• Ashley (3/5): These rooms were definitely not worth the cost. I was very disappointed. Won't stay here again. - We were able to get rooms next door to each other since there were no joining rooms available. There was nobody at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait for someone to show up to check us in. They couldn't find both of our rooms when we booked two rooms which took more time when it was late and we were tired and had bags in hand. The TV in our room was not working. The curtains on the window were broken and wouldn't close all the way. The beds were very hard and one bed made loud creaking noises whenever we moved.

• Sanders (2/5): Worst room with misleading information.Food hostess was exceptional. - Location The place was nothing like we expected. The pictures and reviews were deceiving. We wanted no carpet. All pics were without carpet. Our room had carpet from probably 20 years ago. The shower head was the cheapest plastic one available. The sink would not drain. It was tiny crammed with furniture from the ‘90’s. The furniture was old and beat up. The lamps were from the ‘70’s and one wouldn’t work. Out of the window was a 9 ft cement wall, so no light could get in. The tv was about 36 inches with wires going down the wall. There were no usb ports anywhere. We were not told what time breakfast was or given any information at check-in. Ice machine did not work. Worst room and misleading information I’ve ever experienced. When I questioned the front desk he offered no help or different room.

• Gabbert (8/5): Ill definitely be coming back. - Location was great and all staff i encountered were very polite and respectful. People in the room next to me kept goin in and out of their room all night letting their door slam behind them.
• Jessica (3/5): It was not worth the price. - The location was convenient. It was not as clean as I would think it should be for the price. The shower was dirty and a lot of hair in the drain. The covers had stains on them. The walls were dirty. Only one ice machine worked and it was on the other side of the hotel. There are 4 ice machines and only the one worked.

I booked the hotel in advance and when I got there, the pool was closed and that was not advertised on the website. The kids had brought swimwear and went to go swimming and they have a sign posted on the door. Other than that, the complementary breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

That area had a lot of rain in previous days before our stay. There was also some kind of water leak in the hotel during our stay

I ended up staying an extra night, the process was very smooth. Breakfast was so good! I love that someone is serving fresh food. Would definitely stay again.

• Chrystal (6/5): - We were looking for a hotel that was priced for our budget.. included breakfast and had an outdoor pool… we got that… Breakfast was fantastic every day! Staff was kind and the AC worked pretty great! The rooms are small but we did not spend a ton of time there. The bathroom needs a little facelift, some holes in the wall covered by grey “mud” (spackling). The shower .. water pressure was as to be expected at a busy hotel in the summer.. but the water temp… would go from normal to cold to scalding in about 3 seconds time and this happened throughout each shower.. All in all I feel like we got what we paid for and our needs were mostly met!

• Melissa (2/5): - I checked in and then fully checked the room. The sheets and bed skirt were stained. The room was very out dated. I asked if we could have another room which they did. It was a remodeled room which was nicer but the cleanliness of the first room made me feel unsafe in the second room. I had booked the hotel for 2 nights but we checked out and did not stay. I contacted Expedia for a refund who said they would send it to hotel. No refund was issued. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Half is remodeled (except the hall carpet - pictures) and half is not. The stained sheets say this is not clean. Do not stay here. I was there 20 minutes and didn’t stay the night.
• Sironda (4/5): - I had a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had no air conditioning, so we had to be moved right away. The second room wasn’t much better—the toilet didn’t flush properly, and when maintenance came to check, they admitted it had never worked correctly. On top of that, the room was dirty. My daughter, who was staying in a separate room, also had issues. She received a comped room and some tickets as a form of compensation. Meanwhile, we received nothing—even after having to switch rooms immediately upon arrival. The staff didn’t seem to care much; they acted like it was no big deal. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. The room quality did not match the online photos, and the price was far too high for the poor level of cleanliness and service we received. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

• jackie (6/5): - This poperty has a great location. Close to everything but not unmanageable to drive to during busy seasons. The room was clean enough. There was a monster energy drink left in our room, we were sure if that meant the room had been cleaned or had not. The bathroom was a nice size, but the shower head is very short. I am 5'10" and i had to squat when washing shampoo out of my hair. The staff was really sweet and very willing to help anytime we needed it. The pool was a decent size. It closes at 9pm though, so we couldnt enjoy it as we were doing stuff until then. The beds were spring mattresses and not the most uncomfortable but i wouldnt say comfortable at all.

Pictures are not anything like the room we got, hate more than anything to be mislead. If I would have known we would have a room with carpet… I wouldn’t have booked it. Chairs are extremely dirty. Pray we don’t end up with bugs or something. Never coming back

The location is great right in the middle of the entertainment district. There is a very nice hot breakfast every morning. Breakfast has waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, toast, several cereals. Price was good for this area and a good value.

• Ronald (10/5): - We were greeted as we entered lobby. Staff checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and so was bathroom area. Room had TV and nice small refrigerator to keep drinks and any food items cold. Our key card quit working and staff at front counter reprogrammed a couple new ones us. One thing that was a bit of inconvenience was ice machine was on opposite end on hotel and vending machines with drinks were not located together with snack machines. There is a very nice hot breakfast with waffles,eggs, sausage, biscuits, and various cereals. Staff is friendly and helpful. We received a good rate for our stay. Overall I recommend it as a great place to relax and enjoy a good nights rest.

Guess you get what you paid for.

• Rebecca (8/5): Nothing fancy - My first stay in Dec 2024 was great. Clean room, comfortable bed and great service. Here it is 3 months later and my opinion isn't quite the same. Service was great and we were able to check in early. The lady at the front desk looked a little disheveled, not well kept. We were in room 242. Im thinking this room was a rush cosmetic remodeled room. There is 1 wall that looks like a blind person painted it...seriously. And it looked like paint flakes or drywall was in the corner by the door...the foor, which is a floating floor, makes noise in the entire room. The bed was a little too firm for our liking and the toilet diesnt like to flush. It took me 3 tries to flush toilet paper...and my husband a few more than that to flush...well ya know. But hey, I guess since the room was under $100 I should'nt complain, but I was asked my opinion. Ive tried adding photos but the app isn't allowing me.

Have two small children, it was a safe environment for them. I always check for bugs at any place we stay at, the rooms were spotless. I definitely recommend this hotel🙂

• Heather (6/5): - Breakfast was supposed to be 7a-9a, there was no breakfast not even coffee. There was never anyone at the desk. Our room had a door that let the door next to it and the room next ours was open the entire time with the latch in the door so it could have been opened by anyone. The bathroom had tape around the ceiling from painting that was never taken down. The tiles were moved and not in the right spots in the ceiling. Our key stopped working the first night. They could only make one key which was inconvenient for me and my spouse. The plug ins for chargers weren’t safe due the fact that outlet moved around and was pushed in each time you tried to plug something in. The towels had stains on them from being used over and over. It wasn’t the best place to stay but it could have been worse I suppose
