La cocina está perfectamente equipada. El ascensor sólo llega hasta el tercer piso (la entrada está en el piso 6). Conviene que lo tenga en cuenta quien tenga dificultades con las escaleras.

• Lenka (10/5): A wonderful quiet hotel - A vacancy in this hotel was the reason why we finally decided to come to Gran Canaria. We hate crowded and noisy all inclusive hotels, but Buganvilla promised a piece of beauty and calm in an otherwise lively and touristy destination. We are glad that we came and enjoyed a beautiful week of quiet seawatching from our huge balcony. The hotel is perfectly clean, with friendly staff, and the other guests seemed to come for the same reason of enjoying a calm, quiet and civilized vacation. While the hotel is way from the noisy and lively parts of Maspalomas, it is incredibly easy to take a bus from nearby Clinica Roca station and cheaply and comfortably travel anywhere you need to. This also helps if you get carried away and walk too far on the beautiful coastal walk below the hotel, that takes you as far as behind the Maspalomas dunes (which you can see from your balcony). There is a Spar nearby and you can take a bus to Lidl, Eurospar or Mercadona hypermarkers (you have to try Iberico Belotta in Mercadona!!!). For our week, we walked a lot, we swam at the beach, we dined at the seaview balcony and life was good in Buganvilla :)

• charles (10/5): Does what it says, and more - We stayed for a week in April 2026 and were delighted with these apartments. We had a two person apartment comprising a combined bedroom/sitting room/kitchen, plus a separate bathroom with shower and loo. We also had a balcony large enough for a table and chairs, where we could sit and look out over the sea and beach below (we were on level 3). The kitchen was well equipped and one could cook most things, perhaps not oven baked meals, although we didn’t investigate this properly. There was something that looked like a microwave, which may also have had baking functions. There are two rings, so things like pasta are easy to prepare. The place is “adults only” and noise was not a problem for us. Even on the balcony at night, conversation from adjacent apartments was always muffled by the sound of the sea below. There is a small pool and sunbed area, which we did not really use. We liked the rules, which you are also reminded in the lift, e.g. about not reserving sunbeds with towels (not adhered to by all residents, we have to say), but it never appeared busy down there, perhaps different in the summer. Access to the beach was excellent. You are given a key fob to buzz in and out through a gate at the bottom of the steps from the apartments, which leads straight onto San Agustín beach. This is good for swimming, with sand and sunbeds, but not too crowded (when we went anyway). The staff and arrangements were really very good indeed. The lady on reception was efficient and helpful, sorting out a taxi to the airport for us and reassuring us that arriving late was no problem (a security guard comes to let you in). The desk also sells wine and water, and each day two bread rolls appear hanging in a bag on your door. You also get regular cleaning and towel changes. This was our first “hot” holiday despite being in our 60s and it suited us well – the apartment was excellent and the area was quiet, but still with enough places to eat. • Kristina (10/5): An outstanding, safe stay at Buganvilla, perfect for relaxation and recuperation - The Buganvilla Apartments were outstanding. The location was quiet and peaceful. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and answered all the questions with care. I never had trouble finding a good place at the pool to sunbathe. The apartment itself had a gorgeous view and was immaculately clean and organized. I travelled alone, and as a single woman, I felt completely safe in the area and in the apartment. There were many lovely options for beaches and dining in the area that I visited. There were surprising little touches at the Buganvilla that made the experience extra special. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing. The only thing I would say is that it is important to book your taxi with reception (which I did without issue) in advance because the airport is small and there are not many taxis at the airport rush hour.

Apartment für Selbstversorger ! vielleicht Gewürze und Kaffee von zu Hause mitnehmen, wenn man Kochen möchte, genug gute Restaurant zum schlemmen fußläufig vorhanden. Es gehen Steinstufen vom Apartment zum Pool und mehr Meer, muss man wissen !!!! Das Apartment hat seinen Preis !!!! aber dieser lohnt sich wirklich. lg Lach der Preis, für Langzeitkunden ein kleines Prozent wäre nett

• Marek (10/5): Rewelacyjny obiekt na tygodniowy wypoczynek. - Lokalizacja i widok z okna są niesamowite, mieliśmy szczęście otrzymać pokój na ostatnim 8 piętrze. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, oczywiście piekarnik w kuchni byłby idealnym uzupełnieniem. Winda dojeżdża do 3 piętra, więc zejście i wejście na okolicę basenu i do promenady gwarantują trening cardio :). Apartament tak jak opisują inni wymagałby już remontu, ale wyjście na taras powoduje że o tym zapominamy. Cisza i spokój w strefie basenowej. Hotel udostępnia torbę plażową i ręczniki plażowe. Idealna lokalizacja do długich spacerów aż do Dunes of Maspalomas. W pobliżu kilka restauracji i świetnie zaopatrzony sklep. Codziennie około 9 rano zawieszano na drzwiach torbę z zawartością 2 bułeczek. Zimny basen i brak materaców na leżaki przy basenie.

I liked the fresh bread delivered at the door every morning and the Nespresso machine with welcome coffee cups. The cleaning lady is very good! There is private parking and it's not expensive. It can be a bit chilly in the morning as the sun reaches the lower apartments only around midday.

Het terras aan studio was in de namiddag zeer warm. Je kon op dat ogenblik wel de schaduw aan zwembad opzoeken. Voor personen die moeilijk trappen kunnen doen, is dit een minder geschikt appartement.

• Elena (7/5): vistas increíbles - La terraza era increíble, con unas vistas inmejorables. El apartamento era muy bonito. La piscina muy tranquila. El personal de recepción era muy amable. Tenía relativamente cerca supermercados y paradas de autobús, pero había que subir y bajar muchas cuestas. La playa de arena fina, a un minuto andando del apartamento. Solo había ascensor hasta la tercera planta, así que para ir a la playa había que bajar 99 escalones. Subirlos después se hacía complicado. Para ir a la piscina, también había que subir y bajar varios escalones. Lo peor fue el personal de limpieza. Vinieron a limpiar, les dijimos que no era necesario porque todavía no íbamos a irnos, y nos dijeron que las 10 de la mañana era una hora más que decente para estar fuera del apartamento. Los días siguientes, llamaban a las 3 de la tarde para limpiar, cuando ya les dijimos que no hacía falta. Como no les abríamos la puerta, nos llamaban desde recepción. Nos despertaron en varias ocasiones, y cuando te vas de vacaciones a desconectar es bastante molesto.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Perfekt - Wundervoller Ort: Aus allen Fenstern hat man Meerblick, auf der eigenen Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegen. Die Apartments sind sehr komfortabel, man hört die Nachbarn nicht. Die Anlage ist von viel Grün umgeben, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich – alles war perfekt.

Jeśli nie planujesz zwiedzać całej wyspy to samochód nie jest potrzebny (mało miejsca na parkowanie). Dojazd z lotniska taksówką 40 Euro. Blisko jest sklep Spar i przystanek autobusowy (można nawet dojechać do Las Palmas w 45 min.) Gdyby była pralka i zmywarka byłoby 10.

• Sven-Erik (9/5): Fantastisk strandnära lägenhet med oslagbar havsutsikt! - Rymlig lägenhet på åttonde våningen med stor balkong och ett helt oslagbart läge med havsutsikt som var helt fantastisk! Närheten till stranden (en trappa ned från hotellet) var också mycket bra och vi passade på att jogga längs strandpromenaden i soluppgången på morgnarna. Det konstanta ljudet av vågorna från havet var en trivsam upplevevelse även nattetid. Mindre än 5 min gångavstånd till livsmedelsbutik och restauranger. Ingen "stör ej"-skylt på dörren gjorde det svårt att meddela när man inte ville bli störd av städare på rummet. Några kvällar med lite störande live-musik från lokala restauranger men det får man nog acceptera under jultider.

Está situada en una tranquila zona, con un paseo marítimo que puedes llegar hasta la playa del Inglés. Los apartamentos tienen acceso directo a la playa de San Agustín.

• Larrylavinello (8/5): Sehr schöne Anlage mit Traumblick! - Lage, Anlage, Personal, Service. 100 Stufen vom Lift bis zur Strandpromenade sind für ältere Leute sehr mühsam! Ein Lift bis zur Poolebene wäre und nicht nur bis zur 3.Etage wäre perfekt gewesen.

• Jasmin (8/5): Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle Aussicht mit kleinen Mängeln - Die Aussicht sowie die Anlage waren wunderschön. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich einzigartig! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche und das Geschirr waren sauber und wirklich ausreichend, der Brötchenservice am Morgen hat uns wirklich den Tag versüßt :-) Supermarkt ums Eck und auch wirklich gute Restaurants in der Nähe! Das Bad ist leider wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, unsere Badezimmertüre ließ sich schwer schließen, in der Lampe war leider sehr viel Dreck. Hier wäre eine kleine Renovierung schön. Zudem sind die Wände leider sehr dünn, wir haben leider abends im Bett den Nachbarn schnarchen hören, was leider sehr unangenehm war.

Als wir ankamen mußten wir in ein Apartment im Erdgeschoß einziehen.Sehr dunkel,kein Meerblick,keine Sonne.Da der Aufzug nur bis zur 3.Etage fährt,mußten wir uns mit unseren schweren Koffern 31 Stufen runter quälen.Unten angekommen waren wir sehr enttäuscht.Uns wurde dann gesagt das wir in 2 Tagen auf die 5.Etage ziehen können.Mit den Koffern ging es dann wieder 31 Stufen hoch.Ohne jegliche Hilfe.Das Apartment war dann sehr schön.Sehr große Terrasse mit Meerblick.Ich habe von anderen Gästen gehört das da wohl ein System hinter steckt.Wer neu ankommt muß erstmal in das dunkle Loch.Und das für den gleichen Preis.Fazit: Ersten 2 Nächte grausam,der Rest war dann super schön.

Ruhe in der Anlage, Espressomaschine, Stühle sind ohne Kissen unbequem und laut für die Nachbarn, wenn man sie nicht anhebt beim Aufstehen. Etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Wir sind schon viermal in Ihrer schönen Anlage gewesen, allerdings ist der Preis für die Wohnung ziemlich gestiegen.

El lujo de poder dormir con el sonido de las olas del mar y tener una terraza con esas vistas, para mí, es insuperable. La ubicación del hotel, lejos del barullo de Meloneras o Mas Palomas, hace que sea muy tranquilo. Y al ser pequeño, puedes disfrutar de la piscina con la cantidad justa de huéspedes. Tanto el recepcionista como todas las camareras de pisos y el personal de mantenimiento fueron encantadores, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Agradecer los bollitos de pan de por las mañanas, el kit de limpieza y las clases de yoga. Y comentar que el menaje de la cocina estaba bastante nuevo y limpio. Armario y puerta del baño anticuados y abrían con mucha dificultad. Huéspedes que reservaban desde primera hora las hamacas o cogían 4 para 2 personas. Permitir fumar en la terraza, pues nos entraba el humo de los de al lado en la habitación.

• Silvia (10/5): Sentirse en casa es posible aquí - La estancia ha estado maravillosa. El equipo es un 10. Tienen detalles que se nota que cuidan al cliente y lo hacen sentir especial. Instalaciones limpias y bonitas. Las vistas de la habitación son espectaculares y solo quieres despertarte para tomar un café mirando ese mar interminable. Super recomendable.
