- alexey (10/5): Домашний уют в центре сурового Челябинска - Неожиданное удивление от отеля АРБАТ - центр Города, тихая улочка, старое здание советской эпохи скромный фасад и надпись и вдруг внутри абсолютно современный и стильный внутренний интерьер современной Европы. С удивительно приветливым молодым девичьем коллективом. Ощущение дома и семейности уюта и заботы не покидает. Отличные интерьеры цвета покрытий и пола ковролина и дверей... одним словом отличное ощущение свежести и уюта. Хоть номер был маленький, одноместный но в нем было удивительно чисто и было все что необходимо для ночевки. отличный завтрак и даже шипучее вино, и опять приватность уют и домашняя отмосфера. И все это за 40 Евро!!! фантастика... нигде в Европе вы не увидеть подобного за такие деньги. Мои самые смелые рекомендации остановится в этом отеле, впрочем кому то нравятся большие и шумные гостиницы ... я люблю домашние отели.
- Ivan (10/5): Один из лучших региональных отелей - Очень хороший региональный отель. В номере не было шампуня и геля (обнаружил уже, когда попросить возможности не было), но верю, что это просто случайность. Завтраки мега-крутые!

Единственный существенный недостаток - плохая шумоизоляция, соседей слышно очень хорошо. Рядом отличный ресторан Редактор. Хорошие завтраки в отеле
- Evgeny (6/5): Not bad - I like everything especially their breakfast, but it was quite noisy in the room. Too thin walls, and in every room of the hotel there are fans in the bathrooms, which are quire noisy, and you can’t switch it off, they all are automatic. I could hear it even through my ear plugs!
- Keysi (10/5): Great little hotel close to downtown - Loved the hotel! It's only 2 blocks from the Kirovka street, with all the restaurants and entertainment. A very convenient location, right in downtown of Chelyabinsk, everything is super close. We got free breakfast every morning, which was very nice and up to our standards. A plus: they do have free champagne so if you love mimosas like me, be sure to ask them J You'd have to tell them how to make it because apparently no one in Russia has ever heard about mimosas, but it's worth it! The room was spacious and clean, very comfy, the shower was spacious and very nice. Basically, everything you need for a very reasonable price. Oh, and the staff speaks English, which was a huge plus for us!

- Sergey (10/5): Отличный 4* отель в центре по хорошей цене - Отличное расположение в самом центре Челябинска. Открылся совсем недавно - всё красиво и чисто. Бесплатный интернет, небольшая автомобильная парковка, очень комфортные номера, бесплатный завтрак (шведский стол). Единственное, что не понравилось - это советская привычка проверять номер, не дав гостю выехать из отеля. Такого уже нет нигде в мире.
- Melissa (10/5): The place to stay in Chelyabinsk - The hotel atmosphere and decor were welcoming and comfortable. There was free hot and cold drinking water on each floor. The breakfast is good. There is a locked luggage room for storing luggage after check-out. Having stayed at a few hotels around the Ural region, this place is a good value and I'd recommend it.
