• Alfred (10/5): We had a custom truck body installed at Jonestown Ag Supply. The hotel was just 6 miles away. - The breakfast had a good variety of choices, a different specialty egg dish every morning. The coffee was so good! The staff was friendly and it was a very good experience. Also, the pool was warm and we enjoyed it. A fan in the bathroom would be nice. Also, a clock in the pool area would be nice to keep track of the time. Otherwise it was a great stay.

• ednsf (10/5): GREAT EXPERIENCE - i GIVE 5 STARS , JUST BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DESK LADY, WHO WAS THE KINDEST HELPFU; AND SWEETEST EXPERIENCE, i DONT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT HOWEVER DECEMBER 13 AT 5pM SHE WAS there AS I check in. She made me smile and laugh , she recommended me that the Koziar's Christmas village, was better to visit and that it will be a great experience and she was right. Also the rooms was very clean I was impressed. the breakfast was great! I like they had hot food and many selections, I will highly recommend to my coworkers at the hospital.

There are no upgraded tech amenities like lamp or desktop chargers, so be sure to bring your own Didnt use the pool or gym but they too looked well cared for. Parking is limited if fully booked; and the breakfast was below average for continental breakfast. Powder eggs, rewarmed package goods, a toaster and little boxes of cereal w small yogurts. The coffee at Dunkin is better.

There should be a night light in the bathroom so you don't have to turn on the very bright lights on the middle of the night. For the price the accessories in the bathroom shoukd be of higher quality. They stank.

• johnkB9047FQ (4/5): Nice Location, Disappointing Customer Service - The facility is modern and generally clean, with the exception of accumulated dust in the room. The location was convenient for me—about 15 minutes from both Lebanon and Hershey. However, there are some drawbacks. Entry options are limited; outside of the main lobby door, there are no nearby parking-accessible entrances. The parking lot is also quite tight, and unfortunately, my rental car sustained significant damage to the rear bumper overnight. At the time of this review, it's unclear whether the property has surveillance cameras that could help identify the responsible party. Customer service was also lacking, particularly from one front desk staff member who came across as agitated, passive-aggressive, and unhelpful. If you can avoid interactions with this female individual on the night shift, your stay may be more enjoyable. Otherwise, I would recommend considering other nearby Marriott properties, even if they come at a slightly higher price.

• Resort52718444499 (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - Wife and I stayed here during a visit to not-so-nearby Elysburg to experience Knoebels’ Joy Through the Grove event. At check-in, we were upgraded to a suite room - even though our total time staying in the hotel was under 12-hours. The room itself was very clean, the TVs displayed our names on them upon entry which I thought was a very nice personalized touch! Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Wife and I had a nice night’s rest. Breakfast in the morning was great! Good selection of hot items. The coffee was really good! Would we stay here again, YES!

• Lindsay (10/5): - We had a king suite and I loved it. It provided enough space to be able to sit on the couch and watch TV vs just hanging out on the bed. There was a mini fridge and 2 tvs, enough lights but not a small nightlight. The pillows were comfy but the bed was rather stiff, it could’ve been more comfortable as I woke up with some back pain. Breakfast has a nice variety for everyone including kids and the health conscious. The only thing I would’ve liked to see is real silverware, plates and mugs to help reduce single use silverware, paper plates and plastic cups etc. Will absolutely stay here again as it’s close enough to Hershey & Harrisburg without the high prices.

You need to move the desk into the corner by the window and move the chair to another corner of the room. The heating if the room had no instructions and could not be changed. The fan was stuck on high and blew the drapery like a Halloween movie all day and night.

• Robert (10/5): Great Place to Stay off Interstate 81 - This hotel with Marriott quality is right off Interstate 81 just down the road from Fort Indiantown Gap. Clean room, nice people, quiet for being at a busy intersection, and good breakfast.

• Michael (8/5): - Check in went well, breakfast was great and that made it more enjoyable overall. Couple of issues is that there were watermarks on each of the two nightstands in the room. Clearly the they weren’t wiped down between visits. Also the room wasn’t very well lit. I prefer having the ability to have better light. The lights were too area-specific rather than global inside the room. The showerhead doesn’t allow alternate spray settings. The room was otherwise clean to the naked eye and well appointed.
• ankur (6/5): - The room was in great shape. Clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and professional. My issues were curtains did not close all the way and let light in. Also there is a garage across the street and there was an extremely loud vehicle probably with a tricked out exhaust starting at 6 in the morning. It was not just one time. It kept waking me and my kids up. The bottom of the pool needs a good scrub as well.
