Our family studio - approx. 48 m2 - has a separate living room and bedroom, kitchenette and counter, two sofa beds in the living room for up to 4 children and satellite TV in the living room and bedroom. Our junior suites are identical to our suites, but they do not have a balcony. A view of the greenery is guaranteed in any case. With around 26-32 m2, they have enough space for 2 adults with 2 children (sofa bed) in a modern style. A satellite TV, a walk-in rain shower and a modern bathroom round off our junior suites. - Annette (8/5): Eine wundervolle Auszeit im Südschwarzwald mit vielen wundervollen Facetten zum besichtigen. - Wir haben die Lafe im Südschwarzwald sehr genossen. Die Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur. Dennoch waren wir in der nähreren Umgebung unterwegs. Haben Kandern als Städtchen gesehen und Badenweiler..Wir haben das Bauernhaus vom Schneiderhof besichtigt ein Zeutreise. Herrliche Auszeiit umgeben vom Schwarzwald. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit sher genossen. Das Frühstück wird ab 08.00 Uhr angeboten, wünschenswert wäre für uns 07.00 Uhr gewesen. Jedoch war die Auswahl beim Buffet wundervoll.

- Bert (6/5): Gemiste kans - Mooi hotel aan de zuidkant van het Zwarte woud in een mooie heuvelachtige omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste. Mooie grote kamer, met balkon en lekker in de zon gezeten. Helaas kan je vanaf het hotel nergens naar toe wandelen. Goed geslapen ondanks dat er in de matrassen een kuil zat. Heel goed restaurant, lekker gegeten. Van de wellness heb ik weinig kunnen ontdekken. Het ontbijt was een complete aanfluiting. Het was een bolletje kaas of een bolletje kaas. Er was geen koffie met het ontbijt, de koffie was op. Dat is wel een doodsteek.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Wellnessbereich besteht aus einer Sauna und einer Dusche. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen war sehr überschaubar und einiges kam aus der Fritteuse.

- Desiree (1/5): Überhaupt nicht wie online beschrieben! - Gefallen hat uns nichts. Also, als erstes, die Fotos auf den Bildern haben nichts mit den Zimmern zu zun. Wir haben die Suite gebucht, die angeblich 4 stufen unter dem günstigsten Zimmer ist. Ich will mir gar nicht vorstellen wie schlimm die anderen Zimmer sind. Obwohl es ziemlich teuer ist. Das Hotel war ein kompletter Fake. Es war alles falsch, wie auf den Fotos. Die Sauna war eine Katastrophe. So etwas darf sich nicht als Wellness nennen, denn die Sauna war ganz draußen, ein kleiner Raum. Es hat nichts mit Wellness zu tun. Die Zimmer waren wirklich schrecklich. Die Dusche war kaputt. Die Kellner verstanden kaum Deutsch. Das Essen war sehr, sehr schlecht. Man musste über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Das Essen war kalt, und es hat wirklich gar nicht geschmeckt. Allgemein war der Zustand des Hotels eine Katastrophe. Das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht. Man sagte uns dass ist normal das Netflix nicht funktioniert da es kein Smart-tv sei aber es war ein Smart-TV. Alles war sehr teuer. Eine Flasche Wasser kostete über 5 Euro. Allgemein waren die Treppen und das ganze Hotel eine reine Katastrophe.

- Birgit (9/5): Empfehlenswert! - Das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel sehr gut. Frischer Obstsalat, weichgekochte Eier, Rührei, Croissants, etc. war alles vorhanden. Hübsche ansprechende Einrichtung und sehr sauber.
- Heidi (5/5): Schade ,unpersönlich - Die Lage ist gut zu erreichen und es ist schön ruhig Wir waren um 13.00h im Haus, es war niemand da und es war nicht möglich vorzeitig einzuchecken, weswegen wir wieder gehen mussten. Für die Sauna wurde 15€ verlangt, das ist nicht zu verstehen. Es ist ein kleines Haus, unser Zimmer war ruhig gelegen, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück hat uns niemand begrüßt, obwohl 2 Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren, das fanden wir sehr unpersönlich. Deswegen gab es kein Trinkgeld.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war besseres Fast Food,deshalb für uns sehr enttäuschend.Am Morgen war unser Zimmer sehr kalt, da die Heizung wohl nicht funktionierte. Außerdem gab es nur kaltes Wasser, das zum Rasieren und Duschen nicht geeignet war.

Les couettes individuelles .le lit kingside. le grand calme après 800 km de voiture. La qualité du repas du soir. Le Super petit déjeuner à l'Allemande. Le seul bémol aura été un matelas trop mou. Le prix pratiqués au restaurant.

- MJG (8/5): Nice place for short visits - the rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast was nice. The views from the balcony were also nice. Dinner was not that great. Staff were friendly, but all asians, so their German was not so good, and it sort of diminished the Swarzwald experience. They also seemed too busy with too few people to run the whole show.

- Christian (8/5): - Eine Servicepauschale von 10€ ,laut Aufsteller an der Rezeption, wird automatisch erhoben. Man soll verneinen wenn man das nicht möchte. Geht gar nicht!!
