- Hlatshwayo (9/5): Will be going back. - the cleanliness of the room was something we were not expecting. Bathroom was HUGE. Water was hot and also not hard on the skin. Bed was huge and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well and fast. Nice cool sleep. No microwave to warm leftovers from the night before. That would have been a nice addition. No food anymore at the Inn and a lot of the food places close early. So an option for food or to warm it.
- Olga (3/5): - The room itself was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and easy to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The check-in process was a total breakdown. The property completely missed my reservation and no one was there when I arrived. The doors were locked, and I was stranded outside. I had to call multiple emergency numbers just to get a response and finally be let in, which was stressful. Additionally, the environment outside was not ideal - every time I went in or out, I had to walk past people smoking on the porch with loud music playing. Good room, but terrible communication and arrival management.
- Robert (9/5): It was comfortable. We would have preferred a king bed room on the ground floor but they do not have -
- Ellison (10/5): -
- Hamilton (9/5): - Great location and central to the area, easy to get around, very helpful staff
- Tina (10/5): - The very nice place and was very accommodating.
- Michael (10/5): Owner was extremely nice and helpful, made us feel immediately welcome. - Fantastic location, for a small guest lodgings it was so comfortable. Nothing
- Carole (9/5): Nice to experience the offerings of a small Inn. - Could Offer a limited breakfast perhaps home made muffins, croissants and jam, fruit.
- Caroline (8/5): - Great location, clean and quiet. A bit dated and too bad the restaurant was closed
- Carol (8/5): -
- Davis (10/5): What an absolute showstopper of a stay! This gorgeous historic building is smack in the center of the village—location g - Beautiful historic building, right in the center of the.village. N/a
- David K (8/5): - Adequate. Next time I will request a room with less stairs. I have bad knees.

- Russell (10/5): - Love it , will definitely be back.
- Trace (8/5): i would stay there again - it's a very cute little inn, kind of off the beaten path, but worth going out of the way actual breakfast would have been nice - the yogurt, orange & plastic wrapped muffin was better then nothing, but i believe they used to have a nice little restaurant on site.

- Darquise (10/5): - Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and explained the area for sight seeing. The courtyard sitting area and garden were very quaint. The proximity to everything could not have been any better. I liked everything.
- Dianne (10/5): We will be back. - Location was great, a lot of the stores and restaurants were very close. When we got to Port Stanley early, we went to eat lunch and parked in the street, it has 2 hour parking, when I went to move the car I think that I was going to get a parking ticket, at that point we were there only 1 hour and 20 minutes. I just got in and drove to the hotel.
- Christine (10/5): Our stay was great. - The location and the owner. She was so friendly. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Kelly (8/5): - Jean was wonderful
- Debbie (7/5): Better a/c and softer bed , otherwise good - The location was perfect, but very limited parking Needs central air to accommodate the bedroom, also the couch sofa bed needs a new mattress! , maybe Netflix offered , also more Cotten sheets on the bed, not just a comforter.
- Brian (9/5): -
- Nancy (3/5): Disappointing and overpriced. - Was nice to have a continental breakfast brought to us when we arrived as opposed to in the morning. We had a few bites before the wedding we were attending and a snack before bed. Had enough for a small bite at breakfast too. The location was excellent in the main part of Port Stanley - street view mainly no water view. For the price it’s not worth it. I have stayed in beautiful hotels for much less. It was very outdated I felt like I was staying in an old cottage. Water pressure was horrible. Sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable. So many easy fixes to make it look better but seems the management doesn’t care at all about style or ambience. Simply painting the walls would elevate it. Clean up the balcony and put some nicer chairs. Wouldn’t cost a lot to ipgrade the decor but instead they charged a boatload of money for substandard accommodation. I paid over $300 per night. Do you know you can stay in the nicest retirement home in my city (I woke in healthcare so my clients access this option for respite or to try it out) beautifully furnished with three meals for $149 a night?
- Rod (8/5): Personally, I found everything to be OK. - The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. My partner ended up having to sleep on the floor as the mattress on the sofa bed was totally unacceptable to him. He’s felt he paid a lot of money to sleep on the floor!
- Pilar (9/5): -
- Robert (9/5): -
- Dwayne (10/5): This was an amazing experience for my wife's birthday, great value. - The room was large and comfortable. Location was convenient to the theatre. Loved to hot tub to warm up after a lonely evening. lots of pillows on the bed. The room was private and quiet. The Inn owner was understanding when we were late arriving (this was due to poor weather and because we had to stop for an early supper as the Inn restaurant was closed). The restaurant was closed (it didn't state this on the website). No microwave. (Note, these are very small issues and did not negatively affect our stay, I love this Inn)
- Janet and David (7/5): Very pleasant I would go back. - Location was a perfect. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Parking was sufficient and easy. It was everything we needed for our short stay. I would go back for sure. We went early spring after a long cold winter so this comment is perhaps not really fair. The property outside was a little messy and unkempt, not terrible and likely the weather played a big part. I would assume a visit in the summer would be different. The room was a little tired, but clean and comfortable and certainly would not be a reason not to return.
- Lozon (9/5): -
- Dale (10/5): - I have stayed here a few times in the past. They provide a decent little breakfast and are always welcoming.
- Lorena (9/5): Lovely, helpful owners and beautiful dining area. - Simple and adequate. A homemade bread or muffin would have been nice.
- Szaran (9/5): Had a great time, would recommend - Great location, very cozy room.
- chriss (10/5): - Best staff. Great value. It is like staying at the place from the Newhart Show. This is a type of place many people search for. They even have a restaurant with a very limited menu but great choices. The small staff may be the best part. They also have a small bar. Great winter stay. I would love to be there during the warm months I can’t think of a thing
- John (9/5): A wonderful experience :-) - The room was excellent. Comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The food in your restaurant and the service was excellent. The location of the facility is fabulous. Everything was within walking distance. Our room was freezing cold when we first went in and the heater in the bedroom was not working. You did however immediately obtain a space heater for us and get the rooms up to a comfortable temperature.
- Alan (10/5): Dickens Days - Ambiance
- Bev (9/5): Good location and staff -
- Deepa (8/5): - It was a very pleasant place and loved the location.
- Diane Gerrett (10/5): -
- Ann (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): Quiet excellent accommodations - The dinning rm was very pleasant, the food was excellent, service great Longer stay
- John (8/5): -
- Nancy (9/5): -
- Anne (9/5): Excellent - Quaint and great location
- Jean-marc (7/5): -
- Meloche (10/5): -
- Alejandro (8/5): Great lodgings! - We booked in on a Tuesday, and found the dining room closed, as apparently they close it on Mondays and Tuesdays. So, the issue of eating at the Inn was not carried out, and that was one of the important reasons for booking with them. However, the service was great! The room Keurig did not work, but they gave us coffee from the main lodge on a tray! It was not advertised that the dining room was closed Monday and Tuesdays, otherwise we would have booked differently.
We had dinner at the Riva restaurant, which was outstanding. The Inn gave us a continental breakfast the night before and we could consume it when we wanted. The room had a fridge.
- Shiraz (9/5): - Location was great and dining service was very good as well.
- Karen (9/5): -
- Judy (3/5): Port Stanley is a nice town, and this inn is clean but outdated. - Great location Property is tired and in need of some updates… especially the pillows!
- LORAINE (9/5): Great value for money, friendly and convenient. - The hotel was very well functioning and everything we needed was catered for.
- Sarah (6/5): Unfortunately not as expected - Location - right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Staff response was rather rude and unwelcoming. Check in person greeted us with " oh, you booked through Booking.com" not "welcome to Kettle Creek Inn" or any other usual customer service comments. Room configuration awkward, no night tables beside bed,. Mattress was extremely firm, pillows terrible. Carpet sounded like walking on Styrofoam.
- Adam (10/5): - Great atmosphere Amount of property
- Cathy (8/5): -
Also bitte aufpassen beim bezahlen.
- Rachel (7/5): -
- Diane (6/5): They should have honoured the price you quoted, it would have been the right thing to do. - Close to other businesses, dining on site, many choices of where to dine on site. The price you gave me $205.00 was not the price they charged me $225.00
They would NOT honour the price you quoted me.
- sandra (10/5): -
- david (8/5): Quiet, clean and friendly - Authentic, Clean and convenient location
Friendly staff
- Lynn (9/5): Would go again in a heartbeat.meal was amazing and staff was so personable and friendly - It was a unique little inn with such charm. Very very clean and location was 100% Only thing I missed about my stay was cream for my coffee. Other than that it was spectacular!
- Julie (8/5): Would return love the vibe - Liked the old fashioned ambiance. Bathrooms need an upgrade
- Robert (6/5): -
- Jordan (9/5): -
- Mizzoni (7/5): Troy was lovely and helpful. Location was amazing. Rooms are getting a little rundown and need some - Location perfect. Muffin was not good. Banana bread and fruit fine. I think you should get rid of the carpeting because the rooms smell very much like mildew. The chair in the room was completely worn out and needs to be replaced as well. A couple of little side tables beside the beds would be nice.
- Cheri (10/5): Great location and relaxing stay - Location, check in and parking were great. Walkable distance to beaches, restaurants, bars. Lots of room for small family of 3. Quiet setting.
- Miller (7/5): - Great location Sofa bed was very uncomfortable
- Tim (9/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Marilyn (8/5): - Comfortable bed.
Room was easy to access from outside. We could not figure out how to use the tv. No written instructions. Owner helped. However, the remote got sat on and we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV.
- Erwin (7/5): - Very poor. Location
- Cassandra (10/5): -
- Manuel (10/5): An excellent hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you. - The location was great. Close to the beach, restaurants. Ideally situated. We loved our room with the little patio to sit and relax. Free parking was a bonus. Thank you. The breakfast was a nice touch but a little weak. A muffin, fruit and juice didn't cut it. Sorry. The only other minor thing was my side of the bed was next to the air conditioner which kept me awake.
- Nancy (10/5): Had a great time . Accommodations and location were perfect -
- Eugene (10/5): Exceptional - Ambience. Staff. And dining staff was wonderful. Room layout.
- Leticia (9/5): Superb -
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Peaceful for the body and the soul :-) - Perfect location in the middle of everything and just a few minutes walk to multiple beach locations. Plenty of restaurant options in the vicinity as well as shops, a theatre and fantastic places for a stroll and a wander. The queen suite with a jacuzzi and a balcony was so relaxing!! The Kettle Creek Inn is gorgeous with an internal courtyard filled with trees, birds, beautiful greenery, and the sound of running water. Such a peaceful retreat, I can't wait to go back!
- Kathryn (7/5): Staff and owners are amazing - location Bed was very uncomfortable
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nan (7/5): Good -
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb - Great location and friendly staff 👌
- Burnsy87 (10/5): Exceptional - Right from check in, the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. We were given a rundown of the area, shown the building, given lots of tips and suggestions of things to do and see, and immediately offered a card to fill out for breakfast.
Our room was extra clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a sitting room and balcony which was facing the street, and it was so enjoyable to sit there and wind down once we got in.
Our dinner at the restaurant was above expectations. Service was excellent and the food was absolutely perfect. We were lucky enough to have a sunny evening on the patio covered by lots of shade from the various trees and plants surrounding us in the garden.
Checkout was quick and easy, and no surprise the help from the front desk was exceptionally friendly. We cannot wait to come back next year.
- Jl_picard (10/5): A charming small hotel - The staff went out of their way to help us. This is a charming small hotel that has paid great attention to small details. The food in the dining room is exceptional. We will return.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding Inn. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Amazing courtyard/restaurant with beautiful trees and vegetation. Port Stanley and Kettle Creek Inn are hidden gems - we will be back. Nothing
- Jeff (9/5): Superb -
- Art (4/5): Disappointing - Location, bed Room was small with drab decorating. Not what I remember from a previous visit.
Continental breakfast was delivered upon arrival and was not worthy of the site's reputation. We abandoned the plastic wrapped muffin for a fresh croissant and coffee across the street.
- Nathan (5/5): Passable - Room did not smell great. Mold beside shower.
