- Balazs (9/5): Very enjoyable stay on a beautiful location near the Danube river. - Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Electric car charging possible which for us was a big plus. Also great that you can reach several hiking trails from the surrounding of the hotel. I wish there would have been an air conditioning unit in the room and we missed the kettle for hot water. But these are minor things.

- Carol (5/5): Large room standard of furnishing and facilities basic reception of guests requires work. - Breakfast offering and staff serving breakfast were great. Bathroom was of a good size and well furnished. cleaners were helpful members of staff. Checking in and checking out with different staff members/possibly owners was not friendly and welcoming. They really need to observe the customer service provided by other staff members. Taking into account that it is out of season ,the exterior of the property required attention. Example --- emptying full and water logged ashtrays on outside tables. Removing old furnishings from customer view.

- Silvia (9/5): Sehr gute und hochstehende Hotelanlage!! - Die Anlage allgemein ist super, unser Zimmer top, bequeme Betten mit Massage-Funktion, grosses Bad und tolle Dusche. Frühstück war gut! Mir hat im Zimmer ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war alleine und überfordert mit den vielen Gästen und Wünschen, demnach wurde das Buffet lange Zeit nicht aufgefüllt, kein Käse, keine Wurst, Kaffe war alle… sie wusste nicht wo sie anfangen sollte… schade und traurig für die Qualität, denn so wirds auch für den Gast stressig. Auf diesem Hotel-Niveau darf es keine Personalengpässe geben!!

- Mieke (7/5): Mooi hotel, maar toch enigszins teleurstellend verblijf - Locatie was mooi, kamer goed, personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt uitstekend, uitgebreid en erg lekker. Vanwege een tijdelijk probleem met lopen hadden we de locatie mede uitgekozen op aanwezigheid terras en restaurant. Groot was onze teleurstelling dat beide gesloten waren, we konden wel drinken uit een automaat halen. Niet echt passend bij een 4 sterren accommodatie. De kamer had iets schoner gekund, nogal wat dode vliegjes op de vensterbanken.

- Anna (10/5): Csodálatos, pihentető szállás. - Két éve már laktam a testvér hotelükben, ami pár száz méterrel messzebb van. Akkor is nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A kényelem, a felszereltség, az extra masszírozó ágybetét, a bőséges, választékos reggeli. Ha valaha járok még erre, megint őket választanám szállás helyemnek. Sajnáltam, hogy a szemben lévő Melki apátságot kitakarják a fák. A másik hoteljükből gyönyörűen rá lehetett látni az apátságra.

- Sandra (8/5): Good hotel on the Danube - Beautiful location, stayed here as I was attending a wedding at Schloss Luberegg. Nice room, great bathroom. Good for a wander to the little beach along the Danube where you can swim. The room was quite hot despite the temperature control that was integrated in the ceiling. Also, would really have liked a hot drink in the afternoon and in the morning but no facilities in the room or in the hotel to make tea except if you went down to breakfast

- Andreas (8/5): - Gegenüber der Donau , konnten für etwas mehr ein Upgrade haben Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf Donau Die Dame vom Frühstücksservice war toll, sehr freundlich und hat Wünsche erfüllt. Daumen hoch Rezeption abends nicht besetzt, nach der ersten Nacht bekannt gegeben dass die tv Bedienung nicht geht, es wurde leider nicht behoben. Zum Essen wurde man in ein anderes Hotel ( selber Besitzer geschickt) Beim aus checken war es sehr unpersönlich, im großen und Ganzen haben wir uns nicht abgeholt gefühlt und fanden es für das gebotene zu überteuert .

- Jutta (8/5): - Tolle Ausstattung, sauber, super Lage Personal beim Frühstück eher unfreundlich (Rezeption super nett). 07:30 ist ohnehin schon spät für ein Frühstück wenn man auf Geschäftsreise ist, dann wurde auch noch später geöffnet und viele Lebensmittel waren noch nicht aufgebaut. Schnittkäse teils ausgetrocknet und kein Angebot für Veganer.

- Václav (5/5): Průměrný hotel. - Průměrný hotel s příjemným personálem. Čistý pokoj (bez ledničky), postele s masážemi (zbytečnost), výborné snídaně. Dobré místo pro výlety v okolí. A tím bych plusy asi skončil. Na pokoji nebyla ani sklenice vody. V hotelu byla zavřená restaurace, takže na obědy a večeře jsme museli cestovat jinam, stejně tak žádný minibar na pokoji. Pokud něco chceš, použij automat v recepci. Večer si prostě hledej něco jiného a sem se přijeď vyspat a dát si snídani. Krátce bych to hodnotil jako hotel typu bad&breakfest. Zavřená restaurace, žádný minibar ani lednička na pokoji. Byl jsem zklamaný.
