- Rick Suryk (10/5): GREAT LOCATION!!!!! Parking next to the room. Safe! - The Location was excellent, the Host was accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed the stay 😀 Breakfast was very good with Waffles & Raison Brand.
- Jamie (7/5): The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and really good shower. - The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great, but one of the knobs was stripped and made it a little difficult to get the shower to turn on and off- had to keep messing with it until it worked. The breakfast wasn't great. The waffles were good, but the syrup dispenser was broken. The cereal options weren't good and the orange juice wasn't actually orange juice and tasted bad. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom which made it really hot in there with the door closed when showering.
- Floriberto (10/5): Buen hotel - Está muy limpio El precio

- Jakob (10/5): -
- Jeffress (6/5): - The showers were great The bed covers weren't too our standards
- June (2/5): Definitely will NEVER stay here again. I'll sleep in my car first. - 3-head shower was great but they should provide instructions on how to turn it on & off. Water temp was great Desk clerk canceled my reservation through booking.com and registered us onsite at the same price. He said I would not be double-charged. Seemed fishy to me. Location did not feel safe; steps to 2nd floor were in a dark location on the backside of the hotel. Bed was not comfortable; we could feel every spring and it was noisy. Bugs present. Breakfast selection was cold cereal.
- Perez (4/5): Not my best experience but it was OK - The shower The bed sheets were stained, there was a dead roach in my room! And the fact that we werent allowed to smoke our vapes in or outside the rooms.
- J.Hatley (3/5): -
- Luchtefeld (1/5): You’re better off sleeping in your car than staying here. - The staff were friendly. The shower had mold above it. I’ve heard great things about the water pressure but the shower was so disgusting there was no way I was showering there. There was stains on the bed and on the walls, bugs in the corners. The room smelled so bad.

- Kimberly (4/5): Inconforme - Nada No pude dormir por el ruido de las otras habitaciones
- Amy (1/5): -
- Rigsby (7/5): -
- Felicia (8/5): - We were allowed to check in early and when we requested a first floor room, they accommodated us. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the bath towels are small and very thin.
- Tommy (9/5): -
- Jeffery (3/5): Not what I would expect? - It was close to the interstate. Toilet was broken. The flapper was bad and the toilet tank wouldn't hold water. Would normally be a easy fix but it was a new push button mechanism so it was a self contained unit. The toilet wouldn't flush and was stopped up. The manager came and beat on it until it worked and used the shower wand inside the stopped up bowl to unstop the 💩. Then without cleaning it hung the shower head back in the shower. Needless to say we didn't use the shower.
Tv didn't work.
The door to the room linked like someone had broken into it with a battering ram. There was a huge hole on the outside that had been patched. When the door was shut it was warped so badly you could see the parking lot through the crack in the top(also into the room from the outside).
- Eduardo (5/5): -
- William (8/5): - Everything was newly remodeled. The shower was awesome. The guy running the place acted as if you were bothering him if you had any questions.
- Diana (7/5): Good value ! - The location was excellent ! Just at the main highway 75 .
Breakfast was ok-coffee, milk, cereal, muffins, yogurt, apple.s donuts- just enough to have something jn the early morning… We would like to have an electrical kettle in the room for hot water, tea…- that’s just me…’
- Murphy (9/5): -
- Tyler (10/5): -
- Dallen (1/5): -
- Fran (6/5): Get what you pay for. - Close to highway. Big king bed. Price was low. Could hear the people next to us very clearly. Breakfast was bad. Just some muffins, some sort of juice, coffee. No tea or bread for toast or anything.
- Alina (10/5): - More..... was awesome ......everything. None.
- Connelly (8/5): - Quiet and peaceful
- Laura Gail (9/5): -
- Ralphael (10/5): -
- LAVDAL (4/5): سيئة جدا - … حجزت غرفة لشخصين وعندما وصلت كان الوقت متأخر ولم يعطوني الا غرفة لشخص واحد
- James (1/5): - Not a damn thing I found syringes in the bedroom bugs in the sink blood stains on the sheets
- Jazzmin (6/5): Clean & Comfortable, but Awkward Customer Service Experience - I like that the room was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were really comfortable, and the AC worked really well. It had a fridge, a microwave, a TV with cable, and it was a really quiet area. When it was time for me to relax it was pretty perfect. Really awkward interactions with the guy at the desk. I just don't think he's a people person. He wasn't the worst, but when I needed help with the shower I was really upset. I couldn't get the water to be anything other than scalding hot, so he said he was coming to help. And then he kept trying to rush me to test the water, which I couldn't do because I was struggling to keep covered with a towel.
I get that he was trying to be helpful, but I told him repeatedly I can't move fast otherwise the towel will fall, but he kept rushing me and I got frustrated. My friend had to just firmly tell him "thank you we're good"
Which brings me to my only issue with the room... The overly fancy shower that doesn't tell you how to control the temperature. I kept trying to get it on a cooler temperature but it would go hot really fast, to the point where it was TOO HOT and had to get help.
Lastly the continental breakfast... It was pretty standard, but little things like the coffee and the coffee creamer being watered down made it nasty. And it seem like the only fruit that was put out was four apples which was so weird.
Customer service vibes were really weird.
- David (10/5): - Very nice accommodations for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. It had an upgraded shower. All the qualities of an upscale hotel room, for a reasonable price. They even serve breakfast in the morning. I didn't appreciate having to pay a $100.00 security fee, with the room rental. If you pay it in cash, you get returned with checkout, barring any damages. If you pay with credit card, it's returned after two days.
- LAVDAL (9/5): - كل شيء
- Angel (1/5): - Nothing There were ants in my room
- Paige (7/5): -
- Thornton (7/5): Centrally located, comfortable room. A great value for a short getaway. -
- Brook (2/5): Do Better: Guests Deserve Respect and Clean Rooms - I liked that I didn't have to sleep in my car. The front desk clerk was extremely rude. I actually felt bad for him at first — he had been there when we checked in the night before and was still there when we checked out around 10 a.m. the next morning. Clearly, he was exhausted, but that doesn’t excuse how he treated me.
When I went to get breakfast for myself, my husband, and my son, the clerk became angry and yelled at me for taking “too much.” All I had taken was one coffee, two juices, two packs of stale donuts, and a bowl of cereal. When I came back for one more juice and a pack of muffins, he slammed his hands on the counter and shouted that I’d already taken donuts.
I calmly explained that there were three of us and that he knew this from check-in. I told him my husband works hard, and it’s my role as his wife to bring him food — just as his own wife might do for him. I apologized for his long shift, but I wasn’t going to tell my husband to come down and get his own breakfast.
The room itself was not well-maintained — no housekeeping staff were visible, and the cleanliness reflected that. The price was reasonable, but it seems the low rates come at the cost of both service quality and staff wellbeing.
In short: If management can’t keep rooms clean or staff supported enough to treat guests respectfully, something needs to change. Do better.
- Benjamin (1/5): Run and don't think you will be able to deal with it. - There was not anything to like. We rented 2 rooms and these comments go for both of them- When you first walk in the room it appears to be a regular basic economy room, but when you start looking a little closer and actually trying to use the room you will see 1.. There wasn't an actual mattress on bed. It was a box spring, covered in mold, with mattress covers (That probably had never seen a washing machine, because they were covered in stains.) stacked on top of each other. 2. One review complained that the hotel was remodeling while they were staying there. No big deal we could handle remodeling because we wouldn't be staying in the rooms much. They had 'remodeled ' the showers. By that I mean they cut large floor to ceiling holes, and installed a shower with a wand, mid way up shower head, and a overhead shower head, but cut the holes to wide and too tall, so the water had caused mold to grow in the gaps and behind the wall, which then was literally growing out of the shower heads. 3. If you can think of a word worse than rude, that is how I would describe the front counter guy. First he wouldn't get off of a personal call to check us in. Second when we asked for two keys for each room he rolled his eyes and acted like we had asked him to give us his first born. Third when we went to the counter demanding mold free rooms or a refund, he told us that we had not booked our rooms correctly. I didn't realize I needed to specify wanting the room to have a mattress and no mold. We ended up having to eat the cost of the room and find somewhere else to stay. We took the keys back after my husband took pics and posted a Google review. About twenty minutes later we get a phone call demanding we take the review down. My husband froze his credit card because the guy threatened to charge us double. This hotel needs to be removed from every travel service it is listed on.
