- Kuehn (9/5): Große Zimmer und nah der Bahnstation - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Bahnstation. Viele Pendler fahren die Strecke nach Tokyo hinein. 100 m vom Hoteleingang entfernt befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß. Es handelt sich um keinen Touristenhotspot, deshalb findet man hier eher ein typisch japanische Umfeld. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr japanisch, aber variantenreich.

- HIDEAKI (9/5): 清掃スタッフの皆様に感謝♡ - 連泊(23泊)での宿泊。部屋の掃除の時間は10〜15時の間と言われたが、直接清掃スタッフに聞いてみたら、快くこちらの希望を受けて下さった事。 また、外食ばかりでは飽きがきてしまうので、お惣菜を買ってきて食べた際のゴミも沢山出ていたと思います。それも綺麗に片付けてくれていました。 そして何より、足のキズから時々出血をしてしまっていたのも気が付いて下さって綺麗なシーツに交換して頂けました。 本当に 有り難う御座いましたm(_ _)m 良かった内容に紐付くのですが、フロントスタッフと清掃スタッフの連携がなされていない点。 フロント側では「ご希望通りの時間に清掃には入れない！こちらからしたら、あまり良い印象は持てませんでした。 清掃スタッフ側では、きっと・・「お客様のニーズに応えてあげたい。」 という気持ちからなのか、希望の時間に清掃に入って頂けた。 このようなちぐはぐなところ！ 連携が取れていたら、一番最初のフロントの答えも違っていただろうし、良い印象を持てたかもしれません。

Also, the bus stop for the Limousine Bus to/from both airports is right downstairs. Staff were very nice & helpful. The items in the breakfast buffet were high quality, but food items were the same all 3 days. It would be nice to be able to turn off the room light, but still be able to use the lamps. As mentioned, it would be nice to vary the food items at the breakfast buffet. The bed is firm, which I like, but I wish there were softer pillows.

- Joe (10/5): Great hotel and staff - I always stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. It is at a main train station (sagami ono). Right in a shopping center. Everything is here..shopping , restaurants etc. Hotel has discount at local gym...3 minutes walk. Staff is incredibly helpful. Room is basic but has everything you need. Hot water heater for tea, tub, desk safe etc. You can add breakfast to your stay which is very good. I always stay here and will continue to do so. And.. the bus stop from/to Haneda airport is literally right below the hotel. So convenient 😌 Nothing to dislikein

- Grace (10/5): Conveniently located at the train station with tons of shopping and eating to do here. - Location, location, location. It's all about the convenience when you stay here. The lobby connects to a shopping center. Tons of major brand shops and restaurants. Great bakeries, Starbucks and grocery store downstairs. There is another shopping mall outside of the hotel and there are great restaurants all over the area. The train station is also downstairs. Didn't find much to not like. Maybe the pillows. They were kinda of hard.

- Joachim (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Sagami-Ono - Für japanische Verhältnisse relativ großes Zimmer. Ideale Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit Busverbindungen zu beiden Tokioter Flughäfen. Reichhaltiges Europäisches und japanisches Frühstück. Ich wünschte mir, das Fenster öffnen zu können, um Frischluft zu bekommen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist dies aber leider nicht erlaubt, was ich durchaus verstehe.

Great room. The room was very spacious and had a full closet, a number of drawers, and a 10 foot countertop with TV, charging stations, an electric water heater and refrigerator. The staff was really courteous and helpful. This is the best Japanese hotel. I have stayed in during my dozen plus hotel stays over the last three years. The breakfast was one of the best and not crowded. The typical Japanese bid was on the firm side.

- MIREI (8/5): 駅直結で食事にも困らず快適 - 周りの部屋の音がせず、またマッサージチェアがあったこともありゆったりリラックスした気持ちで過ごせた。 ユニットバスが個人的にあまり好きではないので。
