- Rob Allison (9/5): - Superb staff, so very friendly and efficient. The gorgeous seaview room was worth the extra price. Buffet meals were excellent quality with really good ingredients including sashimi and a sushi chef! The onsen was a bit basic compared to the rest of the hotel's quality
- Julia (9/5): Fantastic - no doubt - stay here - Great location, great price and terrific staff It was a little confusing finding the way in and out of the property on foot. There are a number of staircases and a road and it is hard to tell which to choose.

- Frances (10/5): Wonderful hotel in amazing location - Loved this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing, rooms very spacious and comfortable (we had Western beds, neither too hard nor too soft), onsen is great and super clean, good buffet for breakfast and dinner with very fresh fish (though no Western options except bread at breakfast) , staff are lovely. We had 6bnights and were really sorry to leave. Great location foe various jikes along the Michinoku trail

- Ming Shan (8/5): 1.飯店附近有步道可以走走、欣賞美麗的風景。2.飯店沒有溫泉，所以雖然有大浴池及泡湯的地方，但並不是溫泉。 3.自助餐內容蠻多樣，可以自己選擇喜歡的餐點。 - 床鋪、被褥、枕頭非常乾淨、舒適，是此次旅行中睡得最好的一晚 附近沒有其他商店或小吃店、除了吃在飯店裡面用餐之外，沒有其他的選擇
- Ninette (10/5): It was more than we could have expected. Worth every penny. - The location was great, ocean and forest all around. We had a suite which gave us awesome views. The dinner and breakfast buffets were great with a wide variety of food and drink. The service was exceptional. It was a peaceful stay. Can't really think of anything, other than the 1 hour and 40 minute bus ride to get there, but there was awesome sightseeing along the way.

- Rachel (10/5): - The western room was very large, modern and well presented. It had fantastic views of Jodagahama beach. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent, lots of variety and had options for those with dietary requirements. Definitely recommend ordering if you are staying there for a short time. You can purchase the dinner package when you arrive at the hotel. Nothing, but recommend the western room over the Japanese room if looking for a modern and comfortable stay.

- Y (9/5): - Staff were very friendly and helpful. The ocean view from the room is superb except that the strong sunlight early in the morning made the room burning hot. Meals provided are of good value given the variety of food available. It would be better if newer or more comfortable pillows can be provided. Thicker futons for Japanese style room may also improve the comfort level for customers.

- Antonia (9/5): - Ein sehr schönes Ryokan mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Onsen hatte ein Außenbecken, das wirklich schön war. Das Essen war hervorragend. Ich wurde beim Frühstück an einen Tisch gesetzt, der komplett am hintersten Ende des Raumes war. Zwischen mir und den anderen Gästen waren mehrere unbesetzte Tische, die auch im weiteren Verlauf des Frühstücks frei blieben. Das gab mir das Gefühl, dass sich bemüht wurde, mich von den anderen (japanischen) Gästen zu separieren.
