Marie (5/5): Déception. - Il a du etre beau avant, mais maintenant il n'est plus entretenu. La piscine était très sale. La climatisation ne marchait pas. La chasse d'eau marchait mal. Ils ont essayé de nous facturer plus que ce qu'on leur devait.

Lorenzo_Giovanni (4/5): Schade, eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. - Gute Lage wenn man administratives in der Stadt erledigen muss. Ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Saubere Bettwäsche und das Frühstück ok. Er hat ein Deluxe Zimmer bestellt und beim einchecken das kleinste Zimmer erhalten im ganzen Hotel angrenzend an den Parkplatz mit kleinen Fenstern. Gegen 23:00 Uhr habe ich meine Reservierung nochmals geprüft und die Quadratmeter des Zimmers verglichen. Darauf hin ging ich an die Rezeption um den Fehler zu melden. Daraufhin versicherte man mir das Zimmer Nummer 104 mit gemäss Bestätigung Sicht auf den Pool und auf dem Garten. Ich habe das Zimmer und besichtigt und bestätigt dass am nächsten Morgen die Koffer dort platziert werden. Als wir zurück kamen, fanden wir zu unserem grossen Erstaunen unsere Koffer im Zimmer 103 das wiederum die Fenster auf der Seite des Aufenthaltsraum hatte, welcher Normalerweis von Gästen bis spät in die Nacht benutzt wird. Ich ärgerte mich dermassen, dass ich nun einen kostenlosen Upgrade in ein anders Zimmer verlangte, was schlussendlich so organisiert wurde. Alles in allem eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel müsste längst renoviert werden. Die guten alten Zeiten sind vorbei. Offene Wasserleitungsrohre und Elektrokabel sind provisorisch verlegt, Dübel alter Verschraubungen noch in den Keramikplatten. Bei Duschen flutet man fast das ganze Badezimmer....

Huevo revuelto y chorrizo todo frio y a las 8 ya estaba vacío y tardaron mucho en reponer. El pan estaba muy seco. Las frutas, el cafe y el jugo estaban bien.

Cynthia (1/5): Irresponsables - Nada Llegue y mis reservas estaban canceladas sin que yo lo haya hecho desde la app. Hice una consulta el día anterior por la mensajería interna y ellos interpretaron que había cancelado. Si bien después me ayudaron a buscar otro lugar pero es horrible la situación. Uno se ocupa de diagramar todo respecto de la actividad que tiene que realizar respecto de cercanías, disponibilidad y demás llegas y no encontras lo que armaste. Porque hubo un "error" en la lectura. Muy malo.

Schiebefenster nicht abschließbar, so daß jeder vom Innenhof einsteigen kann , habe Holz gesucht und dazwischen geklemmt. Innenhof mit Pool schön gestaltet jedoch fehlender Ventilator und bei der Hitze so gut wie nie benutzbar. Zu teuer für das Angebot. Nur bedingt sauber, Schrank 170 cm hoch, oben total schmutzig.

Quando há hóspedes mais barulhentos no quarto ao lado, os ruídos acabam sendo percebidos com certa facilidade.

It was a little dated. It seems like it could use some updates. Our bathroom was large but had no enclosure of any kind on the shower making the whole bathroom wet when we showered. Linens were a little thin and we could see through to the mattress below that had no mattress cover on it.

Eles me cobraram uma nova diária dizendo que a que eu paguei era referente a uma diarista. Sendo que eu paguei o valor estabelecido pelo booking. Fiz o pagamento e peguei o recebo, nem nota fiscal eles tinham. Me senti lesado pois paguei duas vezes. Gostaria que o Booking tomasse uma providência.

Monique (5/5): Negatieve ervaringen in 2 dagen - De ruime kamer en badkamer en de locatie beviel uitstekend. Tegen viel de geluidsoverlast en gehorige kamers. Je kon letterlijk horen wat verteld werd in de kamer ernaast. Toppunt was een familie met kinderen die aan het gillen en schreeuwen waren tot middernacht en waar het personeel niets tegen deed. Oplossing aan ons voorgesteld is verhuizen om half 2 in de nacht naar een kamer die gebruik werd als opslagruimte en in vreselijk slechte staat was. Geen optie dus. We zouden de volgende morgen toch vertrekken maar hier komen we niet meer terug. Ook was het bij regen of schoonmaken van terras levensgevaarlijk om naar de kamer te lopen over de gladde tegels, waardoor je lelijk kunt vallen. Wij waren uitgegleden, maar kinderen van anderen waren wel lelijk op de grond gevallen.
