Guest Reviews
- Raquel (10/5): - Es war alles wunderbar. Leute sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit .
- Andrew (10/5): - The apartments are very close to the strip. They are clean and modern.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location to bars and restaurants.
The shower drainage was very poor and ended up with a soaking wet floor every time we showered
- ElaineP (8/5): - I liked the apartment and I was lucky to have a decent view though I know others were a little disappointed with their views. I was on my own so the space was an added bonus and it was generous. Balcony, lounge, galley kitchen (with plenty of utensils), a good sized bathroom and a bedroom at the rear where it was quieter and darker. The dining room was clean, bright and the food choice was excellent for breakfast. I didn't eat there at lunch nor dinner time. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The receptionists need a little more in the way of customer service training as they are 'bland' and there is only one serving at any one time and it can become quite hectic there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - EXCELLENT LOCATION, CLOSE TO BEACH AND ALL AMENITIES.
APARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE..
FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND WELL PRESENTED.
THE POOL AREA IS IDEAL FOR SUNBATHING.
- Tom (10/5): - Relaxia Lanzaplaya was a very nice resort. The Location was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Food were delicious. The facilities were not as good as other very top resorts but with the price we paid it was definitely very good value for money and we were glad that we have made the right choice. Really pleased with our stay at this resort!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Winter break - Overall lovely holiday just 2 many steps up and down to appartment not good having to carry suitcases up and fown them
Letto comodo.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Recently stayed here as a young couple. Very central location in the new town - approx 1 minute walk onto strip and 4 minutes walk to main beach and only a 20 minute walk into the old town. Hotel very clean, apartment spacious and had cooking facilities & fridge. Free WiFi available and a safe at a small extra charge. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels left most days (more could be obtained at reception). Breakfast had a wide selection of cooked and continental including freshly cooked omlettes, waffles and pancakes. Pool area quiet with lots of loungers always available including luxury type. On check out could leave baggage in a locked storage area and also use of a free courtesy room to change before leaving hotel. Free tea and coffee facilities also available in reception. Overall if I was visiting lanzarote again I would definitely choose Relaxia lanzaplaya.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel in good location - Hotel was lovely, our apartment was nice and quiet. Good location for accessing the beach, strip and busses/taxis. Good pool and lounge area. Not a big fan of the buffet, the breakfast was OK but the dinner wasn't very good, plenty of nice restaurants a short walk away. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly
- Naomi (10/5): - The property was beautiful, staff were really nice, room was so clean and the location is brilliant. Enjoyed our stay here alot. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was we requested a late check out online when booking. When we arrived we asked again and were told to ask the day before leaving. We did that and were told to ask the morning of the day we were leaving. We did that and had to wait for a call back, still they weren't sure. But we got it in the end but it would have been nice to know even the day before departure so you can plan your day and night knowing you don't have to leave early in the morning.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel was great food was alright but overall good visit and we will definitely be back
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Air conditioning excellent!
Breakfast hall huge and a little univiting. One more coffee station would help service.
More poolside style beds in other areas of property could work
- Verified traveler (8/5): Todo muy bien en general. Buena estancia. Wifi flojo.
- Paolo (10/5): - Servizio colazione ottimo, camera con tutti i confort.
- Glen (10/5): Fantastic all round - This was the best complex I have every stayed in on the island of Lanzarote and i go twice a year my only negative is I never found it earlier . The staff the hotel it's self are 2nd to none. The food is amazing and the apartment it's self and location was fantastic. I would highly highly recommend relexia lanza playa to anyone and I can't wait to return
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff was friendly, rooms were lovely (could have done with cleaning the floor more often when cleaning the room!)
Food for all inclusive was buffet- not overly keen on most of the buffet. They have a restaurant that only opens. Couple of days a week which was amazing compared to the buffet.
Pool was very cold but the facilities around the pool was good. Bar next to pool was good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Einfach alles, die große Poollandschaft...die Sauberkeit...Freundlichkeit...gute Lage! Alles top, gerne wieder :-)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very little entertainment . Poor spirits . Bar closes 11pm on the dot . Poolbar shuts at 6pm on the dot.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely pool , when the pool area closed glasses and paper cups wasn’t removed until the next day but not all , floor area could of done with washing down daily. Also people left towels on beds that were not removed even though they were not there we moved them off the bed and the remained on a chair , it was clear to me and others the people had gone home.
- Shirley (10/5): - Lovely accommodation. Newly renovated would definitely return. Only thing I would suggest to owner is to do more towel changes . ( only had one towel change in 6 days. Other than that perfect.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - location , very central .didn't like the noise and smell of greasy food from the air con vents from the restaurant or the view of the back of the restaurant. the extractor vents are extremely loud
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was lovely, clean and spacious.
We didnt really enjoy the entertainnent. Id also recommend not going all inclusive
- Shannon (6/5): Value for money - Good location although on a little bit of a hill. Hard to find the room had to get help, the rooms aren't very well mapped out. Room was OK for the money but breakfast wasn't very bright, but this is the case with most hotels abroad.
- Louise (8/5): Good location and a real bargain on the AI. - Lovely hotel very close to sea front, bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
- Duane (10/5): Great 1 week stay. - Really nice. Good location and great hotel, my room was clean, well decorated and spacious. And had a sea view. Pool was nice and all inclusive food and drinks were really nice. Overall was very impressed.
- Trish (10/5): Spotlessly clean with wonderful staff - From the moment we arrived into the place the staff couldn't do enough for us. The place itself is spotless and the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, there are plenty of choices of both hot and cold food. Will definitely stay here again. It's location is also fantastic
- ISABEL (10/5): gem in the centre of Puerto del Carmen - great location
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was perfect, beautiful apartment, food was delicious and staff were very nice
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The whole complex was superb and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- donna (10/5): You won’t regret staying here - I loved everything about it ,the food was excellent and the staff so polite and friendly
Always smiling from reception ,to catering staff to pool bar the girl at pool bar exceptional nice and good taste in music loved it all .
Can’t wait to go back x
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location was very good breakfast good
Very quite hotel we had a lovely break not somewhere I’d take the kids as no entertainment
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was wonderful weather food and pool room ground floor was lovely
- Richard (10/5): Great place. - We had a fabulous time here for 4 nights. Staff helpful. Accommodation has everything you need. Location ideal for the beach, shops and bars.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff. Everywhere exceptionally clean. Food was good but cold most of the time.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is one of the nicest all inclusive properties we have stayed in. There is an Alacarte restaurant you can eat in once a week which is beautiful and included in the all inclusive. Myra on the pool bar is so friendly, the buffet was very good and the pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds and a few luxurious double loungers. apartment was stunning with new bathroom, kitchen and a lounge area. Will definitely be going back here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is excellent. Supermarket 3 minutes walk..... main strip the same with restaurants and bars.
The pools are small one is slightly heated which in January meant we could swim.
The bar/entertainment area is featureless preferred off site bars.
Excellent breakfasts and staff very friendly
- Kevin (8/5): Solid 6/10 - Everything was just above average on our stay.
There are a lot of imperfections to this hotel, but they took good care of us and were very nice at every turn. Food is pretty standard hotel faire. Location is good, but not great. Finish and maintence is half old half new and they have clearly put some effort into renovating the place but the bad paint masking and old towels in our room were evidence of this. I don’t mean to focus on the negatives, but that’s why you’re reading this isn’t it?
- CHRIS (10/5): - Very nice design, practical and comfortable, with pastel bright colour making the apartment cool and attractive.
- Michelle (10/5): Fabulous stay - We had an absolutely fantastic time here at the Relaxia Lanzaplaya. The room was perfect for my needs as I asked for a ground floor and the staff could not do enough for me. It was cleaned everyday and it was always left spotless. We will deffs be back at this hotel and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to beach - Clean, tidy, pleasant staff, only complaint would be there was no hot water
- Jake (4/5): Do not be swayed by the good reviews - Very poor food, good location, great rooms. No entertainment at all. Pool bar closes at 6 which is very poor. Pool good. Mainly Dutch and Germans. Staff nice. No snacks available for free, 5€ for burger and chips. Cocktails not included on the all inclusive
- Jemma (8/5): Would probably stay again - The hotel is well located, shops and beach a minutes walk away. We were all inclusive and the food was fantastic, plenty of options to choose from. Only downfall was that out of the 7 nights we stayed, evening entertainment was provided on only 2 nights. The pool bar should be open later in my opinion (closed at 6pm). Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very helpful friendly staff . Lovely rooms plenty of space and nice pool. Breakfast was great Spanish omelet cooked fresh lots of choice . Close to restaurants and beach. Had a great short break of 4 days
- Christine (10/5): Great place to stay - The hotel is lovely, the rooms were clean and modern, the staff were helpful and the facilities were good. The hotel is really close to the beach and it is really easy to get around area using the local buses.
We had all inclusive and the food was what we expected. However part of the all inclusive you can book a table at the a la carte restaurant on Mondays and Thursdays. The restaurant was beautiful (it has a waterfall behind the seating) and the food was amazing! The only downside is it was a set menu with limited options so may not be for everyone. The hotel was very good value for money and if I ever go back to Lanzarote I would probably stay there again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great pool, quiet, not packed with noisey kids - Lovely apartments which were clean and comfortable. Great pool with lots of sunbeds available as they ban using your towel to reserve them. Almost no kids so it was quiet and relaxing by the pool
- Christina (8/5): Great hotel close to beach and bars. - Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, hotel was relaxing and close to beach, shops and restaurants. No air con but did not need it in December. Overall very happy!!
- joolz (4/5): very quiet in fact that was the problem - i would not reccomend this hotel to a family with children as. all inclusive did not include any entertainment either for children or indeed adults i dont feel all inclusive status should be advertised.
