• Cietto (3/5): Je ne recommande absolument pas - Nous avons uniquement apprécié le metro a proximité L'accueil n'était pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 *. Nous expliquons notre inquietude quant au débit de la caution sur notre compte la veille du séjour, le receptionniste nous répond que c'est notre banque "qui fait des conneries". Monsieur n'est pas du tout dans l'empathie. La température de la douche passe de glacial a bouillant d'une seconde à l'autre sans rien toucher. L'évacuation du lavabo est mauvaise et la tuyauterie encrassée.. Les rideaux tachés et bcp de poussière au sol. Le tuyau de la douche était dévissé à notre arrivée. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. Je ne recommande pas et nous n'y remettrons jamais les pieds. Il y a beaucoup mieux à Paris et pour moins cher!

• Urte (9/5): Small but comfortable room for a short stay in Paris! - Very clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Hotel is in really good location - next to metro, and easy (and cheap) ride from the centre by taxi. When we arrived, reception was checking in someone and asked us to wait (there were 2 people at reception and only one check in). When, 15 mins later, woman finally started checking us in, but then phone rang and she answered it for a full conversation without saying a word to me standing there and waiting. After finishing phone call, she proceeded with check in but someone else came in and ask for a key, which again - she just interrupted our check in and helped them. Not a big deal in general, but when you are tired, and just want to rest, this is not the best impression coming in.

• Matteo (8/5): Great location and friendly staff, with very clean rooms. - Excellent location, close to everything you may need in Paris. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and welcoming, and Vishnu in particular was extremely kind and helpful during my stay. The breakfast selection was quite limited and below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel needs to be renovated: mug in bathroom, the wallpaper has peeled off, and the entrance door doesn't provide enough sound isolation. And it doesn't seem and feel like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was poor.

• Santoni (10/5): Petit hôtel, plein de charme et de tranquillité - L'hôtel est situé dans une impasse ce qui lui confère un calme appréciable tout en restant très proche du métro et des axes proches du périphériques. Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace aussi bien pour le checkin que pour le checkout. Les chambres sont bien équipées et pour ma part la salle de bains était très grande avec une vue sur les toits de Paris. Pour l'emplacement, les équipements et le professionnalisme, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix qui me fera revenir sans hésiter ! Rien - Tout était parfait !
