Pooneh (6/5): - Pros: kind, and responsible, though barely English spoken staff, room comfort. Cons: amenities, shabby furniture, transportation, entertainment, No actual nightclub. Food and beverages we booked a sea view room, but we got a wall view room (partially sea view was a better description). Restaurants were not free!
Malcolm (10/5): Great Holiday - An excellent 5 star experience for our 2 birthdays. Covid precautions impressive. Staff very friendly. Quality of food,choice,variety and presentation superb. We have stayed at quite a few 5 star all inclusive hotels in the Side area, this hotel is one of the best for us. No complaints. Will probably return next spring.
