Deniz 2 gün boyunca çok güzeldi ama üçüncü gün çöp doluydu anlam veremedik. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, bizi çok memnun etti. En büyük eksisi hemen her akşam geç saatlere kadar kına ve düğün olmasıydı. Gerçekten rahatsız edici oldu.

• Angela (8/5): Nice beach location - Nice location and staff friendly. Room views were fantastic but decor required attention as chipped walls and light in shower would go off and on. Breakfast was really nice and a great selection. Overall it was nice and i would consider booking again.

• sweet4 (2/5): Dont wast your money. - We booked through Booking.com, the photos of this hotel looked lovely, they really have to stop putting up deceptive photos. Immediately entering the hotel, i felt like crying, it was like walking into the 1930's, everything is dated, the lift has two doors and just enough for maybe 3 people, i knew as soon as i saw the foyer, i had to contact Booking.com, and i did, and i am going to get a very large phone bill, due to the length of time trying to contact them. The room we were allocated, was not the room we paid for, we were told they did not have availability, found ourselves another hotel, and checked out, we were told , the hotel will refund us, still waiting on that, and we got charged one night stay, we only stayed a few hours.

• baibagoldberga (8/5): Great location! Use potential! - One of the best things is that hotel is located on seaside very close to the sealine. Very spacious and has a lots cozy places to sit and enjoy the view. Good size rooms with all the essentials in it. Price for the night is great! Shame we didn’t experience Turkish hospitality as on the weekend there was a wedding and stuff was busy with that. Cleaning process could improve all the round hotel, and maybe window cleaning could be included in process as it opens such a nice view to the beach.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I paid for a non-smoking ocean view room and got the opposite. our shower towels smelled like smoke and we only have one cover on our bed so to be under the cover we had to lay on top of a rubber mat that was very uncomfortable and stuck to our skin.

Tek sıkıntılı tarafı akşamları düğün olmasıydı camların yalıtımı iyi olmadığı için siz de odadan düğüne eşlik ediyosunuz 😂 onun haricinde çalışanların ilgi alakası yaklaşımları çok güzeldi yine tatile gideceğimiz zaman önceliğimiz burası olacak. • Abdullah (8/5): a cosy hotel in Mersin - The stay was good and the location is very nice as we chose this specific hotel for its location near my aunts house as we were visiting them the rooms were nice facing the sea and the east so the sunrise is something worth waking for the breakfast was buffet style and different dishes were served all in all a pleasent stay indeed
• davidgE3017ZV (2/5): Wedding - My fiance and I held a small family wedding here . Upon entering , carrying lots of luggage, we were not offered any help ! Our room was a basic family room .. No decoration or wedding treats were given. The room was very dirty, limescale- coated taps, housekeeping very poor. January is cold in Mersin.. But only a very old and dirty blanket was available to use on the bed.. This hotel is known to cater weddings, so we thought we were in safe hands .. but our experience was horrendous.. with very poor service, very poorly organised and very low standards on Every Aspect !!! For our meal we were offered grilled meat or roasted meat .. We chose roasted, and were offered Slow-Roast Lamb . We received a mediocre Lamb Stew ! Served with undercooked rice and musty vegetables. Tea was included in the price, but never appeared ! No turn- down service/evening cleaning was given and my new bride and I returned to our dire room. At breakfast, the Chefs talents were equally poor.. The worst breakfast I have experienced in Turkey. This hotel should be so good .. It benefits from a great, beach-front location with beautiful views .. But it is run-down, in need of major upgrades and staff changes.

I wonder how this hotel is 4 star rated hotel. It’s a NO star hotel. cleaning staff didn't clean the room when I left the room even though I left a sign asking them to do so . Very rude staff the receptionists are too aggressive Everything stinks 😷 couldn’t sleep on the dirty bed sheets and pillows . I just was trying to find a good thing about this hotel . Everything is horrible even the breakfast. So overpriced , not worth the money we paid. Will never recommend it to anyone or even comeback.
• Adem (8/5): Très bien pour se reposer et profiter en couplé. - Pour l'accueil et le service, le personnel est chaleureux et vous aidera pour tous vos besoins. Il y a un hamam avec un service de massage à la turque dans l'établissement mais je ne l'ai pas testé. La principale attraction pour cette hôtel est son accès facile à la mer, sa proximité avec le centre-ville et son calme pendant la journée car en été quasiment tous les soir il y a un mariage jusqu'à minuit, ça mets de l'ambiance au moins car sinon il n'y a rien à faire le soir dans l'établissement. Le seul bémol c'est la plage qui pourrait être plus propre car mégots de cigarettes, le niveau de l'eau qui monte à 1m50 environ après quelque pas et aussi la qualité du sable qui est un mélange de pierre sable.

Natozaunbegrenzung mit Stacheldraht und Soldatenschild direkt neben dem Strand der Klein ist . Juckreiz und Ausschlag nach einer Nacht. Wieso wird ein Stundenhotel angeboten? Hotelpersonal war sehr Nett hat aber das Dreckige Zimmer auch nicht für die Gäste vorbereitet.

Towels and bed covers were not clean not the bathroom, the whole hotel were smelling very bad, even it's winter and not the season.

• Robby500 (10/5): Great service! - We loved this hotel! The service this hotel provided even though understaffed was great. We hostee our wedding there and flew in guest from all over the world to celebrate with us. This place is super famous aparently because there is a wedding almost every night! There is a great terras and the beach is available for ceremonies, right at the sea. The hallways are a little bit '70's' but the rooms are nicely updated and modern. Great airco and lovely views on the sea! Cannot stress how happy we were with the service as provided! Special thanks to mr Nezi!

Colazione a buffet tipicamente turca con una scelta grandissima. Gli interni e l’arredamenti sono un pò vecchi ma il prezzo è assolutamente ottimo, quindi adeguato.

Breakfast need to be much improved, parking is crowded every night for wedding. in General the hotel is good for staying, and swimming. also close to the city center without staying in middle of the busy city center. Price is good comparing to other hotels location and access to beach.
• LEVENT (8/5): Ortalama - Otelin eski bir otel olduğunu bilerek gittik. Olumsuz bazı yorumlar okuduk ama korktuğumuz gibi değildi. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için denize sıfır konumu dolayısıyla tercih edilebilir. Sabah kahvaltısında Mersin gibi bir yerde taze meyve suyu yerine hazır toz karışım kullanılması hoş değildi.

• Recep (2/5): Her yönüyle kötü bir otel - Otelimiz deniz kenarında olmakla birlikte, odalar temiz değil ve çok pis, üstelik odadaki sigara kokusu çok rahatsız ediyor. Tabii bir de otelin üst katındaki barda sabaha kadar canlı müzik var ve müziğin tüm gürültüsü odanızda, bu gürültüde uyumak mümkün değil.

• T8862SNfionab (6/5): Nice location - Great location. Easy to forget you are in the middle of a huge city as you watch the waves roll in on the beach. The hotel seems to do a lot of weddings but it wasnt something that bothered us or affected our stay. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest unfortunately and could really do with a good clean. The doors from the other rooms could be heard slamming at all hours. The staff were friendly and polite. All in all not a bad hotel but could be better after a clean up.
• Sonya (2/5): Je ne recommande PAS cet hôtel!!! - İl y avait une réception de mariage lors de notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant 2h00 du matin. Lorsque je me suis plaint, le manager ne s'est pas excusé. Ça ne l'a aps dérangé! İl m'a demandé ce que je voulais!!! De plus, la plage est privée, mais la mer est pleine de roches. Je conseille d'aller vers la plage de Soli, environ un km de l'hôtel. La mer est pleine de sable fin! Bref! Je ne recommande PAS cet hôtel!!!
• eleniko81 (2/5): Should be a no star hotel - I wonder how this hotel is 4 star rated hotel. Everything is stinking old in the hotel. Room decorations are way too old. Staff if not great, they threw away my cosmetic stuff in my room which were running low thinking that they were finished. It is not upto their decision to throw away my things! In the bathroom there are cheapest ever rubbish plastic bins. This hotel may be considered nice 30 years ago. It has a beach which is very dirty. They dont have iron service. Not a nice place to stay.
• Salem (10/5): Very nice hotel right on the sea shore - Very nice hotel right on the sea shore, rooms are very clean, immediat service, nice lobby, beautiful dining room. Free breakfast of nice varieties. Lots of friutes. Actually the breakfast area with food and staff deserve more than five stars. I will have the same hotel on my next trip.

• RashadHo (2/5): Dirty and unfriendly staff - I spent 2 days in marti hotel, room was dirty, old furniture, bathroom had dark spots all over staff mostly didn't speak English, cleaning staff didn't clean the room when I left the room even though I left a sign asking them to do so, but them took the breakfast tray. Overall very bad and I recommend any other hotel in Mersin
• 219zainae (8/5): Compared to Mersin it's the best - I stayed in this hotel more than 10 times in the last 2 years. I have been in better hotels in terms of services, breakfast, room's decoration and space. But compared to the other hotels I visited and seen in Mersin, this is the best, and it has it's own small beach space. If u want to be close to the city, this is the best option. If u can go further u can find better ones.
• fanfan2008 (8/5): Good value but too noisy when they have weddings, and they often do. - I spent 2 night in this hotel which is situated at about 8 km from the city center. There is nothing to see around. The beach is ok, not big, but clean. My room with a view on the see has a little balcony. It's clean and comfortable. Television has no foreign channels. The bathroom has all one can need and the towels have been changed today though I arrived yesterday. The breakfast buffet was nice, eggs, börek, all kinds of cheese, salad, tomatoes and cucumbers olives, different kind of breads.... The only problem is that they organize weddings, quite often here, and then, it's noisy with loud music and there is nothing they will do to keep it down. When I came back to the hotel last night, the parking was full from the wedding. I had to explain I was staying at the hotel to be allowed to get in. In fact, I had the feeling that their priority was the wedding and not every single customers of the hotel. So, if you want to stay here, take ears plugs and don't forget a mosquito repellent as there are no nets at the windows.
• Erinchhh (8/5): Clean hotel, spacy rooms - The hotel is located very near to the seaside, it has an own beach you can swim. Rooms are spacy, has one double and one single room and a balcony. It's a clean hotel, we had no problem about cleanliness or safety during our stay. It's not located inside Mersin but if you have a car it's about 15 minutes to the city centre. Beach has thin sand, which is good for children. Breakfast (open-buffet) is also very good, has lots of choices. Hotel has two drawbacks (which were minor for us). One is, if there is a wedding organization in the hotel, there is some noice due to music, which is high occasionally. Rooms at higher levels may hear the music less, we were at 2nd floor and we heard it, but we were too tired so we afforded to sleep. Second drawback is elevator, which is strange. You have to walk about 10 steps after getting off from elevator,since elevator levels are located in the middle of two levels :) Staff was also helpful. As a result, I strongly recommend the hotel for a short stay in Mersin.

Rooms quite contemporary very clean, bath rooms are beautiful and neat, breakfast which is free is so rich, staff is very friendly and willing to help, I would recommend that they employ more people who can speak English. Over all for the price I paid, it's more than excellent!
