies staying for one or two nights.

I've stayed in the same pool side room many times. Needs maintenance now more than ever. Albeit rooms are old, still needs maintaining. Shower curtain riddled with mould. Leaking butt gun, dirty fridge, broken dirty telephone, dirty curtains, no teaspoon for coffee, dirty mirror. These are easy issues to fix. Please do as I really enjoy the place. thank you.
