Le restaurant étais fermé et personne ne nous avais prévenue avant que l’on est payer. Et l’eau de la piscine intérieur étais glacée. Nous y étions en petite vacance avec nos enfants pour profiter de la piscine intérieur ainsi que du restaurant sans trop de compliquer la vie avec les repas et finalement nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner ni manger au restaurant.

- Vanessa (7/5): Vérifiez que la piscine est réparée avant de réserver. - Le confort de la chambre. La piscine était fermée pour rénovations et je n’ai pas été avisée au moment de la réservation. J’ai choisi l’hôtel en fonction de la piscine. De plus, j’ai très mal dormi car vers 1h15 am des gens claquaient les portes et couraient dans le corridor. J’ai avisé l’une des clientes de cesser. Cependant, ça a continué. J’ai téléphoné à la réception qui m’ont dit qu’ils enverraient quelqu’un mais tout ça a continué pendant une heure après.

Pas de planche ni de fer à repasser dans la chambre... le personnel nous en a apporté, mais ça pris plus de 30 min avant de les recevoir :/ Sinon, ils ont été super gentils!! De plus, il n'y avait qu'un seul cup de café "Normal" et 3 décaféinés puis il n'y avait pas assez de lait/crème et sucres... le personnel nous en a apporté + encore une fois: super gentil et souriant :D

- Stefanie (7/5): J’aurais préféré une étage plus calme. - Tout dans l’ensemble propreté c’était confortable Qu’il y ai des parents enfants qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs que ça coure et ça jouais au hockey. J’ai dû sortir de ma chambre pour qu’il baisse leur volume mais malgré cela a 2h c’était encore très bruyant. Ont choisis un hôtel pour pouvoir dormir normalement.

- apolline (7/5): Séjour agréable malgré quelques détails à améliorer - La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le lit était excellent et l’insonorisation satisfaisante. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée (en supplément) : plats délicieux, service rapide et ambiance conviviale. Petit bémol à l’arrivée : nous avons dû attendre un moment avant d’être pris en charge, la réceptionniste semblant occupée avec son téléphone. C’est dommage, car cela donne une première impression un peu négative. Autre point perfectible : les fenêtres, un peu dégoûtante, alors qu’elles offrent une très belle vue.
