Pool and hot tub were great. Female night desk clerk was very rude. All other staff we dealt with were great. She needs some extra hospitality training.

dawn (8/5): Will visit again. - The beds we're nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and big. The breakfast was delicious, suggesting u put bacon on the menu. The hotel was clean and nice. The walk in shower had mildew in the shower. The maintenance man was rude to me and my family. He had to come in and replace the air conditioner and was mad because he had to, told us he was by himself and it would take him awhile to do it. He brought help with him and it only took him 15 to 20 mins to put in. And it wouldn't make it any colder in there, but it did. We were sweating before he put the new one in. The other one was making noise and smelled. Also every night we were in the hotel u could smell pot being smoked. Some guests were out smoking it. I've stayed here before. And this is the first time I've had the staff be rude, didn't like it. I didn't say one thing out of the way to him. I have 3 witnesses to back me up. It wasn't my fault the air conditioner decided to quit.

The staff is very friendly and the cleaning crew truly works hard to keep everything tidy. We were shocked to have had such a pleasant stay at such a low price! The location is perfect as well with many local shops and attractions. We will definitely be coming back.

Really like the location & there are sidewalks for our walks. More fruit for breakfast would be nice. Oatmeal in the plastic bag didn’t taste right. Those are the only “off” thing we experienced.

rosie (10/5): - Everthing The staff at 8:00 they start talking n laughing early at 8 when check out is at 11 we had 3 hrs more of rest just letcthem know to lower there voices since you can hear them loudly the rest was 100 %

Tresea (6/5): - Good location and good breakfast. I hate a 4 pm check in time! I was charged extra for checking in 1 1/2 hours earlier. It used to be 3 pm everywhere, why change? And; honestly, it should be 2 pm everywhere. Most people (especially older people) that are traveling long distances would appreciate a place to get in and settled and rest a bit when they reach their destination because they are tired. The majority of travelers check out way before their check out time anyway...so why punish them for needing an earlier check in time. The customer service was mediocre. I felt like they didn't care if they helped you or not. I hated all the stairs I had to climb with my luggage. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was clean; but, I probably would not choose this hotel again.

Metz (10/5): Best Western has Best price. Location near Pigeon Forge, Smoky Mountsin Park, and Gatlinburg. - Impressed with cleanliness of room, the indoor pool and hot tub with a lot of space to sit around that area. Choice of hot tub and outdoor pool too. Breakfast was great with full meal deal choices, waffles, and hot coffee area. We noticed staff cleaning the pools and checking chemicals. Two ladies were assisting breakfast area. Check in was quick with instructions on breakfast times and checkout. Elevator in pool area, easy access to 2nd n 3rd floor. The bathroom is tight on space. Breakfast area also a bit tight space along one wall with room for 1-2 at a time. Waffle area was separate location. Coffee was upfront near check in desk. There was several tables to choose where to sit. Elevator several times had wet floor from pool guests. I took towels and dried floor.
