• Margaret (10/5): - This is a clean and relatively new hotel. It is nicely decorated and furnished. However, there is not much to do in North Pole other than to see the Santa statue and shop. We did eat at a DD&D restaurant which was excellent.
• Patrice (8/5): Winter Oasis - Pet friendly is the main reason we chose this hotel. The room was comfy and the beds were the best we've had in a long time. The pet entrance gets snow blowing into the doorway, making it challenging yo enter and exit in the winter. No one seemed to be in charge of shoveling it out, so we had to force the door open or closed. Pet fee was $40 each night instead of per stay. That was unexpected, so added $120 to our stay.

• Kristina (8/5): - Have stayed here multiple times and love the hotel, upon arrival the parking lot was empty minus one vehicle. Only a few guests were staying while talking with the clerk. I arrived 20 min early for check in and was charged an early check in fee, I could understand if they were busy and the hotel was full, but this was not the case.
