• Ingrid (8/5): - Easy checkin and great communication with the rental agency. However it was not at all a personal or Venezian apartment. Clean and spacious but a little boring. Good location in a quiet alley near the train station. Plenty of restaurants, breakfast places and tourists around the corner
• PAMLA (6/5): - Property was kept well , clean with all amenities to cook and eat Only disappointment was Air conditioning was out of the bedrooms which was utter waste of electricity. With no effect. An advice to management to think about having mobile or ceiling fans for bedrooms so that we can use them if needed . Lastly if bathrooms were in First floor, it would have been grt . Thank you overall experience was good . Will come back if my advice is considered

• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid. - Sadly not at all as pictured, dirty and with a headboard that was literally peeling vinyl. Be warned; these are spartan digs at best and a gross at worst. Wish I had known this and read other reviews before staying.
• Pelin (10/5): Bästa boendet - Vi bodde här i 3 dagar, jättenära till allt. Vi hade allt i lägenheten och restaurangerna och shoppingen var utanför dörren.
• Wendy (8/5): - Excellent location. There was a water leak from the AC unit in the living room. Washer available but no dryer. Shower like in many European countries was very tiny.
• Ana (6/5): - We were on Aprt 1 We got there and A/C was not working. We communicated this to the property and they advised that technician was going to go when he was available. Finally tech went to the apartment and we really only had one night with AC. It was super hot and unbearable in the apartment. We first asked for fans and were told we would only get them the next day. Slept with windows open but the bugs at night came in to the room. Apartment was overall in good condition but the issue with the AC really made our stay very unconfortable during a heat wave in Venice.

• Nathalie (10/5): - Appartement spacieux tout équipé à proximité de la gare. Très propre et dans un quartier calme. Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable. À 30 minutes de marche de la place Saint-Marc.
• Hannah (10/5): - We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.

El apartamento regular y lo peor es que no tenia una simple cafetera para desayunar baje al restaurante de la esquina y unos chinos me cobraron 7 euros por dos cafes . Tambien llegamos sobre las 13h y no nos dejaron entrar en la habitacion hasta las 15h ni un minuto antes y nos dijeron que dejaramos las maletas en la puerta hasta las 15h nada flexibles con el cliente

• ADOLFO (10/5): Venice apartment - It was a very good experience. . the apartment is what you get from the photos. We had some issues connecting to the wifi during the first night but on 2nd day it was working. All amenities are just enough for our needs. The location is great - close to the train station, shops for your provisions and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the tourist sites. Will recommend this apartment to others.
• Cæcilie (8/5): Dejlig lejlighed på Venedig - Lejligheden var fin og stor. Lidt spartansk med køkkenudstyr, men alt fungerede fint. Der var pænt og rent og og rigeligt med sengelinned og håndklæder. Lejligheden har en super beliggenhed i Cannaregio.

• Lorenzo (8/5): - Ottima sistemazione, appartamento molto grande con tre camere da letto. Arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Perfetta la posizione, vicina alla stazione e alla strada principale che collega la stazione a San Marco e Rialto. Vicino a supermercati, bar e ristoranti Sicuramente da consigliare. Piccole note da migliorare: mancava un porta asciugamani nel bagno e una scopa per spazzare in cucina.
• Francesca (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte. La struttura si è rivelata perfettamente in linea con le attese (foto) e, anzi, meglio: due vere stanze, materassi comodi, vetri doppi, imposte a tutte le finestre. Abbiamo dormito perfettamente. Non possiamo che consigliarlo. Accanto a una zona di negozi, bar, supermercati ma tranquillo grazie ai vetri doppi. Un po' rigidi sul check out (tutto fatto in remoto, soluzione perfetta per noi) ma comprensivi per il deposito bagagli oltre al check out. Ci torneremo senz'altro, anzi vorremmo restare di più.

• SANDRINE (6/5): bien placé, trop bruyant, mais un peu cher - Appartement bien placé dans le quartier Cannaregio ,proche commerce et station vaporetto et à moins d'un quart d'heure à pied de la piazzale Roma . Points négatifs appartement mal isolé phoniquement et voisins très bruyants Lit de grande taille mais matelas trop mou à notre gout ..Accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement par digicode ce qui est bien pratique mais le dernier jour on a eu un problème électrique et nous avons du contacter l'assistance car nous sommes restés coincé dans l'immeuble . Séjour avec une super météo en cette fin octobre 2019

• Jakub (8/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Pokój ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, więc kokosów nie można się spodziewać. Recepcja znajduje się w innym miejscu niż pokój, plus jest taki, że przy wymeldowaniu nie musisz tam wracać (nie ma kluczy do pokoju, tylko kod do zamka szyfrowego). Obsługa kilka dni wcześniej kontaktuje się za pomocą WhatsUp'a, można dograć szczegóły, dzień wcześniej otrzymałem nawet zdjęcia z GoogleMaps jak dotrzeć do recepcji, więc spoko. Na recepcji dostajemy opis dojścia do pokoju, wg. mnie bez zastrzeżeń. Pokój Suit znajduje się na parterze, jest mały, ale opis i zdjęcia są zgodne. W pokoju klimatyzacja, garnki, sztućce, mikrofala, czajnik, ręczniki, kosmetyki, poza niezbyt czystą podłogą, to wszystko OK. Jak ktoś jest wrażliwy, to może mu przeszkadzać skraplacz od klimatyzatora, który znajduje się w pokoju przejściowym pomiędzy głównym pokojem, a łazienką, można ew. się przyczepić do niezamykających się tam drzwi. Najbliższa okolica nie jest zbyt przyjemna, szczególnie jak check in jest w nocy - można się bać, jest ciemno, musiałem szukać drzwi, czy schodów latarką. Rekompensatą są sklepy, czy jarmark, które znajdują się w pobliżu. Podczas naszego pobytu nie uświadczyliśmy komarów, pomimo tego w gniazdku był środek odstraszający komary, tak samo spray przy telewizorze.
• VICTOR (8/5): Muy conveniente - Cómo todos los lugares para hospedarse en el centro era un lugar medio feo metido en un callejón, pero así son todos por ser edificios antiguos e in modificables es su estructura. Pero en el interior era bastante comodo, tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar para una estancia larga, hasta lavadora de ropa. Pero oscuro y muy bullicioso a pesar de las ventanas insonorizadas. • TSZ CHING STEPHEN (2/5): Do NOT Stay Here!!!!! - The location is good. BUT the cleanness and the living environment is very bad. We stayed at VENICE GRAN DESIGN APARTMENT 2 The description showed that the apartment have 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, but the truth is the apartment only got 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. The cleanness and the living environment is very bad. There was almost 10 mosquitos around the apartment. We spent 3 hours to kill 7 mosquitos after travelling Venice like 9pm. Another 3 mosquitos keep flying around us when we were sleeping. We could sleep for whole night. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but it was so smelly after turned it on. PS. there are two mosquitos still flying around me when I am typing this comment.

• Angela (8/5): Venice accomodation - The apartment we stayed in was another one that the company had, still in the same area. We did not realise the reception was not at the location so had to walk all the way back although that was our error. The accommodation was fine however the aircon dripped down the doorway causing a musty smell & some pooling on the floor area. Otherwise very comfortable with access to a full kitchen & washing machine. Central & quite a good area.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The check in place is a bit far from the apartment that we stayed. We found out the wifi wasn’t working, they fixed it on the other day tho. But the network was quite weak when we were in the bedroom. Also they did not have hot water supply so we asked them to fix it. However they kept saying there was hot water even it wasn’t. I probably won’t stay here next time.

• rodrigo (4/5): Não vale a pena!!! - Bem localizada, porém muito simples. O custo beneficio não compensa, preço da diária elevado pelo que é oferecido. Cheguei após as 21 horas e como não tem recepção no local tive que fazer um check in on line onde tive que passar para para a pessoa que fazia o contato comigo TODOS os dados do meu cartão de crédito para efeitos de caução e taxa de turismo, sob pena de não ser informado o procedimento do check in, mesmo tendo falado para a pessoa que pagaria em espécie no dia seguinte. Não recomendo esse estabelecimento para quem pretende fazer o check in após as 21 horas.

Apt was clean , location great . Not happy with check out time and payment to keep bags after check out. Really disappointed by this !
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The location is the highlight of this apartment: close to the station and in a great area of Venice, but the property didn't have some basic amenities like a coffee machine and didn't have enough forks for the 4 of us. The electricity in the kitchen didn't work, so we couldn't use some of the appliances like the microwave. The sofa was very uncomfortable. For the price I expected more.

The only negative points was having to check-in at a different place and not being able to raise the heater tempture because it is ali systematized (it wasn't cold but a little warmer would have been nice).
• Mike (2/5): *** Do ot stay here **** - Rialto design apartments no 4 - avoid at all costs. absolute dump. at least 200 live and dead flies in the bathroom and a disgusting smell of drains. it the worst apartment we have ever stayed in , literally one level up from a tent. no cleaners , no towel change, dangerous electric lamp, a face level staircase directly outside shower enclosure. A minefield of poor quality yet the cost was £732 for the week plus 40eu city tax. Air con only blew cold air even on hot setting, and it was colder insdie than out. An utter disgrace to be allowed on to the market.
• Bianca (8/5): - Check-in: different location than apartment (as stated). Lobby area nice. Staff friendly. Check-in time was very strict. Accuracy of pictures: they have many properties so it is difficult to know which apartment you will be getting. The apartment we got had a sofa couch in the living room (bed not made), twin pullout bed (not the most comfortable, bottom bunk not made), double bed in large bedroom. Only sheets provided for sofa couch and bottom bunk. Apartment was nice. However, pictures were a bit staged (lighting, decor, etc). Nevertheless, felt clean and safe. Location was great! Close to island entrance and check-in office. NOTE: AirBnB's during our 3-week trip in Europe had very reduced space and small showers. This was true of this property. Showers had to be spaced out because hot water runs out. From personal group experience, shower is too small for someone large (200+lbs).
• Sarah (4/5): - Ok for general cleanliness. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. They give you a WiFi code but the WiFi doesn’t really work in that location. They wouldn’t provide sheets for the pullout bed or trundle bed or extra blankets. Luckily some of us had brought some thin airplane blankets that helped. When I called and asked for blankets they said I’ll get back to you which they never did then refused to answer any further calls. The space is also dark and cramped.
• Marian (8/5): - Very good location!! Checking in was a bit of a hassle but doable. Lots of stairs so travel light! The shower water was only cold but nothing they could do at the moment as this is not a hotel with 24 hour attendants. Overall great stay.
• Kaz (4/5): Nice apartment, horrible service - The key pickup was at a different location, than the apartment itself. That is fine, we looked that up beforehand, and we expected that. It was a nice, 15-minute walk. But, they told us the check-in was at 3pm. We got there by 5:30pm, and they were JUST cleaning the room! All of us were just sitting there, with NOWHERE to be able to put our bags, since the ENTIRE apartment was being cleaned. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes. There is no front desk, since it's an apartment, only an office in another part of town. When we sent an email to complain, all we were told, was "Sorry, the office is closed now. Please send your inquiry during regular business hours." I would NOT stay here again, there are PLENTY of other options in Venice, since the entire town is pretty much built on tourism.
• Allison (8/5): Quaint Location - Check in process and delay for early arrival was not comfortable. Additionally, dragging suitcases along the cobbled streets and bridges although what is expected in Venice, was a bit onerous. There was a water taxi ride to the location which was fun but again transporting luggage was a task. The hotel was comfortable, hot running water and air conditioning. If you stay on the second floor, there is no elevator so you must drag your luggage up about 10 steps. It was a great place to stay though.
• Ana (6/5): - Spacious, clean apartment in a fantastic location. The air conditioning does not support the size of the apartment. The nights were hot so we opened the windows and got eaten alive by mosquitos. So, prepare to be hot or biten. The apartment nor the office were you pick up the keys are a bit hard to find. It would be nice if there was a sign above the gates to show us we were in the right place. Also, Expedia shows checkout time is 11 but apartment was adamant that it is 10. Be careful, as they charge you a Day is you don’t checkout on time.
• Norma (8/5): - We expected a much bigger and nicer apartment than what we got because it was much smaller and simpler than the pictures on the websites. However, it was still good and clean.
• Sandra (10/5): Nice apartment in great location. - The location is very good. We had a lamp in the room that didn't work and the room had very little light without it. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The ironing board also needs a new cover. Otherwise everything was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did mention all of the above to one of the girls in the office before we left.

• Shirley (4/5): Inflexible Staff - Check in time is supposed to be from 2-8 pm. They "assigned me" a check in time of 5pm as i had not yet booked my train and would not be flexible even though I arrived at 1. As a result I had to check my bags at train for a cost of 80 euro for 4 hours and wait for them till 5pm accommodate their schedule-and lost only 1 of my 3 vacation days in Venice as I had to accommodate their schedule in stead of them accommodating my schedule. My time was within the reasonable window of 2-8pm. Then at 5pm, the meeting place was hard to find, the woman inflexible as she had another appointment to go to so only had "alloted me" 45 minutes and did not provide sufficient information on how to find her and overall was just not nice! The apartment has several flaws (1) its much smaller than described - you can barely walk around if you use the sofa bed (2) there are two flights of stairs up to get to it (this was not disclosed) (3) they lecture you about that you have to take out your own garbage and have very onerous rules (with limited explanation) about the garbage (4) they will only allow the temperature to be 20 degrees- if you are hot, you open a window (and get bug bites) and if you re cold, tough luck- they did not provide sufficient towels or blankets or pillows. They did not email or call to see if we needed anything- we had to buy our own soap cleaner, garbage bags ect.
