His professionalism made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The breakfast staff also deserve special recognition for their friendliness, attentiveness, and excellent service. They ensured everything was well-prepared and maintained, making each morning a pleasant start to the day. The check-out process was seamless and efficient, thanks to Umimaima, who handled everything quickly and with great courtesy. - Mario (4/5): Decepcionante - En principio, la ubicación. Es muy céntrico si estás en Túnez por negocios. Eso sí, tienes que tener vehículo Me ofrecieron una habitación que nada más entrar olía fuertemente a tabaco, así como todo el pasillo. Inmediatamente bajé a cambiarla. El supuesto parking era aparcarlo en la calle estrecha si es que encontrabas sitio. Posteriormente, en la habitación: algo desvencijada, decoración oscura, la televisión no iba bien, había una botella de cristal con agua vacía y dos vasos. Para acceder al sanitario casi tenías que desmontar la puerta. Y bueno, el enorme espejo enfrente de la cama, parecía que tuviera otro uso que la simple estancia.

- sebastien (5/5): - La qualité de la chambre. Impossible de dormir avant minuit car la musique du lounge bar au 6 ème est beaucoup trop forte et quand il y a une chanteuse c'est encore pire. J'ai pourtant changé de chambre 2 fois mais rien à faire. Dommage car la qualité et le personnel sont très biens.
