- Monika (7/5): I like to say good things so maybe let me stop here... - Breakfast was all right but one needs to get used to the fact that getting coffee with milk is not at all a given. There was only horrible powder creamer :((( Also the choice of bread is very different to what one expects in Europe. I was a solo female traveller visiting Yarmouk University. Maybe that was why there was absolutely no room service. Not once anyone entered my room to empty the bin or make the bed. I am not very messy but... In the Middle East the staff tend to expect tips. Let me ask for what??

- Ives (9/5): I think it is the best option in Irbid. - The room is comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good and has a nice view from where it is served. They have an indoor pool but I was the only one using it that day, I don't think it is often used by guests. The street where the hotel is located has a lively nightlife with many restaurant and coffee shop options. There are not many tourist attractions close to the hotel but the city itself is not very touristy. I had some problems with the internet, I thought it was my VPN but even after deactivating it, the internet sometimes didn't work.
