• Elly (10/5): Perfect thanks to the friendly, interesting, and funny host. She creates a nice atmosphere. - The host most off all! The room was big, with 2 big beds. Everything clean. Not a fancy hotel, but you can not expect that for the price. The surrounding is not very interesting

• esposito (1/5): Lo schifo assoluto! Da evitare. Sporco. - Niente. Lo schifo assoluto. Siamo rimasti a dormire solo perché avevamo già pagato. 80€ una notte per due persone ma una rapina! Non vale nemmeno la metà. Sporco, pieno di muffa, il bagno aveva la doccia senza tendina…avevo i calzini neri dopo aver camminato scalza, dalla polvere sono diventati bianchi… nemmeno se me lo regalassero ci ritornerei! Spendete qualcosa in più ma non andate quì.

I had no idea where my room is, there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom, I stayed in the only room that I could find, the room was very noisy. Absolutely horrible experience

• Patrizia (1/5): Terribile, inaccettabile nel 2026! Hotel da incubo. - Posizione comoda. Vicino all’aeroporto. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Tutto. Struttura assolutamente decadente. Tutto da rifare. Odore nauseabondo appena si entra per le scale per non parlare quando si entra in camera. Moquette non so di quale anno, credo abbia visto la guerra. Mobili fatiscenti. Lenzuola bucate da cicche di sigarette. Doccia con scarico intasato. Water con almeno 2cm di calcare. Pulizia in generale no comment. Peli e tracce di sporco sia sulle ceramiche che peli pubici ovunque. Luce quasi inesistente nel bagno, impossibile truccarsi. Doccino fisso e non regolabile, tendina o vetro para doccia inesistente! Da allagare praticamente tutto il bagno. Tracce di muffa in bagno, all’angolo della doccia. Per non parlare delle fughe. Per concludere mi sono ritrovata con le blatte sul letto, sul pavimento e nel corridoio. Abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la stanza prima del previsto. Stanza pagata 80€! Dormire in macchina è stato l’ambiente più pulito e sicuro. Unico mio errore non approfondire le recensioni su tutte le altre piattaforme. Comunque sia non giustifica il fatto di fregare la gente così!!! Non ho foto perché ero terrorizzata in pieno attacco di panico. Un 25 aprile da dimenticare!

• Arturro Kro (5/5): - Były sciany, dach i podloga. Naprawde całkiem wygodne lozko i to chyba tyle. Mila starsza Pani prowadzi do pokoju. Mowi komunikatywnie po wlosku i angielsku. Chętnie udziela pomocnych informacji. Po drugiej stronie ulicy dobrze zaopatrzony dyskont. Pani sama zaproponowała pozniejsze wymeldowanie bez zadnych kosztow. Zdjecia nie oddaja calkowicie realiow. Brudno. Wszystko stare, zuzyte i dawno nie odswiezane. Duzo zaciekow, brudne sciany, miejscami tez grzyb. Okna glownie dekoracyjne. W zaden sposob nie tlumia dzwiekow z ulicy. Do tego nieszczelne - w niskich temperaturach musi byc chlodno, choc na scianach kaloryfery. Przez szczeliny wchodza mrowki. Na jedna noc, aby mieć co potem opowiadac, jakim to sie jest wytrzymałym podróżnikiem mozna spac, ale wiecej juz nie. Obiekt czasy świetności ma juz baaaaardzo dawno za soba. Pościel czysta, ale spi sie pod swiezo wypranym przescieradlem, a na nim nieswieza i niepowleczona koldra. Tv stoi na biurku, ale tylko jako mebel - nje można go wlaczyc, nic nie podlaczone. W lazience brak kotary. Po prysznicu wszędzie nachlapane, nie ma czym zebrac wody.

• Juliana (1/5): Esperienza stressante e deludente; ho preferito trovare un’altra sistemazione per sentirmi al sicuro. - Onestamente, non ho trovato aspetti positivi. Ho deciso di non soggiornare nella struttura a causa della situazione riscontrata al mio arrivo. Nella descrizione non era chiaramente specificato che il “letto singolo” fosse in un dormitorio misto. Al mio arrivo mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto condividere la stanza con due uomini. Come donna che viaggia da sola, considero questa informazione fondamentale e dovrebbe essere indicata in modo molto evidente al momento della prenotazione. Inoltre, negli spazi interni era presente un forte odore di urina e l’ambiente mi è sembrato poco pulito e poco curato. Questo mi ha fatto sentire a disagio e poco sicura. Mi è stato anche detto che, se avessi voluto un’altra stanza, avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento di 30€. La gestione della situazione non è stata accogliente né professionale.

• Milton (1/5): Looked so bad, I left immediately - This place seemed so bad, I did not stay there. This place looked awful from the outside and the inside. I plan to submit a complain to booking.com and request my money back. The building looks ran down, no staff, smelled terrible, and some of the doors had locks. I dont think this facility should be listed on the website.

Comunque un buon albergo posizione buona a 2 km dal.centro Bergamo . Comodo per alloggiare e dormire 1 o 2 notti in attesa dell aereoporto o se rientri la sera tardi in aereoposto . • Andrii (7/5): Cheap enough to stay for a single night - The prominent thing about the accommodation was the host lady. Instead of a 3bed room I’ve been given a small double room, which was a wonderful unexpected upgrade, I liked that a lot. So, staff-wise, it’s a good place to stay, but be ready to find yourself in an outdated building with lots of downsides (walls, smells) - see the “didn’t like” part Other than that, be ready to smell something suspicious around the floors, you should have ear plugs to sleep well because a noisy street is literally in front of the window (depends on the building side, perhaps).

• Cappagli (9/5): Sono stato molto bene. - Proprietaria super gentile e disponibile. Nonostante sono arrivato tardi la sera ho avuto un'ottima accoglienza. La posizione non è centrale ma vicinissima alla fermata del bus che in circa 15/20 minuti ti porta alla stazione dei treni ed è anche vicina a un supermercato e diversi posti dove mangiare. I letti sono molto comodi, e le camere accoglienti e pulite. La signora mi ha detto che ha avuto problemi con booking per la mia prenotazione, e questo l'ha portata a perdere anche dei clienti, penso che non sia per nulla corretto dato che è una persona molto seria, gentile e accogliente, infatti nonostante ciò si è presa cura della mia permaneza eccellentemente. Spero che possa risolvere al più presto, nel caso consiglio di chiamre la strottura al momento della prenotazione per assicurarsi che tutto sia ok.

• Lo Masto (4/5): Se nn si investe nella struttura nn si può chiedere la luna - Il primo giorno ero al secondo piano in una stanza così fredda con la doccia rotta che dovevano aggiustarla e entrava aria dalla finestra.poi il giorno dopo ho parlato con la signora e mi ha fatto mettere al primo piano con gli infissi che nn passava aria camera calda e sono riuscito anche a farmi la doccia Albergo da ammodernare stile anni 80 prezzi a volte alti per quello che c'è,, nn ho visto bar colazioni e nulla del genere

Das passiert anscheinend öfters sagt die Unterkunft. Man hätte schon den ganzen Morgen es bei Booking versucht, jetzt nachdem ich 5h gefahren bin sagt man es mir persönlich. Ich buchte ein Deluxzimmer für 2 Personen. Deluxe ist hier übrigens gar nichts. Die Frau sagte nun der Preis sei nur für eine Person, das hier ein Fehler vor liege. Ich zeigte ihr meine Buchung und Sie sagte nein, nein. Ich solle ihr nun nochmal das doppelte geben damit ich das Zimmer bekomme. Ich sagte nein, dann zeigte Sie mir ein Schlafsaal mit 4 Betten wo schon ein Mann drinne war, dann bekäme ich dieses hier. Meine Frau war sehr geschockt über dieses Vorgehen und wollte nur weg. Sehr dreist, wir gingen und buchten nochmal etwas Neues. Die Unterkunft meldete sich 90 Minuten später nochmals und schrieb es ging dann doch klar, wir waren schon längst wo anders. Zumutbar wäre es für meine Frau nicht mehr gewesen. Zeitgleich versucht die Unterkunft es über booking so zu drehen das wir die Nacht nicht Angetreten hätte. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

• Mirko (5/5): - Costo contenuto. Parcheggio interno se il cancello è aperto (chiedere alla titolare). La titolare è rimasta sveglia per il mio arrivo (dopo le 2 di notte). Piccioni (non pochi) presenti in parcheggio. Non è stato un problema per me, ma durante il mio alloggio le stanze non erano riscaldate. I termi li hanno accesi dopo mia richiesta. Di notte sono bastate le coperte per non soffrire il freddo, anche senza riscaldamento attivo. Doccia senza paratie scorrevoli quindi l'acqua allagava buona parte della stanza del bagno.
