- Patrick (8/5): Pour notre séjour, l’emplacement , l’accueil et le service etaient aux RDV! - La période était propice au bon déroulement de notre séjour, le personnel est très agréable et a l’écoute des clients. Très très bel accueil 🤩! Nous avons choisi une chambre qui n’était pas très lumineuse… Le petit déjeuner = peu mieux faire, surtout si nous prenons le petit déjeuner vers 9h /9h30. Cela dit le rapport qualité /prix etait au RDV.

- Daniela (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione della struttura è ottima e molto comoda per muoversi in auto, grazie anche alla presenza di un parcheggio facilmente accessibile. La camera era piccola, poco funzionale e con una pulizia inadeguata: il copriletto era macchiato e c'era della muffa nella doccia. Inoltre, la finestra del balcone era rotta e bloccata in modo improvvisato, non trasmettendo alcuna sensazione di sicurezza. L'insonorizzazione è inesistente: si percepivano distintamente tutti i rumori del traffico e delle stanze vicine.

Purtroppo dal bagno della stanza per tutta la notte continuava ad uscire puzza di fogna...e la mattina l'aria era proprio insopportabile. Dopo averlo segnalato allo staff anche se stavamo andando via, hanno esordito che le stanze sono nuove.

- Wilhelm (3/5): Mehr Schein als Sein als - Absolut nichts Spartanisch bis desolutes Hotel verbrauchte stinkende Zimmer und auf modern gemotzte Holzkisten als Möbel. Drei Zimmer besichtigt und keines dabei wo man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Eine klare Negativerfahring und Warnung vor Fotos die das schönfärben was sich dann als negativ herausstellt.

The room also had its own fridge for snacks and drinks The shower and toilet smelled very bad :( It really ruined our night and our stay at this hotel. The smell was maybe caused by dry pipes. It was disapointing that the receptionist didn’t act on the complaint or offer compensation.

- Sarah (7/5): - SPA kostet Euro 35.00/Stunde, da das ganze Hotel eher den Eindruck eines zwei-drei Sterne Hotels macht anstelle vier fanden wir das etwas teuer und sind nicht ins Spa. Frühstücksraum hat mehrere kaputte Fenster. Zmorgenbuffet billig. Hintenrum könnte man bessere Ordnung haben und putzen, Abfall entsorgen.

Muffa in doccia e assenza di appendi abiti in bagno ( solo termosifone ) ma veramente scomodo. Inoltre la camera seppure pulita e ordinata non era bellissima perché sembrava un garage adibito a camera e quindi era poco illuminato

Non ci sono punti di appoggio per i trolley. Mancano dei veri comodini (c'è solo una piccola mensola accanto ai due lati del letto), manca una scrivania. Non c'è neanche uno specchio in camera. Mancano punti di appoggio in bagno, non c'erano prodotti di cortesia (solo un dispenser di doccia-shampoo sul lavandino e una cuffia per la doccia). Letto e cuscino troppo rigidi. Scarsa ricezione di segnale internet e di antenna Tv.

- Simon (6/5): - La chambre était grande, moderne et bien equipée. Elle avait un grand balcon très agréable. En face de l'hôtel il y a une bonne pizzeria. Notre chien était accepté. Le minibar ne refroidissait pas bien, le petit déjeuner n'était pas complet (pas de salé ni de cuisiné contrairement a indiqué dans l'annonce). Nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour le spa mais cela coûtait 35€par personne, beaucoup trop cher pour nous.
