• Ellis Helena Maria (10/5): Ik zou het zeker weer boeken - Het personeel was heel aardig en stond altijd voor je klaar, je mocht alles lenen en zelfs midden in de nacht deden ze de deur voor je open ook mochten we op de dag van vertrek de koffer laten staan Het appartement heeft helaas geen airconditioning

• Amanda (8/5): Quiet respite, welcoming staff, comfortable room. - We had a lovely stay. Our room was so quiet, which was very welcome after a busy day in the bustling city. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was immaculately clean. There was a high speed ceiling fan that kept us cool. The neighborhood is very diverse. It is just short walk uphill to Montmartre.

• Marian (7/5): - The location is perfect, close to Montmartre, Gare du Nord and several metro stations. The staff was kind and helpful. I can imagine the room being uncomfortable during the summer, no airco or fridge.

• Jocelyne (7/5): Dommage de cet incident du matin, ce réceptionniste devrait contrôler sa communication - Proche du métro, réceptionniste à notre arrivée très souriant, hôtel très propre et calme. Très très mal reçu par le réceptionniste du matin, nous sommes arrivées à 9h45, pour avaler un café croissants, heureusement une serveuse très agréable et souriante, à 10h nous avons quitté la salle du petit déjeuner comme il nous avait était mentionné à notre arrivée.

• Anna (7/5): Good rooms, but sketchy-ish location. Be ok taking the metro downtown. - Attached bathroom and bed was very nice. Good storage (shelves and hangers). Close to a metro stop and the staff was very attentive to keeping the door locked. Location was somewhat sketchy.

Nella camera era presente il phon per capelli, lo shampoo e carta igienica di scorta. La colazione è a pagamento, ma con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo, la zona è un po’ rumorosa e durante la notte si sentivano molti rumori.

• Luca (7/5): Great staff and convenient location, despite the small elevator and the busy metro exit - The location near the metro was very convenient. Also, the staff was always very polite and helpful; the room was quite clean and was tidied up every day The metro station exit was full of "suspicious" people trying to sell cigarettes. Arriving at night made us a bit anxious, although in the end, they never bothered us. Also, our room was on the sixth floor, with a very small elevator and a lot of stairs that weren't too comfortable to climb.

Chambre sous mes toits, l'ascenseur est minuscule (une personne + bagages max), le quartier ne correspond pas au Paris de carte postale, certains touristes qui ne connaissent pas Paris pourraient être déçus...
• Rayan (6/5): Chambré rénovée proprement mais lits et coussins inconfortables - La chambre et la salle de bain sont rénovées, c'est agréable Les lits sont très durs c'est inconfortable et les coussins sont vraiment trop plats, aucun soutiens des cervicale pendant la nuit. C'était inconfortable.
• IULIIA (10/5): - Недалеко от Мулен Руж. Район не совсем спокойный, вечером на улице много молодых парней, кто-то тусуется, кто-то выпивает. У нас все прошло благополучно. Есть рядом минимаркет. В номере есть все необходимое. В отеле можно воспользоваться утюгом. Расположение компенсирует цена, рядом станция. Я так понимаю этот район относится к более менее безопасным ещё.

The bus is close by yes but there are homeless people at the other side and overall the people who live in the streets are not reliable either was very scary to get back late at night

• oliver (5/5): sauber, ohne Probleme aber nicht noch mal - Das kleine Hotel ist eigentlich nicht schlecht. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Die Lage in der Innenstadt würde auch für einen Aufenthalt sprechen. Leider gibt es ein paar Dinge die uns nicht wieder buchen lassen würden. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Ecke wo man ständig von Dealern angesprochen wird, auch in den Shops wird konsumiert. Wir haben uns nicht sonderlich sicher gefühlt mit den Kids. Zum anderen ist es nachts super laut und man hört wirklich alles, die Straße Müllabfuhr etc. Ich habe den Schlaf eines Bären, bin aber ständig aufgewacht.

• Joanna (8/5): A quaint and convenient hotel but other guests made it difficult to sleep - It is very convenient for the station and Monmartre Other guests were very noisy during the night, shouting in the corridors and making noise in the bedrooms. There needs to be signage to remind guests to be quiet after 11pm
• Ericka (10/5): Great place to rest after exploring the city. - Clean rooms, all the amenities needed, private bathroom. After reading reviews we expected the area to be much worse. It wasn’t great in terms of noise, but it was super close to the metro and served our needs.

Está muy bien ubicado porque el metro está en la esquina y Gard du Nord a pocas cuadras, pero cuando oscurece es un poco raro el ambiente del barrio. El personal muy amable y la habitación renovada excelente, cómoda, limpia y amplia. Buen internet. Cuando terminen de remodelarlo va a quedar perfecto.

• Birouk (5/5): Si l'accueil était plus tôt cela serait mieux. - L'accueil ne peut se faire avant 14 heures, et le départ est à 11 heures du matin. La télé ne marchait pas. Les oreillers sont peu confortables. Il y a du bruit la nuit. La chambre contient un sale bain et une toilette privées.

• Robison (7/5): - We loved how friendly the staff was and that the rooms were updated and comfortable. We really appreciated the fan in the room and the showers were INCREDIBLE! The location made us nervous. There were crowds of people that were often yelling or fighting, there were police walking around, and we felt uneasy in the area. That may be normal for the area, but once we got towards the main parish city it felt more safe.

The area was a bit dodgy but that’s Montmartre and we never felt unsafe. Handy for trains and metros, short walk to Sacre Coeur. It was a good stay

• Hannan (9/5): Great and good value for money - I really liked the guy at reception working the evening and night shift. He was really friendly and accomodating. The hotel is close to gare du nord, which is easy if you're traveling by train. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was clean (and cleaned daily). The elevator is really small, not ideal for claustrophobic people. The bed wasn't really comfortable to me. The room also gets quite hot if you don't turn on the fan. The area is also not great to walk in, especially at night.

• ROGER (8/5): A great value stay with a spacious, comfortable room and excellent location, despite a slightly older building and a nei - I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room was very spacious, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, and both the shower and the closet were very nice and well-spaced. Everything was always clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. The room also had great natural sunlight, which made a big difference. On top of that, the price was very good for what you get. The location is very convenient, close to a metro station and near main roads that connect you easily to major attractions like the Moulin Rouge and Sacré-Cœur. That said, the area can feel a bit sketchy at night. I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe, but you do need to stay aware of your surroundings. Personally, I didn’t experience any problems, no fights or issues at all, but it’s something to keep in mind. The building is a bit old, and you can hear some noise when people walk around, as the floors tend to creak. However, at night it was actually much quieter than I expected. Even though the street outside is quite busy, the noise level was very manageable. Occasionally you might hear someone outside, but overall it was peaceful and didn’t affect my stay.
