Tem uma cozinha pra quem quiser gastar menos e cozinhar no hotel. Ferro e mesa para passar roupa. Eu amei. Levo boas lembranças do hotel e dessa cidade tão gentil e linda. .

• Achim (2/5): 3 Sterne im Land der Phantasie - W-Lan funktioniert Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gereinigt, Handtücher nur nach vorheriger Anfrage. Fällt einem das abends erst nach einer Tagestour auf, bekommt man bei einem Telefonat nur die Antwort, dass man da auch nichts dran ändern könne. Eine diesbezügliche Notiz, sowie einen Hinweis beim Check in gibt es jedenfalls nicht. Da ist es doch auffällig dass die Rezeption im 800 m entfernten Hotel Santa Claus ist (Ein Schelm wer Böses dabei denkt). Zieht man den Zustand des Bades in Betracht so ist das nur die Kirsche auf der Torte.: -Ein Loch in der Wand, das mit Kreppband verschlossen wurde -Ein Duschvorhang der an der unteren Naht rötlich verfärbt ist -Ein dreckiger Spiegel im Eingangsbereich -Eine Toilette mit Urinstein und vergilbtem Sitz -Stockige Silikonfugen ... Aber es gibt ja zur Ablenkung einen Fernseher bei dem der Ton nach 5 Minuten nicht mehr funktioniert. Oder den Kühlschrank der bei maximaler Einstellung und funktionierender Innenbeleuchtung wärmer ist als Raumtemperatur. Wie jeder guter Vortrag endet auch dieser mit etwas positivem; das W-Lan war stabil und der Wasserkocher funktionierte. Abschließend gebe ich einen Stern, wobei das nicht als Hotelkategorie gesehen werden darf (das wäre noch zu hoch gegriffen).

• Raul (8/5): - Al final dormimos en el hotel Santa en vez de rudolph es un buen hotel y está justo en el centro . Las habitaciones modernas y muy cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y variado . Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo tambhice uso del aparcamiento eran plazas grandes y cómodas de usar.

• Ulrike (5/5): - Lag noch zentral in der Stadt ist aber eher Jugendherberge als Hotel. Sehr kleine Zimmer, Betten leider sehr durchgelegen. Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, Flecken auf dem Tisch und unter dem Tisch, alles etwas abgewohnt. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt, sehr schade.

• Anna (7/5): Bezahlbare Unterkunft - Eine der bezahlbaren Unterkünfte in der Stadt. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr zusammengewürfelt, die Sauna wurde nicht warm und die Schlüssel mussten 600m weiter abgeholt werden.

• MARIANNE (9/5): - Har tidigare bott på detta hotell och det har allt man behöver. Hotellet erbjuder inte frukost men då man har möjlighet till att koka vatten till en kopp kaffe eller te och att det finns kylskåp där man kan förvara mat man köper är verkligen bra.

• Paweł (5/5): Przyzwoity standard w upale. - Śniadania nie było - można je było dokupić i zjeść w innym (głównym) budynku. Dobry rozkład pomieszczenia. Wygodne łóżka. Czajnik i suszarka. Jesli ktoś potrzebuje - ma do dyspozycji kuchnię w piwnicy hotelu. Darmowy parking za budynkiem. Zepsuty kontakt koło biurka. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia (remontu) - spłuczka, baterie! Meldunek w innym budynku kilka ulic dalej (zaskoczenie). Niemożebny upał - ale to kwestia nietypowych warunków pogodowych roku 2025 w lipcu. Wentylatorek to za mało. Generalnie: to zdecydowanie nie jest obiekt trzygwiazdkowy, jak figuruje w Booking.

• Maja (7/5): Nothing spectacular, but OK for a one night stay. Clean and good enough. - It is OK for a one night stay. Nothing special, but then again, we are travelling with motorcycles and don't need much comodity. It is more important that the room is clean and it has a normal shower, which this one for sure has. The check in process takes place in another hotel Santa Claus, so this means you need to go to another location to do this and receive the keys. Plus, at the check in you could have all forms filled in automatically from booking, not that the customer needs to write everything down.

• Julia (10/5): - Beautiful spacious, quiet and warm room. There is even a sauna in the bathroom! Staff at Santa Claus hotel is very friendly. The walk takes about 10mins from Santa Claus hotel where you get the keys to Hotel Rudolf. Room as a perfectly clean water kettle, offers coffee and tea, hairdryer and TV with many Channels. We stayed there twice within 1 week and everything was wonderful. Would come again any time!

• Wai'oli (10/5): - Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!
• Madonna (8/5): - I’m satisfied with my stay at Sant’s Rudolf hotel. The only thing I wish that the check-in not separate buildings. It’s hard if you have multiple luggages especially when the snow is thick. I’m glad that I read before and even messaged the property. I appreciated my taxi driver for being patient and waited for me to check-in and dropped me off to my actual hotel. Other than that, I slept good. I felt safe. The placed closed to bus station, restaurants and shopping center.

• Isaura (6/5): Pleasant - The location The Rudolf Hotel is on the top of a Chinese restaurant. All the food smells go to the hotel. To enter on Hotel Rudolf, you need to walk almost a mile with your luggage to reach Santa's Hotel to make the check-in and pick up the keys. (Nobody told me this before).

Kovasta pakkasesta huolimatta oli pakko tuulettaa, että sain nukuttua. Muuten oikein riittävä ja toimiva. Avainten luovutus ja muukin palvelu toisessa hotellissa oli oikein toimivaa.

• Alessia (8/5): Nice and comfortable stay. - Great location, we arrived by car, checked in to the other hotel, as they clearly said in several messages. They gave us a parking pass to the parking behind the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room. Careful when using the lift, as the doors close very quickly, you don't have the time for two people to exit or enter the lift. Keep the 'open door' button pressed.

They don’t provide you transportation between checkin location and room location. You are on your own and even if its 800 m away you need to consider the snow condition and luggage you need to carry on. No conditioner in bath and no window. Not enough room space for a family of 3. No breakfast available at location. Too expensive for facilities they provide

Was very expensive for what was on offer the hotel check in point was good 10 minute walk from actually hotel which with young family is not ideal. The building its self was no good for family’s it was like a doss house or place they would send all unemployed. Also the beds were horrible it was has if they had mattress toppers instead of actual mattress . The bathroom had very odd smell. Definitely would not return or recommend.

• Paul (4/5): - Arrived at Santa’s hotel then have to walk approximately 700 meters up to the hotel. It looks like old office rooms or a hostel that has been converted into a hotel. The room was clean but very small no food or drink available at this hotel apart from a vending machine. I will say though that the room was very clean. Ok for backpackers but unfortunately not for us.

YOU SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE HOTEL IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE IT!!!!!! Also, WHY DON'T YOU PUT IT AS Air B & B instead of HOTEL @ booking.com??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Hu (6/5): 10 min walk to the main city area + check in - The room was quite small and the location wasn’t as convenient especially when it’s snowing. It’s like a 10 min walk to the check in hotel. But they do let you store luggage are the check in spot and let me check in early once the room was ready, which was nice!

• Rikke (6/5): Clean rooms and close to city center - The room was clean, and the bed was good. The hotel is close to a large shopping mall and 5 min. walk to the city center. If you are just looking for a bed and a shower, this is convenient, as there are no services (like a bar and restaurant) at the hotel. Next door, however, there is a Chinese restaurant. You can get breakfast at Santa's Hotels Santa Claus, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This breakfast is 14 euros. Please be aware that you need to pick up the key at the Santas Hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Upon arrival, this was a little unclear to me. So, go there first, so you don't need to go back and forth. I forgot my gloves at the hotel, and the employees were very helpful in sending them to me. This was great! The hotel was a bit expensive compared to the standard, but Rovaniemi is a costly city overall. Be aware of that also when planning a visit.

• Annina (10/5): Exceptional - It’s was the cheapest option available (close enough to walk to rovaniemi) and honestly I wasn’t expecting such a good room. The room is very comfortable, the shower is great and everything very clean. It’s a 5 min walk from the center of the city.

• Eduardo (6/5): Ni fú ni fá. - Estuvimos 4 noches, pues no fueron ni una vez a limpiar la habitación, ni siquiera a cambiar las toallas, a parte de eso, la entrada se hace en otro hotel, el Santa Claus, que está a 700 metros, como algo positivo, en la planta menos uno, hay una pequeña cocina, frigorífico, microondas, tostadora, para prepararte ahí tú comida si quieres.
