- Ty (3/5): Remodel ASAP - Good location They Need a new mattress. The beds are horrible. Need new blankets or comforters. The covers had cigar holes in them. I shouldn't have to bring my own covers and pillows. Serious plumbing concerns as well. The showers barely had hot water.
- Ty (2/5): -
- Harris (10/5): Phils Review - Overall cleanliness and well maintained everything was. The door had alot give to it. I was in room 108 and the wind even though the door was locked looked like it could be blown open anytime. Thats my only problem.
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice people, helpful about parking,I had a trailer, they put me close to where I parked. The room was very clean and roomy It took a while to get hot water to tub ,
- Princella (1/5): - The owner Sam is a horrible person. He is very rude and disrespectful. I found a spa room for $139 he wanted $200 just because it was Valentine’s Day. I wouldn’t recommend this room at all.
- Jose (10/5): -
- Katavia (3/5): Uncomfortable - I don’t believe liked anything about the property honestly. The staff were rude! They definitely need someone who speaks fluent English because the miscommunication is ridiculous. They watch you from the main office ALL DAY! The rooms are barely clean, linen has stains, bed was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE!! Overall I don’t believe it’s worth what I paid for.
- Earlisha (10/5): - The rooms where very clean and they will help you in any way N/a

- Ty (6/5): - The place was clean They need new pillows and new covers. The covers and sheets were filled with holes from cigarettes are whatever else the smoke. Also we had a few roaches in our room. You might want to hire an exterminator as well.
- Theresa (10/5): - Perfect for what we needed it for
Enjoy our stay every time we go
- Bobby (2/5): One of the worst places I have stayed in my life. I would never go back to this place. - AC worked 1. Front desk person was rude.
2. Dirty room - Food crumbs on the floor, toilet dirty, room smelled.
3. Gap underneath the door that let noise in and AC out.
4. Bed was extremely poor - sat on bed and went down to the wood underneath (felt springs through mattress and they collapsed while sitting on the bed).
5. I have stayed at some lower quality places before and the only one worse than this place, the mice ate my pizza.
6. I would tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
- Donald (7/5): Good value and quiet - Convient No fitness center no food
- Kevin (3/5): Poor -
- Tyeshia (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Chavis (8/5): It was ok the staff could’ve Been nicer - How ducked off it is quiet The door didn’t close all the way , staff was rude

- Rafael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arturo (2/5): - staff has attitude and makes smart remarks. the room had bed bugs
- Julieta (4/5): - Everything so dirty in the room
- Dennis (4/5): - Check in was through a really thick glass. The staffer checking me had no greeting smile and no words of welcome. His only words were spoken in a thick accent (possibly from India): "Driving License" ... no please and thank you. Perhaps English was not his forte? But courtesy? Pleasantness? Those have nothing to do with ethnicity. Altho' the room was very spacious, it was sooooo drab and gloomy inside - no pictures on the wall. The walls were a gloomy pale blue. The furniture looked second-hand and cheap. I had asked for a No Smoking when booking on line. I did not get this. There were ashtrays (emptied and matchbooks in the room). The cheesy, cheap blanket had a cigarette burn hole on it. The TV programming availability was years old with only a few channels available. The bathtub was chipped in places, exposing black. Evidence of mold on the tub/shower faucet. Altho' its LOCATION convenient for this past visit, I will NOT be going back there.
- Demetria (5/5): I booked a room a day in advance and didn’t realize the next day that my card wasn’t charged. Due to last name issue. He - Easy to find room The front desk gentleman was rude. As polite as I was being he was very rude.
- Datavius (10/5): Comfortable private - Very clean not far from restaurant and local store right off 288 Parking is a little small and limited

- Theresa (10/5): - Quiet tucked away in a quiet place. Fast friendly service and decent prices for the amenities provided
- P (1/5): BED BUGS, there are bed bugs. I woke up to a bed bug next to my face and blood smeared on the sheets - No breakfast Clean the hotel, there are bedbugs and was bitten all over my body and face!!!!
- Martha (2/5): - The staff was very rude. I tried to extend my stay and the guy behind the desk said i couldn't use the company card because it wasn't in my name. He did like that i went through the app to make my reservation.

- JULIE-ANN (10/5): - Very clean
- Kevin (10/5): - Excellent
- Taylor (7/5): Overall after check in everything was good, I checked out the next morning - I liked the room it was spacious enough for me. The room and bathroom was clean and quiet. I did not like the man in the front customer service, when I arrived I thought my payment went through when I booked online. I expected the price to be same I paid online but he charged me extra. He seemed like he didn’t want to accept my payment and made the check in process too long when I was ready to pay and head to the room.
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Parker (3/5): Poor -
- Horicia (3/5): Poor -
- Kudilil (1/5): Bad - The door wouldn't open with the card they gave to us. Then the second set of card didn't work. Then I told them to come with third set of key and opened the door for us
Again the next day card didn't work to open the door. Then I saw another guy with the same problem. Somehow my room 309 had an odor. The area is nice but the money I paid to stay at this place is not worth it.
- Kyle (9/5): Superb -
- Kierra (1/5): In person was much different than the photos. I was not satisfied. I didn’t complete my stay - Nothing, it was dirty & gross Everything
- Seydi (5/5): Must pay extra - Spacious The sheets were stained and we had to pay extra for another people. Only two people are allowed in the room $45 dollars more for an xtra person
- Tanasha (10/5): - This is visit 4 or 5 and would go back again.
- April (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keven (4/5): Disappointing - The towels smelt bad the non smoking rooms smelt like cigarettes blankets were dirty and room looks outdated room also smelt bad and the rooms have bad maintenance
- Christopher (8/5): Nice - Facility suited my needs, was clean but attention to bed and couch covers is needed. Gated area with staff over watch of vehicles.

- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tovar (7/5): Good -
- Cooper (9/5): Great trip - Need more parking spaces
- Derrick (7/5): Good -
- Jarrett (4/5): Unsatisfied customer and will not return. - Privacy from everyone. Kept losing hot water. Clerk attendant was rude as hell and wanted argue because I couldn't hear him speaking through the window and could not understand his foreign language. He barely speaks enough English and has a bad attitude towards customers when they have trouble understanding him. He's lucky the window was between him and me.
- Eduardo (5/5): Passable - Easy check in and out. Both ladies were very polite. Hotel room was super clean even though it was a smoking room, did not smell like cigarettes much. Great location right next to major hwy. Only reason we got the room was for the in room jacuzzi. It was very nice and clean but when we filled with water and started it, water was cloudy and there was a very foul smell. We drained it, cleaned with clorox cleaning wipes. Refilled and restarted, same strong foul smell. That was the primary reason we got this room. If I hadn't paid and extra $80 for the jacuzzi, this room would have been a 10. Extremely clean and right next door to the ice machine.
- Edwina (6/5): Ok for a Quick Overnight Stop - The Crystal Suites is what I would classify as a "quick stop on a long trip" if you're on a tight budget. It won't have the amenities you'd expect from a "brand" hotel, but I did feel safe. The property and the parking lot were very well-lit. There aren't any frills. I had to go to the office to get my morning coffee, but there was a frig and micro wave in the room.
- Penn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sheila (7/5): Good -
- Keyanna (8/5): I would stay there again in a heart beat, but I would bring melatonin to help fall asleep faster. - clean, decent parking, and nice staff the constant cars driving on the freeway, and all night all I heard was 18 wheelers. and cop sirens.
- John (7/5): Good - very clean they advertise breakfast but there was none. coffee only available at front desk
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Darion (2/5): Very poor -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffery (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (1/5): It was terrible uncomfortable and so weird!!! - The rooms where a nice size and the building/parking lot where well lit but I believe that was for the owners convenience. The sheets and towels where disgusting. They refused to give us new towels. My sister came to pick us up because we where in town visiting and they told us that we weren’t allowed to have visitors. She literally came inside for less than 5 minutes to change her clothes and use the restroom. The owners and employees are extremely weird and watch your every move. We felt very uncomfortable and spent a good while checking for cameras in the room because of the way these people made us feel. So inappropriate and weird. We left as soon as the sun came up.
- Diaz (9/5): Superb - clean nice no hot water sometimes
- Tanasha (10/5): - This is my 5th or 6th time staying here. It is perfect for quick stays. Always clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly.
- Danielle (2/5): - By far the rudest people
- Kameron (10/5): - They guy are nice and very friendly!
- Francine (10/5): Very nice room - The room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. Loved the design and layout of the bed. Was very comfortable and very nice and affordable.
- Raylynn (10/5): - Good customer service and it’s a good place if you want somewhere quiet and for a good price. Would stay again
- Naren (2/5): - This place and location is horrendous. The staff is super rude and Impatient. There’s hardly any parking available. And the rooms are very underwhelming
- Angel (4/5): Worst hotel service - First and foremost i booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. I arrived to the hotel to check in around 10pm. As I walked up to the window, the attendant stares at me upset. I have my ID ready and let him know i had already booked and paid a room in advance. He got an attitude about it and started yelling at me telling me i havent paid yet. He begins to tell me i havent paid before he even checks the computer for my info. After about 3 mins of arguing and trying to make him understand to check first before he makes assumptions he finally did and checked me in. I asked him about the dog policy he said they were not allowed. Even thogh the website clearly says theyre allowed here. So i had no choice i still brought them in but not til later on that night. I had also asked about late check out he said i would have to do it in the morning. So after all this he saw me thru camera sneaking in the dogs and started calling my room.By this time its already 2am. He told me it was a $20 pet fee. He could of just told me that from the beginning. So i paid my extra $20 i go back to my room. Not even 5 mins later he is knocking on my door aaking me to sign something else. I signed it. But then he was trying to charge me anothet additional $10 for my other dog. When he already knew i had two dogs. (One is a full grown the other just a puppy.) After a long night i managed to get a little rest. In the morning around 10 i called for a late check out they said it would b 30$ xtra
- Mathew (2/5): rude management overreaching unreasonable rules - Be warned! This motel is on some sort of power trip. For some reason they will not allow you to have anyone else in your room if they are not a registered guest. I booked the room for coworkers and had to leave and get a room at another location.
The booking page does not mention this and with no refunds you will be stuck to deal with management who are not very understanding.
- Tanasha (8/5): - This was my second trip to this motel and will use them again. It's not fancy but if you want a quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay for a quick trip, this is the place. It is just off a major highway and near the beltway but I've never hear a thing. The blackout curtains make sleeping a breeze.
- Susan (6/5): - The hotel was clean and as expected for the price. The bad experience was from the man in in the office when we checked in. We got in really late and he kept saying no guests allowed, looking out the window at my car to my husband, made my husband go in and pay, and again told him no guests. They must have a problem with hotel parties or something lol but it just made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. But, you get what you pay for I guess. The room itself was clean and the staff in the morning were super friendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The manager was a jerk. Rude
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Worst customer service I ever had in my life , the guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional
- ALBERTO (2/5): - They didnt want to host me because of internet problems. I had to re book my hotel somewhere else.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Room was very clean and the front desk was very nice and respectful.
- Tanasha (10/5): - Not a like or dislike, just took over 5 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Every thing else was great. Clean room, quiet, and friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The service was bad they couldn’t speak English. My sheets was spotted pillows flat shower wasn’t working an the toilets had spots plus the people in office was just watching us
- Harriett (4/5): Not worth the trouble!!!! - I gave this place a second stay because it was so close to truck parking. Management is unnecessarily rude. They saw me loading my vehicle on the morning of my check out, but still rang my phone to tell me it was time to go!!!!!! Who does that! Mind you, my wife and I are clean and quiet and do not cause trouble. Poor customer service !!!! Do not give your business here.
- katlend (4/5): Paranoid owners - First, I'll start with the good. The room was nice and neat. The lighten in the room was amazing. Big, open, and spacious room. Just what I like. Flat screen TV with Dish Network. The bed was comfy to me. The parking lot was very well lit and had cameras. I like a more firm bed. They would have breakfast if it weren't for the covid-19 stuff going on.
Now, the bad... the owners have obviously had some shady stuff happen on their property before because they act ridiculously paranoid towards all their guests. The first thing that they did to us was when I checked me and my fiance in, we had his sisters with us because they traveled with us but were staying with at their fathers house while me and my fiance stayed at the hotel. Well, we get out of the car to go to our room and drop our stuff off and check out the place, then out of nowhere the woman that checked me in is running up the stairs towards us as were opening the door saying that our room is only for 2 people and that there's only a couch in our room. I calmly told her I knew that and that the sisters weren't staying with us. I let it go. But, our 3rd and last night I was too tired to drive to my father in law's house to visit with everyone and say goodbye. So, me and my fiance invite him and his sisters over to visit. Yeah, it was about 11pm when they got to come over to visit and say goodbye, but the fact that this hotel doesn't allow visitors at all is just crazy... in my eyes at least. I've never been to a hotel where I wasn't allowed to have visitors. The people at the desk (I assume the owners) called me about 11:48pm to inform me that we weren't allowed guest at all. I never once saw that in the policies on any of the hotel sites. So, I walked down to the office ( I've only been in there once to check in) and asked them what's the deal? I'm tired and that rule doesn't make sense. They pointed at this small little cardboard sign in the window that I completed missed that says "no more than 2 people to a room. Only guest in rooms". I told them how was I even suppose to notice that? Then they point at a rules sign that was off to the left that I kind of read when I checked it. It had the basic rules first and then one of the last rules that I didn't read was the no visitor rules. It's my fault that I overlooked it. But really? Just be warned. They watch your every move on cameras and they have a window that faces the parking lot and hotel rooms. This stuff really just killed the awesome vibe I was getting from this place. I'll mostly pay more next time for a hotel with owners that will chill and let us enjoy our vacation. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
- Harriett (6/5): No visitors - Chose this location because I can park my semi at truck stop that was in walking distance. Service friendly, but given only 1 room key and was told my wife and I could have no visitors. Room was clean and cool
Had problems with the TV and microwave, but someone came to fix. Okay for a trucker who just wants a good night's sleep.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property easy access good
parking rooms where clean
