• Martin (4/5): For budget traveller it’s ok - Location eas good It was spooky, like Iwas the only one there. Everything is old and worn down.

• Anna (6/5): - Great view from the window. Spacious room. Large refrigerator. Quiet at night. North Eleven is across the street. 7-minute walk to Ikonchiam. Quick check-in late at night. Cheap price. The carpet is dirty and stained. I think it would be better to remove it completely. Noisy air conditioner. The hotel is old, and everything is outdated.

• John (8/5): A good budget choice in an area close to downtown and water taxis. - Location was perfect for my business purposes. I especially liked the bed, firm and comfortable. The hotel was a bit "long in the tooth," in need of renovation. In particular, the bathroom, including the tub showed a lot of wear and tear, with multiple stains and other damage.
• Beth (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. - Location is great Staff are polite It’s too old and creepy. There’s water dripping from the toilet upstairs, so gross. The carpet, beddings, curtains, furniture need upgrading. This is probably the worst stay that I made through booking.com. I wasn’t expecting a fancy room for the price but I think the room that I got isn’t livable.

• Philippe (5/5): Can't recommend it to anyone - At least it was clean. Run down equipment. Working but very noisy A/C. The first room they showed me was horrendous. So they offered me another one that was slightly better. I accepted because it was already late , I was tired and didn't want to go into the trouble of finding another place. Personal is friendly but no English so communication is not easy

• Lynn (3/5): Better off at a 4 star hotel for this price - Location was good, walkable to Icon Siam mall and near the waterfront of Chao Phraya river. Room was large with a partial city view from the 12th floor and stocked with hot water boiler, coffee, tea, water and mini fridge. Hotel was very outdated and dilapidated, bedsheets were paper thin (could see the mattress through the sheets), photos of hotel did not match what we received. Clean but very old and worn, stained old carpet, bathroom had a tub but was so stained did not want to bathe in there.
