• Hannah (4/5): - Check in for this property was lengthy with payment facilities not working. Parking was very tight. The room was difficult to access and not advertised to be on level one. The main slider door was damaged and unable to be locked. The TV didn't work, and the room was very old with noticeable maintenance required. Bedding was sparce and the covers stained. Extra blankets were very old and pilled. It felt like ones was staying in a teenage boys room. The bathroom was old and towels thin. Roosters nearby obviously out of the properties control

• Shon (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious lovely two bedroom, open plan Host was very lovely and accommodating Got us a portacot for our baby but we didnt end up using it as baby slept in bed instead Single bed in room was broken and sunk down in one end (was on blocks and the bed came off them that's how we found out about it) Neighbor who was staying next to us parked nearly outside of our garage and I nearly took the fence out trying to get my car out (no fault of the host)

Plug hole in basin, spare blanket has marks on it, kitchen chairs filthy, a small knife needed(the carving knife there was blunt and useless),heat pump makes a horrid noise, tv remote batteries move,ranch slider needs all grease/oil cleaned out of it, and cutlery 1 soup spoon and 1 desert spoon???

• Amy (3/5): It’s a good price for the size of apartment etc but hopefully it can get a revamp, i understand times are tough though a - Great that it’s walking distance too the beach, decent size apartment, little terrace space was nice too, it has great potential just really needs serious maintenance and a good clean Couldn’t lock doors, someone I was staying with had to get a screw driver and fix something just to be able to get one too atleast lock, door handles falling off, shower head falling off, taps lose, wooden floor needed vacuuming and mopping, things felt dingy and dirty, etc

• Amie (2/5): Would not stay here again - We had to move units as the sliding door wouldn’t lock, then our second room had no hot water for first night and was long trip. The heat pump wouldn’t work so only had little heaters that didn’t do much. We had no wifi the whole time I had to connect the tv to my hotspot just so we could watch Netflix. And the shower handle kept coming off. Manager was nice but could only do what she could do.

Had everything we needed and close to shops etc as well as beach and coffee cart! The double beds in both apartments we rented squeaked and felt unstable - this was also the case in the one apartment we had stayed in a couple of years ago. Some investment in the beds would make a huge difference to the stay and rebooking

Our sliding door didn’t lock as a mum travelling alone with a 3 year old I didn’t feel safe. Half the blind was missing in the single bedroom so I had to put my child to bed in the queen room. Beds very uncomfortable and very dated bedding. Most the kitchen cupboards were broken. The shower didn’t close properly either. Also broken glass on the patio.

• Tina (5/5): I felt uncomfortable as the place just felt unclean & quite run down. - The lady who looked after the place was really nice & helpful . The place was rather run down. The 2 wheelchair accessible units had a step to get in & if I hadn't had my own portable ramp with me I would not have even been able to get in to my unit also couldn't use the bathroom sink as has cupboard under it. Wheelchair accessible means a lot more than just a wet floor shower in the bathroom.

• Reuben (6/5): - Communication with the host was good, the living room looked clean, the bathroom had mold, cobwebs in different areas and lamps, the bathroom drain gave off an acidic smell and most of the furniture is worn and old, in the next door a Rooster. I would rate the overall cleanliness at 8/10

Would recommend for a stay over. Bathroom wasn't the greatest. Mouldy, unclean around shower and wallls. Living space needs a good wipe down on the walls and frames.

I don’t think I slept an hour over the whole night. Could feel and hear the springs when moving. That is the thing that sticks in my mind and overshadows the good.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and responsive, one of our cars we even lost the key for and they have been accommodating with time to sort it 🙏 the bed was so squeaky you literally couldn't move your head without hearing it, ended up sleeping on the couch bed. facilities in general were bit old but met all the basic requirements needed to create one's comfort. ❤️

• Anton (7/5): The apartment was conveniently located, and the price was good given we booked at short notice. - The location was good for where we were travelling to. 2 bdrms apartment. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress was thin. The rooms were cold, and the extra blanket in the cupboard was dirty. The electric blankets were a bit suspect, so we did not use them.

• Emma (3/5): Good location but the place is really run down - the manager was lovely the facilities were so poor, everything was falling apart. We had one pot and it didnt even have a lid! This property seriously needs some money spent on it

• Janis (4/5): Stay away - Location Well, a lot. And I am going to be honest. First of all, the photos in the avert are deceiving. It is old and out dated. Shower curtain rail is hanging loose from the ceiling. All the drawers are loose or broken. The toilet flush button isn't working properly. Beds are old. It is advertised as sleeping 6 but there weren't enough cups, mugs, cutlery, etc. The cutlery drying stand was dirty and full of mould, I had to wash that before I could wash the dishes and I had to do the dishes before using it for the first time as it wasn't clean either. Garden has not been taken care of, overgrown weeds and plants. The meterbox don't close propery and that is a major safety concern, especially with kids. Walls, floors and windows are dirty. Laundry drying stand is all rusted. The only staff member is very friendly and helpfull, but she doesn't have any help. From what I see is that the owners don't care about this place and are quite arrogant about maintaining it. This can be a gold mine if taken care off properly and the manager gets help in the upkeep of this place.
