• Patricia (5/5): - Breakfast was good! Our Room was off the main entrance courtyard on the ground floor room 12 I think!, and our only windows opened onto it. We arrived late in the evening so we did'nt ask to move, however for some privacy you must leave both curtains and windows closed for noise, in the morning you must keep the curtains closed and cannot let light in as people walk right outside the window. luckily we were only staying one night!!

La camera al secondo piano più bella con bagno con finestra,ma tutto vecchio,per esempio i rubinetti non avevano il miscelatore. Nella terrazza sul tetto c'era un contenitore abbandonato con acqua e tante larve di zanzare.

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen; geschmackvoll ausgestattet; bequeme Betten; sehr gutes Frühstück; während der Feria gab es am Abend Sherry. In unserem Bad kam leider irgendwoher schlechter Geruch; während unseres Aufenthalts konnte das nicht abgestellt werden. Das Bad hatte aber ein Fenster um dem abzuholen.

• 63b21422eb5370c159d00d315d9c2d43 (8/5): Een oase van rust en comfortabele huiselijkheid midden een toch wel zeer toeristisch Sevilla - Hotel Las Casas de El Arenal is uitstekend gelegen in een relatief rustige straat. Het hotel voelt heel huiselijk, is comfortabel en is bijna als een huis ingericht. Verrassend zijn al de verschillende binnenplaatsen. Onze kamer was compact, erg comfortabel en heerlijk rustig. We konden ‘s ochtends de vogels horen zingen. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Een plek waar we wel weer terug zouden willen komen! Bij een dergelijk hoge prijs voor de kamer verwacht je toch wat betere faciliteiten. De douchekop is duidelijk verouderd en zelfs al een beetje stuk. Er is geen koffieapparaat op de kamer maar slechts 2 zakjes Nescafé. De kamer is heel mooi en netjes maar niet echt super goed schoongemaakt. We hebben afgezien van ontbijten in het hotel want 19 euro/ persoon voor het ontbijt is toch wel heel erg duur als je met korting al bijna 400 euro betaald voor je kamer.

Raoul nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé pour nos visites culturelles de la ville et de ses alentours, ainsi que des restaurants typiques. Notre chambre était sombre, donnait sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel (donc difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner n'était pas bon (sauf le jus d'orange, qui était excellent). On a également oublié de faire notre chambre...

Tout le personnel est fort sympathique et professionnel, toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Une vraie Dream Team. L emplacement de cet hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à tous les sites à découvrir. Tout se fait à pied par de charmantes petites rues avec des trésors cachés. Très bel hôtel avec un magnifique patio et un mur végétalisé. Et ce calme tout en étant en centre ville. Au 2ème étage une belle terrasse pour se relaxer. Les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses, très propres et bien décorées, idem pour la salle de bain. Et toujours ce calme. Le petit déjeuner très copieux où chacun y trouve son bonheur. Ras

• Astrid (10/5): Top accommodatie op een top locatie . - Kamers waren perfect,schoon en dagelijkse schoonmaak, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel was super aardig en bereid wat extra te doen. Kleinschalig hotel met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Diverse bezienswaardigheden wel ruim van te voren reserveren anders zit het vol. Wij konden bijvoorbeeld niet het paleis boeken omdat alles vol zat Ontbijtruimte was wat klein. In de zomer zal dat wel meevallen omdat er ook gelegenheid is om buiten in de patio te ontbijten. Bij ons was het in maart nog iets te fris ‘s morgens en dan is het wel erg druk.

L’hôtel en lui même et très beau, le petit déjeuner copieux et le choix varié, le personnel extrêmement sympathique. La chambre était très confortable! Il y avait juste une petite odeur d’évacuation dans le salle de bain mais qui n’entrait pas dans la chambre et n’a pas gêné notre séjour !

• Umberto (10/5): Caldo, accogliente, con tutti i comfort - Accoglienza calorosa, sorridente, premurosa al nostro arrivo da parte della brava Maria Teresa che è stata anche un prezioso bagaglio di consigli per il nostro soggiorno a Siviglia. La mia compagna festeggiava il compleanno e lei si è premurata di farci avere una bottiglia di spumante omaggio in camera. Lo staff di El Arenal è stato semplicemente perfetto. Camera ampia, silenziosa e rilassante, al primo piano, con vista sulla via. Letto matrimoniale con tende di velluto e corona in cima, davvero iconico. Bagno ampio e funzionale, con vasca idromassaggio. Colazione varia e abbondante con frutta fresca e prodotti tipici dell'Andalusia. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e soddisfatti in tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione dell'hotel poi è strategica perché a due passi dal centro storico, dall'immensa cattedrale e dall'Alcazar. In realtà Siviglia si può girare tranquillamente a piedi. Hotel davvero boutique: era sede di una storica casa padronale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff della Casa de El Arenal.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and making reservations. The property was very quaint and relaxing courtyards throughout- giving a very European atmosphere Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was very adequate and bathroom was plenty comfortable
• Carolina (9/5): Para repetir - El alojamiento tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Junto a la plaza de toros, el río y la Torre del Oro y a un paso de la catedral. Además está en una calle por la que apenas circulan coches, muy tranquila. Aunque muy cerca hay mucha oferta (y buena) de hostelería. Tiene en la terraza una pequeña piscina que se agradece en los meses de calor. El personal es encantador, te dan un trato muy familiar. Además, nos ofrecieron alojarnos en la habitación superior al estar vacía los días que nos alojábamos, así que mejor que mejor. Solo pondría un pequeño “pero”, que no tienen un bar como tal todos los días para poder beber algo en las zonas comunes, que están muy bien.
