• Verified traveler (4/5): Not a 3 star hotel!!! - This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. That design means noises are amplified and people opening and closing doors causes the room's door to shake and make a loud sound. The only good thing I can say is that it was mostly clean and not delapidated. If you want an actual 3 star hotel, do not choose this hotel. Hotels.com should downgrade this hotel to a 2 star hotel or below.
• Lek Yong (6/5): Stay at Cameron Highlands - You need booking code from hotel.com to key into the auto check in system under argoda. I have to call the help center via local roaming to get the code. No watsapp available for call center. Mattress was hard but for the price, i hope all these can be better.
• Jennifer (6/5): Strong reservations on staying here - Pros: Excellent location, in the middle of Brinchang. Clean. Comfortable bed; love the firm pillows, and room temperature. Enough space for 1-2 people for an overnight stay or two. Hot shower and good water pressure. Maybe too hot though?! Comes to scalding. Excellent wifi, able to do video and phone calls and upload photos and videos. Cons: First of all the “hotel”- it’s NOT a hotel, that’s a misnomer, it’s more like a homestay with self-enclosed rooms surrounding a kitchenette area. NOT what I signed up for and the picture for the app does NOT reflect check-in. There is a fridge thankfully. It’s self check-in which SUCKS if you have issues like I did. My Hotels.com booking number didn’t work and there is NO ONE AROUND TO HELP. Only a phone number is given to call but if you don’t have international dialing (I don’t know any foreign tourist who does?!), you are screwed. Especially as this “hotel” doesn’t bother to respond to messages via the app. This place really should be removed from the app and marketed ONLY to Malaysian travelers. There is ZERO soundproofing in terms of the windows (no double-glazing) and minimal for the walls. I was very lucky the families who stayed next door controlled their kids well so they didn’t make noise (I was in room A), but as as for the next set of flats on the kitchenette over, oh, my god. It eohkd have been a nightmare bc the brats over there were loud as anything, right before I went to bed. Grab doesn’t recognise Snooze.

• Traveller (8/5): - Good place to stay in Cameron Highlands. Clean and quiet with few restaurants around. There are more bars and places to go out in Tanah Rata. Also most of the hiking trails start there but the taxi fare is just 10RM. Would come back.

• Julie (4/5): - For a budget hotel, the room is pretty nice and clean; except for the toilet ceiling - the paint is pealing off. As the window opens out to a lane facing an eatery, it was rather noisy. They were so noisy - throwing plastic containers around at past 12 midnight. And it happened again the next morning at 4:57 am. I think there were washing, but it sounds so angry. Not keen on coming back to this hotel.

It has great places and food nearby as it located in the middle town of Brinchang. The services and facilities also good. Well recommeded for who want to stay in this budget hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing overall - More a hostel than Hotel and the room was sparse. You could hear every sound from outside and the shower was just a hose above the toilet

The only drawback is if you stay on the lower floor, you could smell the cooking from the kitchen of the eating place nearby. If you have elderly or physical disability, the stairs up to the room can be challenging. Otherwise, this hotel is a good choice overall.

Strategic location, wonderful decoration and super cheap price, High speed Wi-Fi as well as clean room. However I hope the hotel will change their bedsheet or the blanket cover every time after the customer check out(just in case they didn't). It's because my body feel a bit itchy after I sleep on night on the bed. Maybe my skin is a bit too sensitive.. Anyhow i will still come back!

• mehmet cagri (6/5): Ok to stay for a night. - Pros: Clean hotel. Has laundry machines. Free water. Very nice personal and service. Cons: no elevator(if you have heavy luggage be aware of stairs), very poor wifi. Actually I think Cameron highlands is not very must seen area.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A Cosy hotel to stay.. - The hotel is very comfortable and cosy eventhough is a small hotel. Location is good. We feel so much like we were staying at home rather than in a hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.
• Zahid Syahmi (10/5): Nice hotel at the centre of Cameron - It is at the centre of the town of Brinchang, so is very easy to go to any attractions. Also with affordable price, the hotel is very tidy and smart-looking (for a 3 star hotel). Good for a quick getaway unless you're looking for something special then be prepared spending the extra $$

• Samantha (10/5): Snooze .. Lives up to its name :) - Homely vibe, sofa and lounge area with cushions and drinking vendors, sink etc in each room area- which is themed to different Disney classics. We stayed in the lion king area - our room was called Pumba :) my favourite character! Staff were attentive - and industrial sized washing machine and dryer to be used for Less than £2 for a wash and dry on a full load. Area was nice, 10min walk to big strawberry farm. Other areas are slightly harder to reach ( we did walk to Parit falls - not worth it.. Unless you are on route to tanah rata by foot. Taxis are stupidly expensive.. So better to explore from this area if you have a car or bike. Room comfy overall good experience lots of good food eateries and a food court in 1mins walk.

Small and cozy Reception was at a minimart counter, convenient to buy snacks and necessities. TV was working but limited channels One major major grouse is the poor wifi..only worked properly in fleeting moments and even then was rather slow. Not recommended for travellers who rely a lot on internet

• chia (6/5): Snooze!! - This hotel as same like homestay. I like there everything,whose without transportation is good stay because Taxi station just oppsite only.The only bad thing for us is too noisy at night cant sleep.
• Shimona (10/5): WE LOVE SNOOZE - We LOVED our stay at Snooze. It is the cutest hotel I have seen. It gives you a very homely feel and the owner is very helpful too. The rooms are lovely and are beautifully decorated. There is a pantry in the common area where you can make your own coffee/tea and have your breakfast. The hotel is situated in Brinchang which is very convenient if you want to go trekking and do some sightseeing. There are yummy Chinese restaurants surrounding the hotel where you must try the Steamboat.
• Retired canucks (10/5): Excellent Hotel/Hostel - A great place to stay! We made good use of the common areas for making our own breakfast. It was nice to meet other guests from around the world. You could enjoy your privacy also. Keep in mind that there could be a family with small children or college students getting together for a weekend as your fellow guests so it may be a bit noisy at times...but always interesting! We definitely would stay here again!

• Darrell (8/5): Across from taxi stand.. Easy to get around. - Nice feel to this hotel. Basic but homey.Common area on each floor for coffee needs. I used the restaurant next door for strong coffee. Also visited Starbucks in next town during hikes on trail system. The walk up to your room is a slog after hiking and carrying your bags. Would be a problem with older people. No help was offered and I'm 62. The owners live on the entire second floor so it' s up to the third for you!!
