- luc (8/5): Sympathique hôtel familial. - Personnel agréable et disponible pour la clientèle. Nombreux emplacements de parking devant l'hôtel. Buffet de petit déjeuner varié. L'ascenseur : il est très lent et ne monte qu'au 1er alors que plusieurs chambres sont au 2e étage.

Todo superó nuestras expectativas: la cálida bienvenida, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la atención al detalle. Se nota el cuidado y esfuerzo del equipo por hacer que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. No tomamos desayuno, pero busque un café y pude ver el buffet y era muy variado. El acceso al Hotel es facil, cuenta con estacionamiento exterior. Excelente ubicación. Muy recomendable, ¡y estaremos encantadas de volver! 0

- Enric (5/5): Bien pero intentar tratar con Marine siempre que os sea posible - El hotel en si no esta mal A raíz de un incidente que tuvimos ya que se nos acuso (a través de la entrega de una nota muy desagradable) sin razón de haber dejado a nuestra mascota sola todo el día en la habitación cosa que no era cierto ya que estuvo con nosotros en todo momento, y otras cosas desagradables como haber ensuciado toallas y moqueta así como que la habitación olía mal culpando a la mascota de ello, todo esto es por el comentario que le había hecho la persona que limpiaba las habitaciones, le invite a que me acompañara el mismo a la habitación para que comprobara por si mismo si era cierto lo que nos indicaba en la nota cosa que se negó en rotundo alegando que no podía dejar la recepción sola, nos sentimos humillados por ello y así se lo hicimos saber, nos había entregado dicha nota sin haber comprobado realmente la traducción , le hecho la culpa al traductor de google, a raíz de nuestras protestas esta persona dejo de querer atendernos, mas tarde se nos dijo que había sido culpa suya (del Hotel) por no haber comprobado lo que les había dicho la camarera, Marine que si supo estar a la altura nos pidió disculpas encarecidamente en varias ocasiones reconociendo que había sido un gran malentendido por no comprobar la información que les habían dado, peor el daño ya estaba hecho

- Philippe (10/5): - hôtel fort agréable et au calme. bien situé pour visiter la région autour de Rocamadour. petit déjeuner buffet copieux et frais. personnel disponible et accueillant. chambre confortable et très propre. parking extérieur gratuit. nous avons cependant eu une nuit désagréable du fait de pensionnaires indélicats qui ont enlevé leur détecteur de fumée en chambre, ce qui a déclenché l'alarme incendie à 1h30 ! le personnel a été très professionnel restant aimable avec ces individus qui eux ne l'étaient pas ! nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.

Supposedly great dining there although we did not eat there (we noted "locals" had travelled to the restaurant from afar). Great poolside facilities & overall service. Clean & comfortable room. Would gladly stay there again (although not so taken by the local town!) Gramat town did not endeer itself too us. Very quiet on a Friday night in July, no real atmosphere anywhere (except in our hotel!)

Stairs quite steep, there is a lift to the 1st floor only, suppose because it is an older building. Food very good, beautifully presented & great flavours. Our bugbear was the flies in the buffet area & restaurant at breakfast- maybe this was weather related as it had very wet then hot. We very much enjoyed our stay
- Cheryl (10/5): An exceptional hotel and restaurant in the heart of an exceptional region. - I have never awarded such a high score to any place I have stayed in many years of extensive travels but this family-run hotel deserves every point. From the spacious, well-equipped and superbly comfortable bedroom to a thoughtfully-designed bathroom with large walk-in shower, it was by far the most pleasing stay in a long time. The decor throughout was modern and interesting. The dinner and breakfast were of exceptional standard. The staff/owners were welcoming and made guests feel as though nothing was too much trouble. The spectacular Gouffre de Padirac is not far, along with the other many delights of the region. It would be a hard person who could find fault with this place. Everything perfect.

I arrived late evening and my wife was able to notify them of approximate time of arrival and I was given clear instructions and was greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Room was generously sized with a large comfortable bed (firm matress). Great to have a sofa to sit and relax too. The area was peaceful and quiet ensuring a great nights sleep. Continental breakfast was basic but great quality; fresh croissants were delicious. As I was visiting on business I ate in restaurant for evening meal and great choice on menu and food was to a very high standard. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. Nothing.

La,chambre, bien qu’un peu petite pour 3 était refaite à neuf. Literie de très bonne qualité,,clim, salle de bain impeccable (un petit bémol pour la hauteur sous plafond sous la douche(toit en pente). Nous avons pris le repas du soir à l’hôtel, c’était très bien pour un prix raisonnable. Nous sommes très satisfait.

- Andrew (10/5): - A fabulous hotel just a short walk to the centre of Gramat. The rooms were impeccably clean and very quiet. The restaurant here is absolutely superb! We decided on one of the set evening meals and it was amazing. The restaurant was incredibly busy which is always a good sign. We'll be back for sure!
- Warwick (10/5): Excellent Hotel, Would Use Again & Again. - We stayed here for a friends wedding a few miles out of the town. The room is pretty small, but looking at others on the same floor when they left the doors open for cleaning, it could just be luck of the draw. They've recently been refurbed and they're pretty nice, especially the bathrooms but they were a little cramped. Not that any of the above matters, because where this hotel is really good is it's outside space including a pool and terrace, you won't even spend anytime in the room. The food is absolutely brilliant. The parking is safe and easy after a long drive. It's right opposite the train station if needed, but don't worry, I didn't hear a train once. The staff are supremely helpful, even driving us to the town in their own vehicles free of charge so nobody had wet suits or dresses, excellent. I'd stay here again no question.
- Greg (8/5): - Pleasant, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Chosen for proximity to the train station across the street. Stayed on holiday weekend resulting in hotel restaurant being closed both nights we were there, but found good options in the center of town a moderate hike away. Also, maid service was not performed after our first nite. This did not particularly bother us and we did not report it, but when the owner/manager realized the oversight later in the day, she called us with profuse apologies, had the service completed while we were out for dinner and left a bottle of wine and chocolate in the room.
