Guest Reviews
- Marty (7/5): - Location No breakfast, dirty pool, numerous items broke in the room
- Livings (2/5): - Worst place ever they tell u don’t book on booking cause they don’t see the reservation we waited over 3 hours till we fell asleep in the car. Got there at 6pm got in room at 9:47pm it was the worse and there was another man going through the same thing Everything and the staff got in room roaches crawling on the walls. It was to much
- Freddie (10/5): Enjoyed - Very clean Nothing
- Placd1 (2/5): A true roach motel. Steer clear!!! - There was nothing to like about this hotel The room was dirty. Hairs were present on the sheets, pillowcases and in the bathtub. The air condition unit wouldn't bring the temperature below 71 degrees, the desk chair was missing an armrest , the chair back was broken, bedside lamps didn't have lightbulbs installed

- Logan (10/5): - Needed a last minute hotel, definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in for that price range. Gentleman at counter was very helpful.
- Melody (10/5): - Everything was excellent 👌
- Young (2/5): Executive inn and suites? Where?
Nothing for comfort - Nothing, I booked online for $47, supposed to be pet friendly included, asked why there was no option for jacuzzi and was told there was 1 for additional $125. Pet costed extra $10 but when charged on card it was $17, then was charged additional $17 when taking pet up stairs through inside entrance to 2nd floor room, no hot water for bathing, 1 lightbulb that I had to move 3 times to find a lamp that worked and no overhead lights turned on by any switch, hair dryer was burned up, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, no complimentary hygiene, no breakfast, no wifi. "Executive inn and suites" i thought was for business affairs, no desk no chair. No local channels no remote previous trash left behind 1 sheet and one bedspread, nothing between, heater didn't work. Empty vending machine, no ice broken ice bucket. Staff couldn't even understand English or speak it.

- Haynes (9/5): - Very clean Share side road with big trucks stop
- Dylan (1/5): Don't stay here lol - NOTHING The extremely rude woman (it's a brother and sister, they're clearly middle eastern or something like that) it's a sketchy little motel in a part of the world nobody cares enough about to fix....the woman was extremely rude, the guy was fine but this woman tried to keep my money when they're kicking me out (but it was more of a "you can't fire me, I quit" kind of situation. She gave me $80 (it should have been more but whatever) after her threatening to call the cops didn't work. I told her to call them. As a matter of fact, I'll get them out here because y'all can't just steal my money like that. I guarantee most people staying at this shitty trap motel are gonna let their money get stolen the second the word cop is uttered by anyone lol. Not me. I was about to call them myself, I really was. But she gave me back 80 BECAUSE SHE HAD TO LOL she could tell I was gonna be a problem if I didn't get refunded for the nights I didn't stay. Because they were kicking me out with no cause whatsoever. No idea what I did to this woman but man she hated me. The brother was cool though. I feel bad for him having to put up with that every day though, poor guy lmao
- Robert (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything was great no problems at all will stay here again soon
- Sylvia (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Rooms Smelled
- Raiel (1/5): -
- Diana (8/5): -
- joseph (10/5): Very good - This is a good hotel for the price
- Morris (2/5): - The toilet didn’t work. You walk in the room and it smelled
- Berry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (1/5): Dont book a room there - Nothing. Staff rude as can be. Had reservation and they over soldand i didnt get a room. Everything
- Luis M (8/5): - Clean
- Jeff (2/5): - Was too scared to get in the covers. Not a clean place at all.
- Whitley (1/5): Horrible And Super Nasty - Nothing, it's old and full of roaches, nasty old furniture. 🤢🤢🤢 The room I was in was nasty and full of roaches, old restroom, shower didn't work, toilet seat old and yellow nasty 🤢🤢🤢
- Shawnae (4/5): Probably won’t stay again - The mirror in the room was broken. The toilet was broken. The microwave did not work. There was a sign that said if you stay past 15 mins there was no refund.
- Linda (6/5): -
This property is in desperate need of a remodel
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unsanitary conditions - We arrived at the hotel, there is no elevator in the building so we walked up the stairs with lots of luggage, no luggage cart. I had to clean the bathroom; shower and toilet, for two hours. See pictures below.
This hotel is located next to a truck stop with lots of loud traffic but you don’t hear it in the hotel.
One bright light is that there’s a Walmart behind the hotel.
- Michelle (5/5): Passable - I loved that they were pet friendly. And the pet fee was very reasonable. My shower wasn't cleaned and one of my bed comforters had dried up blood on it.
- Belinda (4/5): Dirty - Mirror broken in room. Broken toilet seat. Broken shower curtain rod. Roach on table. Beds hard. Multiple burn marks in linens. Stain on chair. Stain in bathtub. Carpets sticky. Non smoking room...smelled like smoke. End of hall smelled like "skunk".
- Lance (2/5): - Rooms were still dirty from the guest before, dirty beds and towels on the floor. We told the front desk clerk, they sent up the “cleaning lady” who came in with a single spray bottle to clean. No clean towels or linens. We left immediately. Will not be returning.
- Paige (2/5): - The entire place was very dirty. We came back before dark because of the people just hanging around the door because we felt unsafe. We didn’t even stay the full 2 nights. We left after 1 night.
- Jade (2/5): Don’t Go! - The room that I was assigned to had a plumbing issue and I asked to be transferred to another room. The front desk clerk said he couldn’t assign me to another room because of reservations they had for that night. He attempted to come to fix the plumbing issue but it wasn’t a complete fix.
Besides, this hotel gives me shelter vibes. A shelter probably would’ve been cleaner than that! The microwave made a sound as if you were popping popcorn. Everything in there is out of date! 0/10 I do not recommend!
- Markisha (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was like sex trafficking and prostitution all night long ...my whole family was scared
- Deb (4/5): Terrible - The place was dirty. The bedspread was dirty. The shower didn’t work, the shower head hose had zip ties holding it up!!
Woke up several times during the night from loud bangs in either the next room or Hallie doubt this hotel would pass inspection!!
- Marcquanisha (1/5): Bad -
- Marcquanisha (1/5): Bad -
- Diana (3/5): We would have never stayed there had we seen it first - overpriced and not for families. - Nothing. The staff member was friendly but it took too long. This is not a place for families and it is definitely not a $100+ per night place. Dirty! Smelled like smoke. No elevator which was difficult with luggage and carrying sleeping children.
- Jean-Paul (10/5): - Quiet
- Brett (3/5): Poor -
- Aubry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kasey (10/5): I had a really good time staying there. Everything was really clean and nice. - Stayed for one night It was clean and they owners are really nice
- Erma (10/5): - Customer Service
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff, easy check in, clean comfortable room. Everything worked!🙂
- CHERYL (6/5): UGH - Upon checking in it was necessary to receive help to get the light fixture above the sink to work. Then the key did not work. There was minimal toilet paper and awoke to have to go to the office to obtain toilet paper. The shower was was leaking and mold throughout.
- LYNDA (4/5): Obviously rough place - Possible bedbugs. Seemed clean but obviously in need of repair. Signs of fighting.... furniture and walls. No lamp shade. No bulb. Gave us motel 6 key but was executive inn.
- Burton (8/5): - Microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer did not work! Otherwise was ok.
- Kristin (7/5): Good -
- Simone (10/5): - -
- Samatha (2/5): The hotel can use a major update and also have staff to double rooms to ensure they are not rodent running around - It was in a okay area, and the staff was understanding I had to change rooms due to the first one had a roach in the bed when I pull the covers back
- Michael (4/5): - Looks like it’s under repair but really needs some tlc.
- Jace (2/5): - Dont speak english, very dirty, roaches, no running water in some rooms, had to go get another hotel and still fighting for a refund
- Beau (1/5): Bad -
- Jimmy (4/5): Only good thing was the price. It was a place to sleep, but not a great one. - It was a little better than the Super 8 I stayed in the night before, but not by much. Comfort.
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (2/5): - Terrible experience
- Adam (8/5): - Everything was perfect
- Tiffany (8/5): - The room was really good. For the price we paid i was expecting way worse conditions but that was not the case at all. Very friendly staff, room was clean and nothing broken. It's next to a truck stop but that didn't even bother us. The pool is really small but who uses the pool anyway? The a/c worked great! Very comfortable stay.
- Ronnie (8/5): - Under renovation great value at $64 on Expedia to adults one night. King single.
- alma (6/5): - One of the outlets was burned out and the bathroom looked dirty but you had gas stations and a grocery store by walking distance. I used this hotel during a hurricane evacuation so having that made it better. Staff was very nice
- Jo'an (2/5): - Carpet, and bathroom floor dirty. Tub had rust stains and bathtub walls dirty. Furniture was dirty, desk finish was pealing, side chair fabric soiled and food under cushions. Food and candy beside bed. Light above sink burned out.
- Adriana (8/5): Very good -
- Janice (1/5): Worst stay ever. They tried to extort money out of us for bogus reasons!! - Nothing Rooms were only surface clean . You couldn’t unpack because inside of drawers were filthy. Trash behind night stand , lamp didn’t work and tv stand was broken .
- Gresham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suresh (7/5): Good -
- Suresh (6/5): Nice place to stay super convenient and good location - Comfy Small towels
- Heath (2/5): - Nasty
- Bradford (2/5): Hotels.com isn't an honest website. Never use - We cancelled stay 5 days prior to anticipated stay. Hotels.com confirmed cancellation but hit our credit card any way. Trying to get anyone to fix the mess caused by Hotels.com staff is a joke.
- Francisco (6/5): Medium - Location. The staff
- Santos (6/5): Pleasant -
- Erica (2/5): - Shady place that was dirty and falling apart. H
- Russell (10/5): - The worker behind the counter was very informative with my questions about the area
- Taylor (1/5): Bad - Price The staff.. they charged me 40 extra to book the room again..
- Elisa (8/5): - My husband enjoyed his stay after of hours of driving.
- Cheryce (2/5): My stay there was a horrible experience. Never booking here again. Staff was rude and weird. - How comfortable the beds were How dirty the carpet was and spraying for bugs.
- Dominesha (2/5): - This property has cigarette burns in the bedding, it is unclean and poorly kept. I was so uncomfortable entering the room and the staff did not have good customer services. Overall experience was very unpleasant. Place looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any even the homeless would frown upon it.
- Dale (8/5): - Walls are very thin a lot of banging up stairs.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good hotel. No complaints. General Manager that checked me in is super sweet and helpful. Would return.
- Patrick (3/5): Poor -
- RONALD (8/5): - Basic room, very clean. Comfy bed
- Kyle (5/5): Passable -
- Michael (1/5): Bad - No breakfast
- Denise (2/5): Nasty - The hotel is a dirt pit, from the front door to the urine stain bathroom. Stain on the sheets, dried urine on the toilet. The soap scum on the shower walls had to be at least 3 inches thick. Please take this hotel off your list. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and purchase towels because theirs had holes and did not appear clean.
- Phillip (10/5): - Good
- Lee (8/5): - Staff was helpful and kind. We slept great.
