Comfortable bed. There should have been two prices for breakfast, one price for the full experience and another for a coffee and croissant. I really objected paying £28 for two croissants and two very weak coffees.

Being awoken by females returning to their rooms at 12:45 and held a loud conversation in the corridor before entering 227. Then her friend entered her room and made the hotel shudder when she closed her bedroom door. Reported on checkout but staff member not interested. Breakfast area, Table used to locate toasters and bread, was very stick from lack of being degreased and cleaned. Rather off putting, so skipped toast the next day.

My granddaughter dropped me off and because she kindly helped me to room she was charged £7.50 for car park! Tv remote useless unless one inch from tv. Room very very warm even with fan on all night. No hot water in basin or shower which I didn’t report as very fed up and disappointed in quality of stay.

Once you've parked you have no choice but to pay it. Where else are you going to park????? It should be free if you stay in the hotel like most other places.

Our bedroom room 202 bathroom door you could not close, mould around the shower, shower floor was damaged, toilet cistern would not fill without a slow drip, very bad scratches on the wooden floor beside the bed. TV difficult to operate without getting the manager to sort the problem. Bearing in mind this was a disabled room.

- Cronin (2/5): Disappointed - I was in room 302 and there was a domestic washing machine going all night. The sound I could hear from my bathroom so I closed the door. It was not enough, the spinning of this washing machine on an hourly basis was enough to wake me up at each cycle as it was loud. Every hour roughly. I don't know whither it is part of the business or building. Unfortunately I got no sleep. I attended a conference today as it was my reason to stay there. I was exhausted as I had very little sleep. This need to be Investigated Was I giving this room as I am a female travelling on my own and wouldn't challenge it.????. I am requesting a refund. All of the above, It was a horrendous experience as I could not sleep, woken up by the spin of the washing machine

- annesO9980IH (10/5): Excellent breakfast - We stayed at the ship hotel in late March. This is our go to Hotel when visiting the family. The rooms are always clean and spacious. We had breakfast as it was included, the breakfast was very varied and the cooked element was hot and to order. Our stay was pleasant as always, the staff are very obliging and always willing to help. There are few functions on some weekends but always finish at a reasonable time. We will be back later in the year and be back here.

Perfect location, right in the town center, with walking distance to everything - supermarkets, shops, cafes and the train station with a express service to London. The car parking is now paid (it wasn't before). That's a shame as this was one of the biggest differentials - to me - while choosing this hotel.

- 939ralpha (10/5): Great stay. Perfect location. - Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. Breakfast was included with our booking and was absolutely delicious each morning. Team truly went above and beyond to make his stay as comfortable as possible. During the stay, it was someone's birthday, and the staff kindly recommended a lovely local flower shop. I was also able to arrange for a cake from a vendor, and the hotel staff ensured everything remained fresh until he returned from his day. A special thank you to Jasmine, Karolina, and Sarah, the manager, for their excellent service and communication. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the experience truly memorable.

Poor services, appalling management - I booked a room at March 9-10th, on the single premise that the room was advertised with a bath on the Ship's website (I showed the picture to Leo, who checked me in). I was going to book elsewhere but room + bath sold me. I arrived to be assigned room 201 which does not contain a bath. After a trip back downstairs Leo quickly reassigned me room 108, which does have a bath. Great, or so I thought. I had been incredibly explicit with him that I had booked the room only because of the bath (on check in, and then when I returned downstairs). I also reiterated I would rather cancel my booking if that was not possible. I was extremely clear on this front. Leo assured me that was fine. So Leo successfully reassigned me room 108, and I paid my £90. Later that evening about 10.45pm I tried to take said bath, only to be met with cold water, from all taps. The night porter Sergey tried to fix this about 11-11.45pm, and then to find me yet another alternative room(!!) when this was unsuccessful. However, he was unsuccessful here too, so I stayed in the room with no wash, let alone no bath - which had been the premise of my booking as I had advised staff probably TOO many times. As I told both Leo at the desk and later Sergey I had *only* booked the room on the basis I could have a bath. Unfortunately not even a wash was possible outside a frigid one, let alone the reason I booked the £90 room. I would have been fine, if assistant manager could deal with complaints. Assistant managers are not permitted to issue refunds though. Having worked in hospitality for over a decade this policy is utterly bonkers. Especially when the 'actual' manager doesn't reply to your messages!! So yes, I would then still have been fine, if Sarah (allegedly the manager) had responded at all & dealt with the complaint. I emailed my complaint to Sarah directly that day, and then chased this message up by ringing the young woman on the front desk who assured me Sarah was responsive & often emails back within an hour. I have now gone 24 hours to no message. In sum: avoid this hotel at all costs, save your money & stay elsewhere.
- Debbie (3/5): Dissappointing - I could not have a bath or shower as the water was a brown colour. I reported this to reception at 10pm and was told to keep running the water, after 45 minutes the water was still brown. I was offered a new room however, at approximately 11pm all I wanted to do was sleep. Very disappointment with Manager who did not seem to care. The breakfast cost £14 even you just wanted a couple of pieces of toast. Being unable to use the bath or shower. I was advised that they had a leak a week prior to my stay and therefore all baths and showers should have been checked before occupation of quests.

It was really clean and the breakfast was lovely. It feels a bit old and creaky and didn’t have facilities like a swimming pool etc.

- Dasha (8/5): Best relaxt verblijf met lekker uitgebreid ontbijt in vriendelijk hotel - Prima gelegen in het centrum van Weybridge. Kamer was gezellig en van alles voorzien. Bed was redelijk comfortabel. Badkamer was schoon en ruim genoeg. De cv leidingen maakte nogal veel geluid. Vooral vroeg in de ochtend. En het ventilatiesysteem in de badkamer was luid en bleef lang doorgaan.

- mdp1 (10/5): Excellent Value - Having recently moved to Devon, we now need to find a place to stay when visiting our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. Whilst the rooms are a little tired and old school décor, it was clean, a proper bath with over shower and a comfortable bed. Fantastic location for walking into town for a drink or a bite to eat. Price for room also very competitive compared to many others in the local vicinity.

Parking available (important for a town centre location) OK it was January but the hotel was cold and particularly the breakfast room. The radiator in the room I turned up to maximum but it still only provided an adequate temperature. Probably a better experience in warmer months
