• Evgeny (7/5): - Отель на первой линии со своим пляжем, есть лежаки, пляжные полотенца под залог. Есть бассейны взрослый и детский, детская площадка. Хорошие завтраки. Брали люкс, отличный вид на море. Шумоизоляции нет совсем. Кофе на завтрак ужасный, даже не знаю, как описать его вкус((( Номера "смотрят" на соседний отель почти вплотную. Шум из кафе не давал заснуть с открытым окном, а кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. Запах старого жилья.

• Sophie (10/5): Amazing stay, lovely staff! - Everything was really good! The room was spacious and comfortable, with good beds and showers. Everything looked very clean and nicely organized. It has its private beach which is really nice and has decent prices, 2 pools, but still quite close to the center, and with free parking on premises. The area nearby also has lots of good places to eat at walking distance. Wifi was very good everywhere in the hotel, even at the beach. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extra nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and for a very accessible cost it was more than worth it. Recommended and would definitely come back! Not even relevant but if I had to say anything is that the room had very little lighting which was a bit uncomfortable for night time, and there was no soap in the shower.

• TATIANA (9/5): - Самое лучшее расположение в Мармарисе - далеко до шумных баров и отелей близко к гавани, но при этом все еще Citiler, имхо в разы круче Icmeler, если не брать в расчет часть дорогих отелей на горе с собственными пляжами на понтонах, этот кусок лучший. Отель с прекрасным завтракам (реально браво, за неделю не надоело вообще), приемлимым состоянием номера (обновлялся явно недавно), тихо, приятная музыка в ресте по вечерам, свой пляж (условно свой, лежаки бесплатно но ими могут пользоваться за деньги кто угодно, в разгар сезона места себе находили), море отличное, учитывая особенность города (минимум транспортных средств вокруг, есть место где поплавать). Персоналу отдельное спасибо - особенно русскоговорящему сотруднику(це) на ресепшн и повару отеля Есть вопросы по уборке номеров и смене белья, но надо понимать это национальная особенность. И после косметического ремонта (ребята покрасили плитку в ванной, покрасили обои и частично заменили мебель) - взяли и почти полностью перекрыли розетки в номерах. На троих - одна розетка у кровати, вторая в ванной. Две розетки накрепко завешаны зеркалом и одна в шкафу за холодильником - вне зоны досягаемости))))
• Katharina (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und eine schöne, entspannte Zeit verbracht. - Alle Leute waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen lieben Dank an das großartige, herzliche Team! Die Kommunikation via booking war rasch, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer war im 5. Stock mit Ausblick zum Meer, großzügig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, ab Mitternacht war es auch ruhig, da das Hotel nicht direkt in der Partymeile liegt. In 10 Minuten ist man aber bequem zur Fuß dort, wenn man möchte. Der Hotelstrand ist sauber, es gibt immer freie Liegen und das Meer ist fein und sauber. Süßwasser duschen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, reichlich Auswahl und viel frisches Obst. Man kann auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer frühstücken. Der Barbereich mit Shisha Bar ist gemütlich, die Cocktails gut, an den Abenden gibt’s DJ Musik. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm temperiert, die Grünflächen ringsum das Hotel liebevoll gepflegt und gestaltet und schaffen ein schönes Ambiente. Toll ist auch der Kinderspielplatz mit Hängematten, was für Familien sicherlich interessant ist. 24 Stunden Check in und Check out bis 12 ist äußerst angenehm und hat trotz meiner späten Ankunft wegen Flugverspätung (3 Uhr Früh) problemlos geklappt - danke an Mehmet für den freundlichen und lustigen Check in! Alles in allem habe ich eine sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht! Bevor ich mich entschlossen habe zu buchen, war ich durch manche Rezensionen verunsichert. Ja, die Zimmer sind nicht die aller aller neuesten, jedoch sauber und gemütlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist echt fair. Meine anfänglichen Bedenken haben sich zerstreut und ich war positiv überrascht.

• Ekaterina (9/5): В целом мне понравилось, для тройки очень не плохо. - Октябре 2025 в отеле было тихо, малолюдно, от того уютно и атмосферно. Прекрасные индивидуальные завтраки. Хороший вид с террасы ресторана на море. Не плохой отгороженный от дороги пляж, что не везде есть в данном месте. Приветливый, русскоговорящий персонал очень а ресепшен стал приятным плюсом. В номерах зеркала над кроватью:) Думаю, что еще вернусь в этот отель. Хотелось бы, чтобы в номере были не только чайные пакетики, но и кофе. В большинстве номеров нет вида на море, только сильно боковой на соседний отель.

Man merkt, dass die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, eine kleine Renovierung würde den tollen Gesamteindruck perfekt abrunden. :)
• LUCILIA ISABEL (9/5): Bom hotel em Marmaris - O hotel tem uma excelente área de lazer, com restaurante e bar, um linda piscina, de frente para a praia, com espreguiçadeiras. Foi, sem dúvida, o melhor café da manhã que tivemos durante toda nossa estadia de 30 dias na Turquia. Ficamos encantadas com o atendimento do gerente, sr. Aykut, e da simpaticíssima recepcionista, srta. Nirran! O hotel permitiu que deixássemos o carro no seu estacionamento (estamos em baixa temporada) durante 3 dias, enquanto estivemos em Rhodes!!! O quarto em que ficamos não tinha boa iluminação elétrica e o escoamento da pia não funcionava bem.
• Dilan (6/5): - The staff at the hotel are amazing As a 4 star hotel there shouldn't have been so many little issues. The toilet seat was stained, the light switches would just fall off, the bath and shower would constantly block up. The breakfast wasn't great either. Just needs a good updating.

• Karyna (10/5): The staff of the hotel is gem 💎 - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the staff, every single person was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their genuine friendliness made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The restaurant was also excellent, offering delicious food with great variety. Overall, a truly warm and enjoyable experience!

All the food and beverages we tried were really tasty and cheap for what was offered. The rooms were old, not very clean bathroom, poor noise insulation. The floor in our room had a puddle.

We had a bad incidence the manager did not speak to us after several attempts to reach out to him . Hair dryer we asked to be replaced because it was not working . They immediately sent someone who fixed it to be blown next to my wife’s ear when she tried to use it next day . Then they replaced it . They sent a bottle of wine and hand written note . It was close to a disaster but the manager did not talk to us or saw us .

• Jack (10/5): So cheap for what you get! - Perfect location in marmaris! The staff were lovely and really attentive they couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms could do with a slight upgrade but it’s so much nicer than we expected. It exceeded our expectations. The bar and beach are perfect… good music lovely staff! We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. The only thing it needs is more fans at night time by the bar as it gets hot.
• Pamela (6/5): Over priced, room was average - The surrounding bring areas and pool and bar were fab, we had the deluxe suite, it was okay I taught it would have been better, there was in balcony, the hot tub/ bath in the room took about an hour or more to fill, it was very clean the bed was comfy No balcony, the food and drink were very expensive , way over priced with there drinks, and for that reason we wouldn’t return, the night time entertainment wasn’t great, the staff at reception were lovely and so were the cleaning ladies very friendly and very helpful the hotel itself was nice and the grounds were fab

• Yuriy (5/5): Hotel staff should improve his attitude to guest request , as well as breakfast variety. - The location of the property was good. First of all, there was very bad cleaning style:the cleaning of the room was not done thoroughly and even there is visible dirt / hairs around wash basin it was not removed,mirrors never have been cleaned.Floor was not swept each cleaning period.Our liquid soap was finished and nobody cares if your room still serviced well. The breakfast was limited and attached photo is demonstrated the main course of each day. Many of guests wrote regarding good breakfast in this hotel,unfortunately this is not.The breakfast was not included any meat or fish ingredients.. Moreover, there was not offered any classic Turkish delight for breakfast. The beach side is not bad ,but all actions from beach/bar personnel were directed to get more orders from your side. There beach equipment was defective and many times found damaged due to tire up. Our room balcony was adjacent with Sunrise Hotel which has very close to us emergency generator unit and some air-conditioning unit that is working whole day with special seeping noise which we could hear at night as well. When we asked the reception staff to arrange additional sealing tape for the balcony door to avoid ingress the noise into our room we have got positive reply ,but there was not made anything to improve the current situation . At the arriving to our hotel our room was not arranged with bottled water,that was brought for the next day only.

• Guloya (7/5): - L'endroit est très bien situé il y a la piscine et la plage très bien entretenu et propre dans l'ensemble.les chambres sont correctes.Le personnel à la réception, les femmes de ménage et le supérieur du côté restaurant était très accueillant et souriant. Les serveurs sont pas du tout souriant très lent pour prendre les commandes et les ramener on a commandé 3 café dans la chambre ils sont arrivés 1h30 après et en plus le serveur ne nous a pas rendu la monnaie il pensait que c'était du pourboire alors que on lui a pas dit qu'il pouvait garder la monnaie. Je ne laisse pas de pourboire pour un café qui arrive 1h30 après avoir commandé. On a fait une réclamation ils nous ont rendu la monnaie. La plage je pensais que c'était du sable mais quand on rentre dans l'eau c'est des cailloux on a dû acheter des chaussures spéciales.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber was kein negativer Punkt ist!

• Cristina (8/5): - Habitación con balcón, lavabo grande, bonita playa privada con bonitas vistas y piscina. Desayuno completo y variado en la terraza con vistas al mar. La estación del minibus que llevaba al centro está a dos minutos. La puerta del balcón antigua y como la habitación daba a la calle se escuchaba el ruido del tráfico, de noche también.

Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Havuzu da iyiydi fakat boş şezlong bulmak zordu. Havuz saat 6-da kapanıyor bu da çok erken bence. Otelin restoranında yemekler pahalıydı. Bir de axşamlar dışarda oturmak için yer yokdu. Çoçuk oyun alanı var fakat ailecek oturub hava alacaq bir yer yok. Havuz kenarındakı sandalyelerde oturub sohbet etdik

Kahvaltının bolluğu ve çeşitliliği, plajın güzelliği ve denizin tertemiz oluşu Marmaris tatili için harika bir deneyim sunuyor. Otelin ambiyansı sıcak, huzurlu ve güven verici; konumu da oldukça iyi. Ben çok memnun kaldım, her şey için tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Umarım tekrarı olur. ☀️🌊🌴

• linzi (9/5): An excellent holiday at a great hotel. - The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and friendly staff. Location of hotel excellent, so close to beach and easy to get bus to marina. Hotel pool lovely, never any issues getting sunbeds by pool or on beach. Ate at hotel in evenings few times, lovely food and friendly staff, with great live music. Would definitely stay here again. Maybe a few hooks on walls in room to hang towels,clothes etc.

• Prykhodko (9/5): - Чистота, вкусный завтрак, комфорт и первая линия берега. Музыкальная программа вечером хорошая. Персонал помогает во всех вопросах. В ресторане вечером еда не вкусная. Ходили в другие места. Завтрак до 10. Было бы лучше продлить до 11. В противном случае приходится рано вставать на отдыхе. В ванной закончился шампунь, он же гель для душа. Косметика для ванны не очень хорошего качества. Размещение на троих отдельных людей. Было бы хорошо выдавать три отдельных покрывала.

• Gamze (10/5): Une superbe adresse que je recommande vivement ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Caprea. Le cadre est superbe : plage privée avec chaises longues et parasols, piscine agréable et un restaurant/bar en bord de mer qui propose des événements musicaux en soirée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées. Le buffet, quant à lui, est extrêmement varié et adapté à tous les goûts. C’est un vrai plaisir pour commencer la journée. Mention spéciale au personnel, à l’accueil et encore plus à l’équipe d’étage qui s’occupe de l’entretien des chambres, dont la gentillesse rare et sincère nous a touchés : on s’est vraiment sentis comme à la maison. L’hôtel est situé sur le grand boulevard, à environ 45 minutes à pied du port ou à 10 minutes en taxi, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville et les principaux points d’intérêt de Marmaris.

• Vafa Babayeva (10/5): - Otel rahat genish temiz idi. Basseynden tutmush otelin heyetine , ushaq oyun erasine kimi nher gun qulluq olunurdu. Yemekleri chox dadli idi. Ishchiler hamisi guleruzduler. Sinem hanima bizden teshekkurler. Bir de Marmarise donsek bu oteli bron ederik.
