- Anna (1/5): Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. - Nothing First of all, it’s false advertising when I book the room they had a photo of another motel and not the motel. I thought I was getting we get there and I had to talk through a little window. I couldn’t understand them and I asked him about breakfast and they said there is no breakfast, in the description of the room it says you get a breakfast. We got nothing , they did tell me we have a food truck on the other side of the hotel that you could buy Indian food. They even a sign on the door that said no breakfast until the door gets fixed. We went to our room. It was dirty, dusty, smelly, no blankets on the bed only sheets and a thin silk bedspread not one blanket. We were a stay over. Didn’t get room service. Had to ask for clean towels. I had to have my daughter bring me blankets The air conditioner had a smell to it. The door didn’t lock properly. There was a big gap underneath the door and on the side of the door where you can see sunlight through it’s nearby a train and the train would honk the horn very loud if I could I would’ve rented somewhere else but because of financial issues I couldn’t so I had no choice but to stay there I wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund. I do have photos.

Supposedly pet friendly (which we paid xtra for) NOT. Very noisy loud location. Door did not close properly. Paint on floor from being painted. Would Never come back here
- Cheryl (1/5): - Nothing. I did not feel safe in the area. The dead bolt did not lock, so put the arm chair against the door. The 2 sitting chairs were extremely worn. The toilet was dirty. Noisy train track across the street vibrated the bed. There were cars coming in and out all night long, majority of them did not stay through the night. I would never recommend this hotel. First time I have ever given a negative review

- Jill (4/5): Adequate, but not great. - The beds were clean and comfortable and the man who checked us in reminded me that we had booked a smoking room. I am so grateful he checked because we did NOT want a smoking room. He switched it on the spot. The rooms were pretty run down; the breakfast was just cold cereal and not much more. No creamer for the coffee either. It's also a tough spot for a dog, surrounded by concrete with not a very suitable place to walk one.

- WesternRaven (4/5): It wasn't for us. Needs some help. - Everyone was friendly. They had a room with 3 beds. The front desk and housekeepers were all super nice and friendly. The room setup was nice. Modern large TV. The room was not for us. It was in need of major repairs. The plumbing was rough. There was a hole you felt like you were going to fall through in front of the bathroom. It was too expensive for what you got. I would not recommend the family room. Maybe the others are better, but I would proceed with caution. I think they cleaned it well, but everything was pretty old, like carpets, curtains, etc.

- Rayburn (8/5): It was a peaceful room with everything anyone would need to feel comfortable and get a good rest. - Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe feeling, roomy, air conditioning, huge tv, free internet, showerhead fixture, pleasant staff, convenient parking. The bathtub looked old and scuffed.

While not a luxury hotel, it offered me a spacious and clean room, a comfortable bed, and the biggest TV I've encountered while traveling the past week. And breakfast was included. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Mexican restaurant next door is good, too.

- Flores (5/5): Low price comes with low expectations - Updated furniture and large flat screen tv. When checking in, the front desk person immediately began claiming that I had previously left the room dirty when that was false. Their housekeeper vented to me on how she felt overworked and underpaid working there. Bathtub had peeling paint, tub was clogged, AC only worked for about an hour.

We didn't love it just because it was poorly maintained, but it was a place to spend the night and pretty clean. The room smelled nice! It was disconcerting that the only place to let the dog potty was the back of the building. I did appreciate that the young man at the front desk showed us the room before we chose to stay, and that there were some small breakfast options in the lobby.

I guess that would be okay if you only want to watch old cartoons! I tried to call the front desk about it but there was nothing on the phone saying anything about how to call the front desk. I tried dialing zero but that didn't work. We finally just said to heck with it and went to sleep. I will not stay here again and definitely would not recommend the place to anyone I know!

- Laura (4/5): - One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it served breakfast. When we arrived 2 things happened. First, they charged an extra 3 dollar amount for paying with card that we were not informed about. When asked the receptionist said that it is a private property and can charge 25 if they wanted to. I agree they can do that, but they should inform about it because once you arrive there if you don’t want to pay a hidden cost it’s already too late to cancel the room… Secondly, breakfast… when we got there the receptionist said they couldn’t serve it because they were doing some remodeling. We told them that it should be also informed because we would have probably chosen another place. She ended up saying that she could give us some donuts and coffee between 7:30-9:00. At least it was something! But in the morning… surprisingly there were non… she said that it was a healthy issue because they had just painted the room and the smell was very strong to keep the food there… apparently the night before it wasnt… So it’s not about having or not having breakfast, it’s about being honest and transparent with your customers, lying is not a good marketing tool. So I will not choose this place again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Overnight trip - Stay for a night and the outside of the building gave me bates motel vibes, but surprisingly the room didn’t match the outside. The room smell like paint and you can tell it had been remodeled with the amount of paint on the floor and walls etc. my only complaint was not enough toilet paper at least an extra roll and didn’t feel safe with the basic lock on the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and the AC didn’t throw out any dust and worked perfectly so, I would definitely stay here again if need be.

- Jessica (2/5): - Highly do not recommend. I paid $148 for this room when I went in to check it there was a head board ripped off the wall and in front of another bed. There was a dip in the floor at the bathroom entrance where a hole is starting. Tried to take a shower and the water shot strait out across the bathroom into the sink area. Bathroom was very dirty. When I spoke to the lady about a refund she was very rude. And told me that she would have put me into another room. I'm sorry but I was already put into a room that was clearly not ready to be stayed in in the first place. So no I did not want another room. This is clearly not acceptable and you still chose to put people in it anyways. And if you were unaware of these issues that would mean you do not check or maintain or clean your rooms. This was not something guests should be put into in the first place.

The room was comfortable and clean but you could hear loud train noises and honks coming from the train tracks which are in extremely close proximity to the hotel.

The bathroom, in particular, was so disgusting that I almost threw up—it was filled with dirty stuff and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The towels were just as bad, like old, worn-out rags that hadn’t been replaced in at least ten years. Words can’t even describe how awful it was. By far, the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.

I didn’t like being charged $40 cash for a pet fee when the booking required payment in full for a pet friendly room. No receipt either. I didn’t like the train at night. I didn’t like the schizophrenic lady ten rooms down on a different level yelling for two hours. I didn’t like the knife cut on the door. The lighting was poor. However, this was the only place in town with space. I typically would not stay in a motel. I was worn out and didn’t have time to look elsewhere.

They harassed my children and even banged on the door, forcing it open, demanding g for an ID from my 18 year old son. Our rights were violated. My kids were so upset we left back AZ. I had to call and make a police report. Do NOT stay here. You will regret it.
- Heather (2/5): Even worse than we expected - To be fair it was a cheap hotel so expectations were low. But it was worse than expected. They charge $20 extra per pet which must be paid in cash despite paying the rest of the bill by card. (Hhmmmm) the room smelled strongly of cleanser which took a few hours with the window open to clear out. However there were pieces of popcorn in 2 different areas in the room so clearly it hadn’t been swept/vacuumed. Also dust on the bathroom shelves and not sure the toilet had been cleaned. No blankets on the beds- only sheets and a bed cover. The beds were nicely firm with thick pillows. The hotel is on a busy road and railroad tracks next to the road so it was noisy. The listing for the hotel stated the rooms were soundproof. Absolutely NOT soundproof!!!!! Smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall and I don’t think it was actually even connected. Wi-Fi didn’t work. The blackout curtains worked really well so morning light didn’t cause early awakening
