• Justav (9/5): - Moderne Einrichtung, wie ein kleines Apartment. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche war in gutem Zustand. Ich würde wieder dort buchen. Frühstück im Kühlschrank für den nächsten Morgen ist an sich eine gute Idee, aber die Bestandteile waren sehr dürftig. Lage ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber Zentrum und Hafengegend dennoch zu Fuß noch gut zu erreichen. Auch von der Station Bus Sur gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
• Alicia Javiera (8/5): Buena experiencia general - La calidez y flexibilidad del personal en general, especialmente de las recepcionistas; la amabilidad del personal de aseo; y la flexibilidad en los pagos fueron destacables. La limpieza era excelente, la ubicación es céntrica y el desayuno también fue abundante y bueno. No me gustó el aislamiento del sonido proveniente del piso superior. La decoración de interior y exterior podría reflejar más identidad magallánica, y la iluminación también podría mejorar. El vidrio de la habitación no está polarizado y se puede ver desde afuera, por lo que otros huéspedes del hotel pueden mirar hacia el interior.

• Alicia Javiera (10/5): Excelente experiencia - Sin duda, disfruté muchísimo mi estadía en el Apart Hotel Quillango. Desde el inicio, la atención fue excelente; el personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, incluso con flexibilidad en los horarios, lo que se agradece mucho durante un viaje. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien equipadas. En nuestro caso, el departamento contaba con dos habitaciones y cuatro camas, ideal para familias o grupos. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, con buena iluminación y ventilación, además de cortinas blackout que permiten un buen descanso. El espacio incluye cocina equipada, refrigerador, mesa, sillón y Smart TV, junto con calefacción central regulable, lo que hace la estadía muy cómoda, especialmente considerando el clima de Punta Arenas. El baño era amplio y la ducha tenía muy buena presión de agua. Otro punto destacable es que el hotel es muy silencioso, lo que permite descansar sin interrupciones. Además, el servicio de aseo es excelente: todo quedaba perfectamente limpio cada día. La ubicación es céntrica, a solo un par de cuadras del centro, lo que facilita moverse caminando. También cuentan con estacionamiento privado, aunque es importante consultar disponibilidad con anticipación. El desayuno es abundante y variado, incluyendo pan, queso, jamón, yogurt, leche, jugo, té, café, galletas y brownie; realmente muy completo. En general, la experiencia fue excelente tanto por el servicio como por la comodidad. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes busquen una estadía cómoda, tranquila y bien ubicada en la ciudad. Nada, quizás podrían incluir un cuadro decorativo de la región.

• McFarland (10/5): Great place to stay with lovely staff - As a solo female traveler this was a great place to stay. It was a mini home from home. The accommodation was spacious and very clean and had everything I needed to make my week’s stay a very comfortable one. The staff were super friendly, efficient and spoke good English and the property felt very safe. The location is just a short, easy walk to the centre of town and nearby shops and tour venues. The other thing which I liked is that you get breakfast ingredients delivered the day before so you can make breakfast to your own taste (and enjoy it in your PJs :)
• Sarah (9/5): Comfortable and cosy - The apartment was really comfortable with lovely linen, excellent modern bathroom with good shower, cosy and warm with radiator heating, and also windows to open during the warmer days. Reasonable range of kitchen facilities, so we could prepare basic meals. Very generous breakfast put in our fridge the afternoon before, so much that it did us for lunch and snacks every day too! Excellent friendly staff with 24 reception, and daily cleaning. Town centre and scenic viewpoints were within reasonable walking distance, also supermarket and a couple of restaurants. If the weather was really bad you may find the walk to the main restaurants is a bit far (20-30 mins), but it was really easy and cheap to use Uber or the reception can organise cheap taxis too.

Wer ein Apartement zur Straße hat, kommt sich vor wie auf der Autobahn. Das Hotel ist aber zentral gelegen. Es gibt relativ wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

El departamento que nos otorgaron tenía una habitación más de lo que necesitábamos, era para 4 personas y nosotros éramos dos, en este sentido estuvo muy bien. La atención del personal es siempre muy buena y la limpieza esta muy bien. El wifi es inestable. Hemos estado varias veces en los últimos años y se empieza a ver cierto deterioro de las instalaciones que en algún momento van a hacer evaluar la relación precio calidad. Por ejemplo los pisos flotantes están bastante gastados, aunque nada problemático.

O apartamento é bom, com o fornecimento de um café da manhã a ser preparado com o material que é fornecido na noite anterior (oferecido e mantido na geladeira). A estadia foi positiva em geral. O apartamento é simples, mas confortável e limpo. É bem localizado, próximo ao centro da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos.

• Gabriela (9/5): Melhor que ficar em um hotel. Você tem o apoio da cozinha e pode fazer um chá, café quando chegar. - Quarto amplo e confortável. O café da manhã é deixado dentro da geladeira. Eles oferecem dois ovos, iogurte, dois pães de forma, queijo, presunto, biscoito. Oferecem também chá e café. A cozinha é bem completa com vários utensílios disponibilizados, como, por exemplo, torradeira, chaleira, pratos, copos, xícaras, talheres, ou seja, todo o necessário para cozinhar. O chuveiro do banheiro é muito bom. No quarto tem blackout o que facilita para dormir no verão. O aquecedor funcionou bem. O apart hotel não fica no centro, mas é bem perto. Como a cidade é plana e segura não há problema para chegar a pé ao centro. A equipe é atenciosa. Pedimos para mudar para um quarto com duas camas de solteiros e a solicitação foi atendida (só que no final desistimos). Todos os dias eles fazem a limpeza do quarto. O quarto estava sempre limpo. As toalhas disponibilizadas são boas e limpas. O tamanho da cama poderia ser maior. Se não me engano acho que o tamanho da cama era queen. Para casal que está acostumado com o tamanho King talvez seja melhor ficar em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro.
• Gustavo (8/5): VIAJE DE COMPRAS - Es un lugar limpio y muy tranquilo, seguro en las instalaciones, muy cómodos los departamentos y las asistencia del personal es muy buena, la ubicación es correcta si vas en vehículo, no esta en le centro, si no contas con movilidad propia debes buscar un taxi o similar. El desayuno esta bien, es preciso y con varios ingredientes, no teníamos parking interno el vehículo quedo afuera, ( es muy seguro el lugar ) y hacerme el desayuno jajajajajaja

• Dom (8/5): Economical stay in Punta Arenas. It's an apartment hotel. - Having breakfast provided in the fridge every morning was a nice touch as I was often going on early excursions. Cleaning is done every day as well. Bed is comfortable. Location is not the best as you are somewhat a little far from the center but still very walkable. The fan in the bathroom had a lot of mildew and mold. The fan should really be cleaned. The shower head did not work that great. Other than that everything else we fine.

We had asked for a large birthday cake to be ordered and stored for a member if our group whose birthday was on Christmas. The hotel has thought about everything needed from the candles, lighter, knife, spatula. To our pleasant surprise they told us that the cake was gratis and on the house!

• Frank (9/5): Großes Apartment in zentrumsnaher Lage mit guter Ausstattung - Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrumsnah gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeit in einer Garage. Das große Apartment ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch vorbereitet und reichhaltig angerichtet überbracht. Es muss dann selber zubereitet werden, was aber für uns sehr vorteilhaft war (wie Frühstück aufs Zimmer).

Alles, auch die Küche wurde täglich aufgeräumt und geputzt! Ein bisschen laufen um in die Stadt zu gelangen muss man schon (ca. 15Minuten), war für uns aber kein Problem.
