• Hannes1983 (9/5): - Hatten das wohl schlechteste Zimmer erwischt. Aber für uns war es OK. Haben ja auch nicht mehr gebucht. Der Pool ist schön gross. Zum Strand der ewig lang ist ist es nicht weit. 7/11 und Big C und diverse Restaurants sind alle schnell zu Fuß erreichbar Nichts
• Rene (3/5): 3 mal gewählt bitte nicht wieder wählen Gibt auf jeden Fall bessere Unterkünfte - Die Anlage an sich ist gut, nicht weit zum wirklich schönen Strand und zum Pool. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Möbel mit Folie überklebt und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, zwei Tage vor Bezug aber nach Booking alles abgebucht hatte sollten wir ein Upgrade auf andere Zimmer nehmen und dann ohne Frühstück weil angeblich das Restaurant geschlossen wurde. Nachdem wir dies ablehnten bot man uns das Frühstück wieder an aber es wurde gleich angekündigt das dies nur reduziert und jeden Tag das gleiche zur Verfügung steht. Die Managerin war sehr genervt versuchte dennoch zu helfen. Der absolut fähigste Mitarbeit war der Hausmeister der stets bemüht war die Fehler der anderen Mitarbeiter zu korrigieren. Für uns definitiv nicht empfehlenswert unter dieser Leitung!!!!

• Rebecca (8/5): Lovely owners, good pool, nice bungalows, would stay again! - Lovely couple running the property, they were so helpful, I booked a tour with them, used their laundry service, and their taxi service. The room was nice and clean, the pool was great and had ample sun beds. The location was a little bit away from things at the end of long beach but it may have felt this way because I went out of season!
• kelly (10/5): - The Staff at the hotel are fantastic and very helpful, the location is great and the pool is good. Rooms are basic (as you would expect for the price) but clean with very good aircon, comfy beds and decent showers so we were very pleased with our two bungalows! Breakfasts, coffee etc were good from the hotel, there is a shop opposite for any supplies you need. We had a very nice 3 night stay here.. if your looking for anything over basic - increase your budget but this hotel had everything we needed as a base for a few days on Lanta.
• Sara (9/5): Prisvärt enklare boende med bra service - Fint och välskött bungalowhotell medfinansierad trädgård. Bra pool med utedusch. Kort promenad ca100 m till stranden. Det saknas tillgång till solsängar på denna del av stranden, de som finns får bara användas av gäster på intilliggande hotell. Det finns dock solsängar vid poolområdet. Turbokning och hjälp med taxi går att få på hotellet. Prisvärd tvätt av kläder går att få med. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Fanns eg inget jag inte gillade.

It was cheap and close to the beach but I had one of the older huts and should have brought some tools with me as the doors were barely on their hinges. Did look like they had some decent newer bungalows so would recommend paying a bit more. Had a nice swimming pool. My hut was falling to pieces.

• Tvrdý (9/5): Super lokalita, nektere chatky uz neco pamatuji ale je tam cisto a personal super - Jedná se o perfektní lokalitu s bazénem v podstatě téměř přímo na pláži. Jelikož jsme si zde pobyt prodloužili přesouvali nás ještě do jiného apartmánu. Oproti tomu prvnímu byl daleko modernější takže záleží na tom do kterého vás dají ale i ten první jako ubytování stačil jen už něco pamatuje

• Marie Murielle (2/5): FUIR ABSOLUMENT LES BUNGALOWS STANDARDS, ARNAQUE ET gestion malhonnête de la situation !!!! - La réservation était un bungalow standard (38 euros la nuit, c'est le prix que je paie en général pour des bungalows avec clim , propres , confortables et jolis dans toute la Thaïlande, mais là c'était juste L'HORREUR ABSOLUE, quand nous découvrons le bungalow c'est un vieux et petit bungalow en bambou, tordu et vétuste, il y fait une chaleur insupportable, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur sur pieds (oui c'était noté mais normalement ils sont en hauteur pour bien fonctionner ou au plafond !!) et tordu dont la tête ne tient pas droite et la puissance maximale ne fonctionne pas. La lumière est minimale, il y a une ouverture qui sert de "fenêtre" sans moustiquaire donc inutilisable, des trous partout dans les cloisons, la salle de bain a les murs jaunis, avec un porte accessoires branlant un miroir branlant et une bougie eclairerait mieux l'ensemble, la porte de la salle de bain frotte en haut et en bas et let des copeaux dans tout le lieu. Je suis avec ma fille ado et nous sommes complétement ahuris de l'état de ce logement. Il y en a un autre a côté qui semble sortir de la prehistoire aussi. Ils sont en plein soleil quasiment toute la journée. Par contre à 40 mètres il y a plein de jolis bungalows, mais ils ne nous voit pas nous sommes cachés dans un coin. Je suis venue régulièrement en Thaïlande depuis 20 ans et je n'ai jamais vu ça !! Bref je vais à la réception demander un autre bungalow, la dame peu aimable me répond qu'il n'y en a pas où nuit par nuit, je demande le prix en supplément, c'est la somme en + que j'ai déjà payé pour le taudis...Donc ça va me faire un trou dans mon budget prévu :((( Bon on va donc tester une 1ere nuit ..et là j'installe la moustiquaire et je découvre des dizaines de trous dedans :(((( je me mets à recoudre 2 des gros trous...
• Vanda (3/5): All in all we enjoyed our stay but ppl must be made aware that the facilities are basic - The location close to the beach and the pool which was lovely and the wooden chalets were nicely spaced out . It was basically a wooden chalet on stilts which we didn’t mind however there was no hairdryer no bowls or anything to eat off the shower was very close next to the toilet .
• Carmela (8/5): - Our kids loved the pool beside it was not the newest, the beach just a 1 min walk away and you can order good and affortable food. The main street is also just 1min walk so the resort is in between the beach and the road with all the restaurants and bars. The owners were very friendly and we felt welcome and had a super holiday with two boys (3 and 6)

• Sari (6/5): Nice and simple bungalows near the beach. - Very nice location near the beach. Hotel staff was polite. Our family had two nice and simple bungalows with air conditioning. Unfortunately, we had bed bugs in our other bungalow. The only action that was done, was the change of sheets and cover. We weren't offered to any compensation either.
• CHARLOTTE (9/5): Super hôtel familial que je recommande! - Un hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix! Nous logions dans des petits chalets autour de la grande piscine. La plage est au bout d’un chemin d’une cinquantaine de mètres. Petit déjeuner servi à table (ce n’est pas un buffet) très bon et copieux. Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant. La grande route très passante juste à côté qui gâche un peu les restaurants qui la longent, mais ne gêne pas quand on est à l’hôtel…
• Thomas (5/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok, für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen - gute Lage in Strandnähe, Restaurant und Strandbars und Supermärkte gut zu erreichen, trotz einfacher Ausstattung waren alle Wichtigen Dinge ( Klimaanlage, Safe und Kühlschrank vorhanden und funktionierten gut) Gesamtausstattung des Bungalows vor allem des Bades sehr einfach,
• Caroline (9/5): Super emplacement et plage parfaite avec enfants - Bungalow au calme avec accès à une belle plage en 3 minutes à pied par un petit chemin. L’entrée dans l’eau est progressive, contrairement à d’autres zones de la plage où c’est plus profond d’un coup. (Idéal pour les enfants). Il y a aussi un petit ruisseau sympathique et cette partie de la plage est moins fréquentée, ce qui la rend très agréable. Piscine très propre et agréable, personnel sympathique. Possibilité de réserver scooters et excursions à l’accueil Restaurants à proximité, dont un sur la plage où l’on mange bien à prix correct avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Petit bémol : climatisation un peu bruyante et salle de bain très chaude.
• Ian M (5/5): - The location is super, you can use the resort next doors beach bar which is lovely. The pool is nice, but overly chlorinated. The basic bungalows are situated amid concrete buildings, effectively making them a heat trap. They are insufferably hot almost 24 hours. The staff: Are nice enough, but do not bring water, toilet tissue or clean anything. What was most disappointing was that I left the toilet basket full of tissue on my porch and it sat there for 2 days without being taken. Even when other rubbish was. So I had that unchanged basket for a full week. Disgusting. No change of towels or bedding for the week. I was able to sleep using the following method: Being exhausted through scuba or hiking every day. Being half drunk each night. Not leaving the air stream of the fan turned up to max and pointed right at me. I was just about able to pull it off. If you're looking to relax, avoid. Finally, the newer and larger bungalows look fine, but I also heard other guests form these pursuing basics such as water and a room clean etc.
• Helmut (7/5): Bei keinen zu hohen Ansprüchen und Alleireise eine akzeptable Unterkunft. - Nach dem anfänglichen "Kulturschock", habe ich mich besinnt, in Thailand zu sein und gewisse Abstriche in Kauf zu nehmen. Ich hatte einen ruhig und im Schatten gelegenen Bungalow. Wenn man sich der Mosquitos erwehrt, ist die Terrasse Tag und Nacht ein schöner Aufenthaltsbereich. Wer es mag, um den Pool herum gibt es Liegen und auch mehrere überdachte Liegebereiche. Der Pool war sauber und wenn nicht gerade mehrere Kinder darin planschten, auch eine Ruhezone. Zum Strand sind es über einen schmalen Zugangsweg ca. 100 m. Das Personal vom house-keeping ist sehr freundlich. Die Dame an der Rezeption wirkte die ersten Wochen etwas "unterkühlt". Insgesamt war das Personal aber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab genug Toilettenpapier und auch immer wieder mal eine Flasche Wasser gratis. Als Alleinreisender war der Bungalow, mit einigen Defiziten, ganz OK. Ich hatte einen Superior Bungalow gebucht. Der vor Ort mir zugewiesene Bungalow entsprach nicht den Fotos die für diese Kategorie veröffentlicht sind. Bei Benutzung der Dusche, stank das Wasser jedesmal die ersten Minuten wie Abwasser. Beim Waschbecken und der Toilettenspülung gab es dagegen keine üblen Gerüche. In den 5 Wochen meiner Anwesenheit hatte ich zwei Mal eine Kakerlake. Dies dürfte jedoch landestypisch sein. Bei der Rolleranmietung in der Anlage musste ich meinen Reisepass als Pfand hinterlegen. Dies ist im nachhinein betrachtet ein no go. Denn bei einer Polizeikontrolle, Arztbesuch oder Bedarf an bestimmten Medikamenten wird immer der Reisepass verlangt, den man dann aber nicht verfügbar hat. Deshalb lieber an einer anderen der vielen Mietstationen einen Roller mieten. Die Temperatur im Bad war immer wie in einer Sauna, der Spiegel halb blind und stark beschädigt (abgebrochene Halterung), das einzige Licht im Rücken an der Decke angebracht, sodass das Gesicht immer im Schatten lag und eine saubere Rasur zur Glücksache wurde. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bei einer Belegung mit zwei Personen, wird dies sicher spannend.

• Karel (9/5): - Výborná lokalita, pár kroků od plno restaurací, barů, supermarketu, atm atd. Na pláž fakt kousíček. Pláž super, klidná s dostupným jídlem i pitím. Chatky u bazénu (ta naše) jsou fajn vč.klimatizace. Personál nápomocen vč. služeb jako tuktuk, výlety, vyprání, jídla atd. Dokonce paní bez řečí kvůli nám vstala ve 4 ráno, když nám zpozdili let. Bazén super bonus pro děti. Matrace tvrdší, ale dalo se :)

• Margit (1/5): Aufenthalt war nicht möglich! Abzocke! - Nichts Alles ! Uns wurde ein 8qm Abstellraum angeboten obwohl wir einen 25qm Bungalow gebucht hatten. Das war nicht akzeptabel. Trotz Nichterfüllung des Vertrages will weder Booking noch Sunny House uns unsere Kosten ersetzen. Wir werden wohl einen Anwalt bemühen müssen. Alles sehr unerfreulich! Sehr unfreundlich! Betrügerisch!

• Simona (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Lanta Sunny House and would definitely stay here again. Lovely staff who were always happy to hel - Location is good, close to beach and plenty of good eateries. Simple, comfortable bungalows with porches and A/C (Deluxe option). The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always on hand to help arrange tours, taxis and transfers. We did a full-day island tour with their driver which was great! Nothing, maybe the showers could be updated.

• Fredrik (9/5): En liten, familjär anläggning där omtanken och stämningen gjorde vistelsen oförglömlig. - Vi bodde i lite enklare bungalows, men de var fräscha och välskötta. Allt fungerade bra under hela vistelsen. Frukost ingick inte, men vi kunde köpa till en blandad frukost till väldigt bra priser – och den var dessutom väldigt god. Personalen var otroligt måna om att vi skulle ha det bra. Chefen var en riktig allt-i-allo och väldigt härlig. Han hyrde ut vespa och skjutsade oss till stranden till bra priser. Ofta kom han även förbi och serverade gott kaffe på altanen eller vid poolen, vilket gav en väldigt personlig och trivsam känsla. Städning fungerade bra, men man behövde ibland säga till om man ville ha det oftare.

• Piatta (10/5): Todella mukava kokemus, tulisimme uudelleen! - Resortti oli siisti ja henkilökunta oli todella mukavia. Helppo pääsy rannalle ja muutkin palvelut lähellä. Huoneet olivat hieman pimeitä eikä kunnon valoja ollut. Pistokkeet olivat surkeat, laturit eivät meinanneet pysyä.
• Andy (10/5): Freundlich, sauber, ruhig - Die Lage ist perfekt. Nahe am Strand, nahe am Pool, viele Bars und Restaurants in Gehdistanz und trotzdem ruhig. Die Lady an der Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen 3 mal das Bungalow zu wechseln weil wir spontan verlängern wollten. Sehr fair, korrekt und freundlich. Auch das Moped war sehr günstig zu haben. Als wir am Ende kurzfristig eine nacht canceln mussten hatte sie uns das zu 100% erstattet. Wow!!

• Lina (8/5): insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft. Besonders der Pool war toll und die Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand. - die Anlage und besonders der Pool laden sehr zum Verweilen ein. Unser kleiner Bungalow samt Terrasse im grünen haben uns gut gefallen und der kurze Weg durch die Anlage führt direkt an den herrlichen Long Beach mit zahlreichen Beachbars und Restaurants. An der Straße oben ist ordentlich was los, sodass man sich ohne weiteres in Koh Lantas Nachtleben stürzen oder Urlaubssouvenirs shoppen kann. Auch das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war ganz ok, der Service sehr nett. Wir haben regelmäßig ein Sandwich am Pool oder auf unserer Terrasse genossen und den Fahrservice der Gastgeber in Anspruch genommen. Das Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen und somit nicht super bequem, auch die Handtücher waren nicht ganz sauber und die Dusche ließ sich nicht temperieren (wir haben zumindest nicht rausgefunden wie) und die Regendusche nicht abstellen, sodass auch bei Verwendung der Brause von oben immer Wasser kam. Die Bungalows sind insgesamt einfach, landestypisch würde ich sagen, aber total ok…
• Tristan (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten von dort aus alles gut mit dem Roller oder zu Fuß erreichen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Das erste Zimmer war bedingt durch einen Wasserschaden an der Toilette leider nicht bewohnbar. Wir haben dann aber auf Nachfrage hin ein neues Zimmer bekommen was in einwandfreiem Zustand war. Man sollte sich ebenfalls mit Mückenschutz austatten.
• Lily (10/5): - Beautiful clean spacious twin bedroom with fridge and good amenities. Bathroom had a proper shower and was clean. It was quiet at night no party people which we liked. Pool was lovely and very short walk to the beach. Had breakfast everyday in the restaurant and it was basic but yummy with lots of choice. The host’s; a woman behind the desk and man called Bangbao were so kind, friendly and helpful! Would recommend!

• Claudia (8/5): Sehr simple Unterkunft aber sauber und ruhig. Lage perfekt für Essen/Strand/Ausgehen. - Der Standard-Bungalow ist super einfach eingerichtet. Ein Bett, ein Regal, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und 2 Tassen. Aber im Grunde reicht das aus. Die Klimaanlage war super leise. Die Terrasse meines Bungalows war schön groß und hat zum relaxen eingeladen. Gereinigt wird nur, wenn man das Schild raushängt, was ich sehr gut finde. Der Bungalow ist sauber und die Anlage wird auch sauber gehalten. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Grundsätzlich ruhig gelegen (die Hauptstrasse hört man ab und zu mal aber das hat man auf der ganzen Insel). Das Bad ist nicht klimatisiert und gleicht wetterbedingt eher einer Sauna. Etwas mehr Licht und ein Spiegel, der nicht halb blind ist, wären schön gewesen. Auch kaum Möglichkeit etwas abzulegen, da das Bad nur ein Miniregal hatte und mit einmal duschen direkt geflutet wird.
• Milan (9/5): - Hezké ubytování v bungalovu s terasou. Krásný velký čistý bazén uprostřed hezké velké zahrady. K moři 3min pěšky. Velmi dobře umístěné hned u velkého marketu a 7/11. Spousta restaurací a jiných podniků v těsné blízkosti a přesto velmi klidné a tiché místo. Hlučnější klimatizace, ale dalo se to vydržet. Matrace by zasloužili vyměnit.

• Delphine (1/5): - Case propre sauf qu’il y avait des cafards. C’est un Pays tropicale. Passons. C’est hors de prix pour ce type d’établissement ! 90€ la nuit c’est un scandale…. Déjà l’énergie du lieu est très lourde, si vous êtes sensible ne séjournez pas la bas perso je n’ai pas réussi à dormir des deux nuits. Les cases sont propres mais vraiment vétustes et aucun effort d’aménagement. D’où sortent les 3 étoiles ? La piscine ? Parce que niveau service on y est pas du tout. Femme seule une valise un sac à dos, j’ai porté mes bagages solo, en galère dans les graviers. Aucun service client pour aider à l’arrivée. 3 messages sur booking pas de reponses aux questions (taxi, organisation, location scooter. Des questions normales). WhatsApp pareil : seul réponse “allez à la réception” alors qu’ils parlent très bien anglais. J’avais besoin d’un taxi pour me déplacer et de savoir si des scooters étaient dispo. Rien de fou. Scooter vétuste pas de frein, galère au démarrage, loue une demi journée payé au prix fort. Ok. Sur facturation pour l’essence : j’ai demandé combien il manquait, on m’a fait le plein automatiquement et demandé de payer le double. aucune écoute. La gérante est mal aimable je suis partie à bout de nerf. Pas étonnant qu’on demande de payer à l’avance. Bref je ne recommmde pas du tout pire expérience sur l’île pour moi.
