Rosalie (7/5): Fijn en goed voor een nachtje - De locatie was top, de bedden lagen goed. De badkamer was wat gedateerd en de douche was niet heel schoon.
Annick (6/5): Goed voor 1 nacht! - Goed hotel om 1 nacht in door te brengen. Vriendelijk ontvangst en aangename dame bij het ontbijt. Kamers zijn niet groot maar het bed was goed. Afbak croissant en chocolade broodjes bij het ontbijt in HET land van de croissant is zo spijtig. Ik kan niet geloven dat er geen enkele bakker wenst te leveren aan een hotel met lekkere verse croissants. Je weet perfect hoeveel mensen er ontbijten, zo spijtig.

Alison (7/5): Perfectly good enough for a short champagne trip - Perfectly placed for Avenue de Champagne and Epernáy town. Clean. Adequate for a short break where you just need a base. Bathrooms are dated, but clean. Hallways are tight, and could do with a refresh.
Dirk (8/5): We komen zeker terug. - Fantastische ligging midden in het centrum van Epernay. Het centrum heeft mooie winkels, en horeca. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, en de kamer was zeer netjes. In de parking du Jard dichtbij kan je een parkeerticket kopen voor meerdere dagen waarmee je meermaals per dag de parking gerust in en uit kunt. Het ontbijt was vrij beperkt qua keuze. Jammer.
Marietta (8/5): Alles gut! - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Avenue de Champagne ist fußläufig über den neuen Park sehr schön zu erreichen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und das Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein größeres Zimmer buchen, da die von uns gebuchte Kategorie sehr klein war.

The windows open but the street noise made it difficult to stay asleep.

Dirk (6/5): Typisches Stadthotel, gute Lage, null Service - Typisches französisches Stadthotel kleine Zimmer, aber super Lage Hotel ist abgewohnt, Stets wechselnde Mitarbeiter befragen mehrfach am Tag nach der Zimmernummer, Restaurant Reservierung hat 2 Tage in Folge nicht geklappt und wurde uns erst am Abend jeweils mitgeteilt . Wichtige Info über öffentliches Parkhaus wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, weil man sonst 40,- Euro statt 15,-Euro pro Tag bezahlt, bei Nachfrage hieß es nur, es ist ein „Parkhaus public“ und sie haben damit nichts zu tun, was ja auch stimmt, die Info wäre natürlich hilfreich gewesen

La communication par mail sur les parkings et restaurants voisins. Le confort de la douche. Le voisinage avec un bar bruyant situé à 100 mètres ; il ne ferait la fête qu’une fois par mois, pas de chance pour nous, c’était la nuit du vendredi au samedi où nous sommes passés

Frukosten fungerade väl med tillräckligt utbud. Personalen var uppmärksam och fyllde på frukosten när det började ta slut. En morgon var det trångt i frukostmatsalen; kan alltså vara trångt vid hög beläggning på hotellet. Nära till parkeringsgarage med rimliga priser. Nära till affärer och centrum. Allt fungerade väl. Däremot är hotellet lite slitet och kändes inte riktigt svara upp mot priset för rummet. Trångt vid frukosten vid hög beläggning på hotellet.

La literie était confortable et la chambre était propre. Accueil pas très agréable, on ne nous a rien expliqué. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et coûte 14€. Nous n'avons pas apprécié devoir payer 10€ par nuit pour garer nos deux vélos en sécurité (il y a un espace de garage dans une ruelle face à l'hôtel, ça ne leur coûte absolument rien de garder les vélos des clients)

On booking..we requested a quiet room..which was confirmed via e-mail..upon arrival.we we're put in a room next to a very noisy elevator..the Manager who seemed to have an attitude..told us he couldn't do anything about it as the hotel was full..I don't know how this hotel gets full..won't be returning.

Sophie (8/5): - Heel goed hotel, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Epernay, met een ondergrondse parking op 2 minuten stappen. Kamers zijn goed, sommige badkamers wat verouderd maar ze zijn duidelijk stapgewijze aan het renoveren. Ontbijt is prima. Voor comfort heb ik minder sterren gegeven omdat er geen warm water was. Iedereen kloeg erover, er was een probleem met de waterdruk maar twee nachten zonder warm water in de ochtend is toch erover.
