• John (8/5): - The view was amazing as was the hot tub. No real staff presence apart from the cleaner. Room in need of some TLC but still very nice. Misleading facilities stated, as there is no pool at the complex and although I paid for bed breakfast they insisted it was room only. Other than that a fantastic holiday and Firostefani is a real gem. Much quiter than Fira and only a 10 minute walk away.

• Kendell (8/5): - Driver drop us off on the street told us up the steeps when we get up the steep it’s left or right he didn’t say so we looked for about 20 mins couldn’t find the place was no instructions emailed to us had to look for the phone number to call someone because there wasn’t any to meet us someone did pick up the phone and she was trying to guide us so we went from the street and started over and was able to find the hotel took a while and plenty of steeps was told that she had to be at another hotel

• Rowena (10/5): Great little hotel with amazing views - Enjoyable short stay. This hotel is clean and comfortable with amazing views. Mike is very helpful and he came to meet us and showed us to our room. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included in the room price was delivered to the room was a nice added touch.

The hot tub in each room was a super plus with the view. will be visiting again and staying in the same hotel. Just hard to find.

• TARANA (6/5): - The property is close to transportation, restaurants, view is amazing, private and not toooo many steps. The night view of the Caldera is breathtaking. Ioanna (Manager) was exceptional!!! She helped with any questions I may have. The resort problems was it sure does need some mainatanance and upkeeping. I had the insuite pool but the pool filtration system made noise entire night and day where we could not even sleep. The bathroom floor had molds, the outdoor patio had ants every where. The house cleaning had mop the floor one day while our stay of 6 days. They need to do frequent cleaning. We had little kitchenette but had to keep on asking for refills for coffee, milk. I would assume if I had paid big bucks, this should be automatically done. Not sure. First time in Santorini. We had to ask for water refill (1 bottle given by the resort, received 2 bottle for the entire stay). I had to changed the kitchen and bathroom garbage couple of times on my own because housekeeping was not making their daily rounds. I would always message Ioanna to have someone come the following day to give or do what needed to be done. We had plates, bowls, and utensils so you can bring your dinner or lunch and have it in the suite. There's no option for room service because the staff leaves after 6. It is a beautiful location to stay, but for sure, needs upkeeping and more available staff.

• nikita (10/5): - ~Ioanna Oikonomi took care of everything. Shes the best care taker we we ever got. She was pro active on whatsapp. Even before our arrival she contacted us to arrange for taxi from airport and made our checkin so smooth. Not only that she took great care of us during whole stay she was only a whatsapp text away. Property was super clean with great view. Its very approachable to all the restaurants and basic amenities. It was right in center of Fira.
• Vinoth (6/5): - Lovely rooms with fantastic views. 10-15 min walk to centre of Fira. Friendly staff from receptionist to hotel services. Room itself is lovely with two showers and spacious. Very comfortable inside. Major disappointment was that 5 out of 7 Jacuzzis at the hotel was not working. This was not communicated prior to travel to us or other guests who arrived after us. The manager tried to make up for it with free transfer back to airport, 60 euros dinner at their restaurant and 5-hour semi-private cruise for us. Although we appreciated this, felt it did spoil the stay at Exclusive suites. Also note breakfast is basic – rolls, pasties, biscuits, eggs, olives, feta, salad, carton juices and Tassimo hot drinks. Couple of communication issues from the reception e.g time of taxi pick-up to cruise / airport. If quality of breakfast and jacuzzi is very important to you then you may be disappointed so check with hotel prior to travel. Hopefully all fixed now.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Exclusive Plan Suites is an amazing hotel, our stay was exceptionally special. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, going above and beyond to assist us. We were upgraded to an even better suite than what we expected that was impressive in every way, from the amenities to the phenomenal view of the caldera and surrounding village from the outdoor jacuzzi. The included breakfast is an added bonus and the property is conveniently located on the island, walking distance from Thira (10 minutes). We highly recommend booking this hotel and hope to be able to return soon!
• Donald (10/5): Stellar suite with a view - Customer service was amazing and our place was to die for. A few things that we wish were better was the breakfast. We were hoping for eggs of some sort related to breakfast but instead we got a lunch sandwich along with some baked goods which were tasty. Another thing was the lack of circulation in the suite. We had to. Open the door at night to cool down the room since the ac unit didn't really do the job. Other than that the place is awesome and the view from the hot tub is top notch

• Ed (10/5): Exceptional - This beautiful property provided a wonderful experience. Our room, the view, staff, and services exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We have just come back from an amazing 4 days spent here. The highlights were the view, every angle mesmerising throughout the day. The room was just what we needed as a two, the bathrooms are well equipped and a vast space, the fridge was stocked with butter, orange and tropical juice each day with additional water. The breakfast is delivered to your door each morning from 8.30 and we enjoyed it, but there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. A special mention goes to Dimitra. She will offer to sort anything on arrival, she sorted us with a great seat at a local restaurant, a quad bike, airport transfers and an additional couple of hours on our check out free of charge and this is the kind of service which topped off a wonderful holiday. We are already planning our return.

Maria, the receptionist/hostess, was exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful, and informative. The facility exceeded our expectations in every respect.

• Danielle (10/5): Can't be better. Highly recommended!! - Staff (I didn't catch her name) was one of the nicest person I met in Greece! The room was fantastic, nicer than photographed. We wanted to stay in a lux hotel for at least one night in greece but didn't want to spend a bomb (there are hotels Gng for thousand). We chose exclusive plan. While it's not cheap (you have to pay for luxury), it's worth it and we highly recommend. It's located at firostefani which is about 10-15 mins from fira centre. It's quieter, making it nice and peaceful to enjoy santorini. Breakfast is served to your room, lovely pastries. There's juices and coffee in the room complementary. Jacuzzi water was warm, which was great for the night or morning. We saw the staff cleaning it (deep cleaning), so don't worry about cleanliness. Oh, there's a viewing point where you can catch sunset. In our opinion, it's much nicer than squeezing with the crowd in Oia (we went there too, but it was just too crowded to enjoy) We wanted to get a quad bike and return at perissa the next day. We asked around at fira but couldn't find, fortunately the hotel arranged for us. Based on my research, the price is pretty similar.

• Ilana (10/5): Great trip, location, and view! - We had a great time at Exclusive Plan Suites. The place was the perfect size for me and my husband and came with a lot of amenities. The view is worth every penny! Also, we enjoyed the central location on the island. We rented a car and we could quickly get anywhere on the island in no more than 20-30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Outstanding customer service - While the propery itself is nothing extraordinary, what made our stay outstanding was the service and warmth we got from the property manager - Effy. She was awesome! Due to the cyclone that hit the islands during our stay, ferry service was cancelled and our travel plans to another island got affected. Effy kept us apprised of the situation and helped us sort out our plans -- even volunteering to call other properties for our extended stay (since they didn't have availability). As far as the property itself, we were initially in their classic suite and later upgraded to the superior suite. While the superior suite was more spacious overall, the shower room was smaller and the water pressure was too weak. Other than that, everything else was good. Wifi signal was strong. Great views. The location was very convenient as it was a short walk to either Fira or to Imerovigli. Overall, I think it was good value.

• Charles (10/5): What a view & What a location! - First of all, Effy was an amazing host at Exclusive Plan Suites, was very helpful through emails before we had even arrived in Santorini to help organise a transfer from the Port, but even went as far as to leave us with a local mobile phone to contact her with if there was anything we needed (out of hours) - we appreciated the offer, but after learning how hard Effy works around this time of year, we weren't going to bother her out of hours. The suite itself was absolutely amazing! a very long cave like room, with a large comfortable bed (I'm 6'3),and an indoor 1.8m deep cave pool to cool off in. There were a few air conditioners inside, so there was no chance you'd ever feel hot and bothered while inside. The bathroom was brilliant! a beautiful cave like shower recess that online photos don't do justice to (it's bigger than photos make it look). Clearly though, the best bit is the outside. A beautiful view of the Caldera from the outdoor jetted tub that is always set to a perfect temperature, so you could stay in it almost all day! (photo attached) You could sit there and watch the sunset. The staff at the hotel always made sure the water was clean every day. The suite did share an entry with another right next door, but did not bother us at all, yes at times you can hear them (barely ever saw them), but it's Santorini after all, you could walk into someones living room and not even notice. Absolutely loved our stay in the hotel
• MrandMrs (6/5): Beautiful view of Caldera not far from everything - I wish I could give 5 stars on everything but I can’t! We booked a suite with a king size bed overlooking the caldera with sunset view 7 more months in advance and when we got there, their service was amazing...very courteous, professional, amazing. The suite was perfect even though it didn’t have a direct view of sunset but it did have the caldera, we were fine with this view. Then they told us that 2 nights we were going to be there and on the 3rd day they were gonna move us to a better suite, to just pack our luggage and they would move it for us. We thought things couldn’t get better than that... but we were wrong!! That 3rd night after we came back from our daily activities, since their office closes at 6, Effie the manager had pointed to us which suite we would come back to... well... it was 1/2 the size smaller if not more than the original, the bed was a regular full size bed, everything was crammed, even the chair’s screws to the vanity were falling and chair was wobbly, the a/c made a lot of noise and couldn’t really sleep! I called Effie to question this “upgrade”, her response was that this suite had a better view than the 1st one and that the hot tub worked better than the 1st one because it wasn’t heating up (which was true, the water was always just lukewarm not hot) Well the “upgraded view” was a little better but from the farthest corner in the hot tub, which is in the front patio facing the caldera, that’s it! This was not what we paid for!

• Edwin LAI (10/5): Nice Hotel for Sunset and Beautiful View - We had a wonderful experience of staying at this Exclusive Plan Suite, the room comes with a jacuzzi located outside our room which is facing the sea (Caldera). Overall, the environment of this suite is very nice and comfortable especially during winter. To our surprise, we met many ' Cat" Friends there, they were roaming around the suite. The breakfast was average for us. The receptionist Ms. Dimitra is a very nice lady who even lent us a phone for emergency contact.

The team had started communication with me 1 week ahead of my checkin date, asking for my itinerary and if I would need pickup service. Because I travelled during low season, they surprised me by upgrading us to their beautiful suite. The suite was beautiful. Besides the outdoor tub, it was even equipped with an indoor mini pool. Housekeeping was excellent. The suite smelt wonderful, and it was cleaned spotless. The team stocked the suite full of food.

• Jas (8/5): PERFECT - Perfect location. Best view in all of santorini. Everything was great. Wonderful staff always so helpful. Bed was ++ comfy. Nice double sink and showers. The breaskfast is pretty basic could give more fruit or something other than bread. 10-15 min walk up and downhill to FIRA. Has many food places and grocery stroes less then a few mins walking distance. Overall loved it here.
• Brandy O. (10/5): The property was very well kept and surpassed my expectations. Pictures do not do it justice. - Overall I was greatly pleased from the location, property and staff. Every need I had was met. I don't know if I just over looked the fact breakfast was included but either way this added touch was very much appreciated. The hot tubs are cleaned daily or as needed and there are a number of restaurants within a very short walking distance.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The room is like a cave, no windows to look out. Hot tub was only Luke warm, and although the views were spectacular you could only see them if you were standing outside your deck area. Breakfast was delivered the night before to you fridge ( cheese, luncheon meats, muesli,) with pastries delivered around 9 am. Not as nice as most European hotels seem to do.
• Madhushani (10/5): Best relaxing time ever! Worth the money spent! - This place is amaaazzziinnggg! I checked out soo many hotels before I booked this one and I'm glad I selected this! Worth all the money you pay! I wanted a quiet peaceful time with my husband and this was the ideal choice. They give you eveything you want and nobody will bother you with anything. It's like staying home! We got the junior suite and it has a very beautiful view and at night it's breathtaking! 10 min walk to Fira! Main thing was we didn't have any public walking street infront of us so it was very nice. I recommend junior suite to anyone ! Vaso was a nice person helped us with eveything! We will come back for sure!
