• Caroline (10/5): Amazing beach hotel - Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with sunbeds on the garden from the third row in from the beach, for hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast, as it was delicious and great value. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!

• julie (10/5): - The location is the best thing about this place , the beautiful beach is literally a stone’s throw away , stunning food in all directions the lifetime beach bar food is amazing and avli restaurant just around the corner is truly stunning, it’s a basic hotel with a massive comfy bed but the family that run it are so friendly too definitely would go back , well we did it’s our second time and will be going again
• Alessandra (10/5): - La struttura è in zona tranquilla ma nei pressi di numerosi servizi. Abbiamo alloggiato nelle stanze a pianoterra. Arredo moderno e molto pulito. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa. L’ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la stanza a disposizione oltre orario. La colazione era servita al bar a pochi metri di distanza in riva al mare. I proprietari e i collaboratori sono gentilissimi. L’unico difetto, per noi che ci svegliamo presto, è che la colazione viene servita dalle ore 9. Consiglio la struttura a chi ama tranquillità e pulizia ma non sfarzo.

Toujours présent si besoin le personnel est top ,les chambres du RDC sont propre et récente avec petit salon devant .des restaurants et boutiques partout très agréable.le seul petit point négatif c'est l heure du Petit déjeuner plutôt 9h30 -10 h mais bon c'est les vacances après tous 😁

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We have just returned from a week at Anetis room 206, the room looked tired with dated furniture but the beds were very comfortable and we slept well, but they are modernising the rooms so it was pot luck which one we got. We had a sea view and aircon which was most needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We only use the room for a base so was fine for us. We would recommend this hotel and it’s perfect for location.

• Marilyn (10/5): Gem of a hotel - this hotel is a little gem, after being a regular visitor to Zante (and a few other Greek islands) over the last 25 years we have found accomodation that ticks all the boxes. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease. We had a safe and air conditioning as well as a fridge and kettle (being typically English I do like my cuppa!). Breakfast was served at the bar and the staff love to amuse the children. Cleaners tended to the rooms daily. We had such fun, will definitely go back.
• cosimo (4/5): Camera non confortevole - Ben accolti all’arrivo dal proprietario, molto gentile, che ci ha accompagnati in camera. Molto piccola per tre persone e quasi completamente occupata dai letti. Il bagno poi è il vero capolavoro. Non ha prese d’aria e neanche sistemi di aspirazione. Non c’è una presa elettrica ed il phone funziona solo per pochi secondi poi va in blocco. Di contro la pulizia degli ambienti è discreta. Insomma la struttura è inadeguata.

Free pick up from & to the airport was an added bonus. Free safety deposit box & air con were great.Situated close to the centre but didn’t hear much noise at all. Beach was literally a stones throw away! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was traveling with 2 15 year old girls and felt safe on the beach and everywhere in the village. This is a family owned hotel and they take great pride in their business.

• Martin (8/5): Prima hotel in een wel drukke omgeving - Leuk hotel, fijne personeelsleden en erg hygiënische. Strandje is wel erg klein en zal tijdens het hoogseizoen wel helemaal onbewoonbaar zijn. Gelukkig was erg dichtbij een erg goed restaurant Trenta-Nova met een prima kaart en fijne bediening waar we 5 avonden met smaak hebben gegeten. Zakynthos viel ons wat tegen, erg toeristisch.

• Melanie (10/5): Lovely hotel close to the beach - We really enjoyed our week at the Anetis. We had a ground floor room which was very clean and modern. Maid service everyday, large tv with English movies, fridge air conditioning and a large comfortable bed.

• Garry (10/5): Nice, perfectly placed hotel - Just got back from 2 lovely weeks at anetis beach hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, it's right on the beach and the room we had was spacious and modern, not to mention very clean! Staff at the hotel and the adjoining lifetime beach bar are all lovely and very helpful, they will even pick you up and drop you off at the airport! Thank you everyone for a great 2 weeks! Hope to be back soon.

In view of price paid and the fact that we didn't stay in apartment during the day we had a great holiday.Staff friendly,beach bar good.

• david (10/5): Last Man Standing - Having reviewed hotels within Tsilvi and found the Aneteis, we contact the hotel and Dennis quickly responded with confirmation of the second floor room (great views) and also the free collection from the airport complete with car registration number and mobile details. Upon arrival and swift passage through passport control, the blue belingo was duly waiting, we were greeted by Billy and his lovely girlfriend both dressed to kill – they had left a christening to pick us up – wow and many thanks. A lovely welcome, bags dispatched into the boot and within 15 minutes at the hotel, Billy took our heavy cases up to the room and showed us round. Room comments - * Absolutely spotless * Fridge, cups, glasses, cutlery and kettle * bathroom – great shower in bath plus free toiletries – again great touch * lovely balcony complete with chairs/ table and washing line and pegs * free air con – we didn’t t use it * free decent sized safe - sufficient for two iPads, passports, phones and more room to spare as well * TV with local channels – didn’t t use * single beds and spotless lovely clean linen * towels changed daily * great wifi General comments - * we were the last and the hotel was closing so we didn’t see much of reception or the loan books * Billy, Dennis, Maria and family absolutely lovely , we were even given a litre of their own olive oil on departure – pure class ! Plus what a quality oil as well * food from the beach bar, best Greek salad and breakfast we had
• JJ24 (8/5): Well positioned for the beach and town - Excellent room. They have made three rooms out of their old restaurant space. Clean modern spacious well decorated. Air con fridge and safe included in the price. Staff very friendly. Given a lift to the airport by the owners which was a nice gesture. Food and drink prices reasonable. Would highly recommend. Sunbeds are free on the site but like everywhere else on the beach it's 6€ for 2 sunbeds and a parasol.

Even his singing didn't put us off!! Thanks Denis for delicious homemade olive oil we'll be back just for that, happy memories
• Igor (10/5): Хороший отель - Отдыхали с супругой в отеле в первой половине сентября 2015 года. Впечатление об отеле самое положительное. Прекрасная локация (практически на пляже, а до "цивилизации" всего 5 мин. пешком. Для нас важным было наличие при отеле бесплатной автостоянки и чайника в номере. Отель после недавнего ремонта, чистый и аккуратный. Отель безусловно отвечает своему уровню по соотношению цена-качество. Недостатков нет. Разве только отсутствие флайеров "Просьба не беспокоить".
• ettore (8/5): gradevole - gradevole alberghetto sul mare a gestione familiare, personale cortese e disponibile(ci sone venuti a prendere in aereoporto e ci hanno riaccompagnati) , c'è un bar sulla spiaggia gestito da loro con gradevoli bevande.......... Il tutto senza grandi pretese ma funzionale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
• Marko (8/5): Small family hotel at the beach in Tsilivi - We stayed in the hotel when we were on our vacation in Zakynthos. The hotel is just a few meters away from the beach, every room has see view. This is a family run hotel, there is no active reception in the hotel, since the owners work in the bar which is situated at the beach 10-20 meters from the hotel, but they are always glad to help you if you have some issues, so this was not a problem for us. The room was not that big, but clean and with air conditioner, the room itself is outdated but everything is in working order. All in all we had a nice stay there, the location is great, but do not expect up to date rooms, hotel services. Brekfast is available at the beach bar for additional charge, it is very basic, but you can 'upgrade' it. This is a fair small family run hotel, but you should know that it is very basic.
