• Michele (6/5): Ok apartment, not so “luxury” service. - We were given apartment 1 which was ok although it could be said that pictures were a bit misleading (on the announcement you can see pictures from various apartments in the same building including a terrace without clarifying which specific apartment they belong to). However that was not a major issue. What we really did not appreciate was the treatment Received when we called the organisation to get an additional blanket. We were told that they would absolutely not do it, which we found unusual. Upon insisting they gave us a different phone number. So we called them and after repeating the request they hung up on us. We thought the line had dropped and so called again but we realised that they were intentionally hanging up the phone on us. So all in all we can’t say our experience was negative but this episode left us with a bitter taste.
• Ulrike (8/5): - Die Lage war hervorragend. Leider hatten wir keine Dachterrasse zur Verfügung, wie im Angebot suggeriert.
• Amy (8/5): A little stay in Venice - We have a family of 6 which makes hotel rooms difficult. I booked this through hotels.com on a whim hoping it would work and give our family some space after being together all day. It was the perfect choice. This is not a hotel. They don’t have housekeeping everyday unless you pay extra so for those who are expecting a hotel experience look somewhere else. We are so pleased with our stay. Thank you Venice & Rialto Deluxe Apartments.
• Matthew (10/5): Great apartment, great location. - Apartment was amazing. Check in good and quick; both the check in location and the apartment were pretty tricky to find, but directions were great. Comms before arrival via WhatsApp convenient and quick. Yes, lots of stairs but no problem for me and my family. Do note that there are a number of apartments at the location, and not all have a roof terrace. Not a problem for us, but might be for some.
• Irene (8/5): Ideal für einen Kurztrip - Deluxe-Appartement 2: Das Appartement ist wunderbar gelegen und sauber und war für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten ideal. Der Beschrieb von 4 Zimmern ist übertrieben: im Dachzimmer befanden sich 2 Einzelbetten ohne eine Abgangstüre (ist eigentlich kein Zimmer!); In der Wohnzimmeretage befand sich ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett ohne eine Trennung durch eine Wand mit Türe (= 1 Zimmer), ebenfalls war dieser Raum nur mit einer Türe versehen, obwohl ein zweiter Türrahmen vorhanden war. Ebenso hatte es keine Kleiderschränke und nur Garderobenaufhänger mit Kleiderbügeln.
• Scott (8/5): Nice apartment in a nice area but lots of steps - The attic apartment was very nice, close to the tourist areas (10 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge) but not in the thick of it. It's located only a few minutes walk to the San Stae vaporetto stop. There is a Coop grocery store nearby and the area feels very safe and quiet. Restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. The attic apartment itself requires you to walk up to the third floor and the apartment itself is multi level with the larger bedroom, both baths and the kitchen/living area on the middle level. The bottom level is only the doorway. The highest level has a low ceilinged bedroom under the rafters and an access door to the terrace. Not much to see from the terrace but it's there to enjoy a quiet evening or morning. The place is equipped pretty decently and even has a clothes washer. There are several AC units and we needed them all when we were there. The apartment is a nice hideway from the bustling areas of Venice and really close to transportation. The only negative is that this place is not for couples or anyone who want privacy. Despite the pictures that show otherwise, neither of the bedrooms has all their doors installed. The master has one but the other one is missing. The bathrooms do have doors. LOL. I understand why they removed it as it would be an obstacle but be aware. Would I stay in this apartment or the one below again? Yes. It's well located and kept up nicely. The steps were only a hassle when lugging the luggage up and down.
• Disappointed (4/5): Not worth the price or trouble - Had to wait for Apt agent at Riva de Biasio boat stop, after advising of delays at airport. Once agent arrived, we had to drag our bags through narrow alleys, cobblestone streets and up and down stairs, approx a seven minute walk, per agent, an unmarked apt with no views and narrow steep steps, so our suitcases had to be left in foyer, which was very small. Continental breakfast consisted of small packaged cereal, packaged croissants, milk, tea bags and instant coffee. Agent advised there were clean dishes in dishwasher, but upon inspection, the dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Definitely not worth the money or trouble.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 모던하고 넓은 가족 숙소 - 위치가 베네치아역과 가까운 줄 알고 정했는데 호텔스닷컴에 나온 지역과 전혀 다른 지역이라 당황했어요. 짐도 많고 가족여행이라 최대한 역근처의 숙박시설을 찾았는데 그게 아니라서 짐을 끌고 다닐때는 어쩔수 없이 보트를 이용해야했고, 건물에는 엘리베이터가 없었는데 3층이라 좀 힘들었습니다. 건물외관은 무척 낡았는데 내부는 리노베이션을 해서 그런지 굉장히 모던하고 깔끔하고 잘 꾸며놔서 위치에 대한 불편함을 없애기 좋았어요. 주방도 무척 넓고 조리도구와 세탁기도 있어서 가족들이 묵기에 좋았습니다. 위치가 생각했던 것과 다른거 빼면 만족하고 지냈어요.
• JJ (2/5): Totally cheating !!!!!!!!!! 是欺騙 及不負責任 !!!!!! - 1.The Apartment’s Location is not the one show on Expedia ! We book near Piazzale Roma but actually at San Stae . Can Only access by Ferry from airport , which need double time and fee. We have to walk more than 1/2 hour to bus stop or transfer to bus stop by ferry . Host said the Map on Expedia shows wrong location . Totally cheating !!!!!!!!!! 2.All Electrical appliance didn’t work , the host not reply when asking . 3.we have 5 person stay 3 nights at the apartment . but only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper , said no more , it’s not include in cost . 1.訂房時地圖顯示房間位置是羅馬廣埸” Piazzale Roma “搭機埸巴士40 min. 可.達，但到入住當日竟約在Boat stop “ San Stae ”, 只有船可直達，須時及費用都是機埸巴士的兩賠。向負責接待人員查問，答謂是地圖顯示錯誤。羅馬廣埸”Piazzale Roma“是交通樞紐，本人因該房源的欺騙而每次均要步行半小時，上落10條橋以上才可乘車，或坐7.5歐元水上巴士轉車。 2.房內電器全部不能使用，包括洗衣機、煮食爐，多士爐….等。向該房源負責人提出，負責人不負責任不于理會。 3.本人共5人入住3晚，該房源只提供2卷廁紙，並說不能再供應，不包括在成本內。誰會帶廁紙出Trip ? 附近也找不到購買。
• Gregorio (6/5): Buen servicio y lugar pero una mala experiencia - Por cuestiones ajenas a mi, tuve que llegar un día tarde de mi reservación, independientemente me cobraron el día que no estuve (eso lo entiendo perfectamente), el problema fue que yo les dije que llegaría al día siguiente a medio día y no les importó, me hicieron esperar 2 horas y media en el frío, exactamente a las 3 llego una señorita (muy amable por cierto) El punto es que no son flexibles, entiendo que el check in se hace a una hora pero si yo tenía pagada la noche anterior, no se me hizo justo no poder entrar un poco antes al departamento (que por cierto yo les había avisado que llegaría) y más cuando ellos saben el frío que estaba haciendo y que yo iba con mi hijo de 5 años.
• Raymond (8/5): Pokestop apartment. - First time visiting Venice and it was a very lovely place. The apartment is very well located with the water bus stop (San Stae) just 1 minute away from our front door. Making it very convenient for us as a family to travel round Venice. Thoroughly impressed with the apartments cleanliness and most importantly the air conditioning as the time of year we visited was one of the hottest week of the year. Overall very pleased and satisfy.
• Li Ling (10/5): Wonderful Apartment - This was a beautiful HUGE apartment that was worth every penny we spent. We wished we could've stayed longer but we had to catch a flight to Paris for the rest of our vacation. Our only complaint would be the beds. They were nice and huge but the mattress were two twin mattresses laid together side by side. So when you're sleeping, you tend to feel a gap in the bed which was uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
• courtney (10/5): Nice and walking distance to everything - we were greeted by Giada and she was delightful and answered every question about the area very well. Apartment was very clean and spacious and was a great fit for our family of 6. WiFi was excellent. the downfall i can think of is the shower being a little small.

• Pricilla (10/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Viaggio in famiglia, appartamento ampio, ben attrezzato, molto comodo, arredamento moderno come da foto,ottima ubicazione tra la stazione del treno e piazza San Marco, fermata del vaporetto a 100m ci sono anche supermercati vicini e tanti negozi, ristoranti e bar lungo la strada siamo stati accolti da una ragazza molto gentile che parla più di una lingua
