Guest Reviews
- Todd (1/5): Keep driving! Find a different hotel - Nothing Dirty!! Room smelled like dog/cat urine, bedding was torn (large patches missing), cigarette buts everywhere outside, building was old and unkempt and doors did not shut properly, breakfast was sub-par compared to similar hotels, location was ugly.
- Luis (2/5): - When we arrived, we had to wait a long time til someone came to check us in. Later right before we fell asleep, someone tried coming into our room so we called the front desk and the lady sounded asleep and put us on a “brief hold”.. it was not brief so we hung up and called again, the lady still sounding very asleep answered again so I quickly told her that someone was trying to get into our room, she cleared her throat and said a gentleman just checked in, it might be him but she’ll come and check.. she didn’t check. I was so scared I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. There were stains everywhere even sunflower seeds still on the floor, very dirty.
- David (8/5): Satisfying stay - The room was roomy and well equipped (refrigerator, coffee maker, office desk). While not the most modern decor, everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was pretty decent. - Make your own belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, some muffin and cereal options, coffee.
- Scott (4/5): - Nothing When I got there they didn't have my room. I had to do everything all over again and argue with the guy about who I was
- Mejía (10/5): - Todo Todo bien
- Sierra (3/5): Never again - Nothin Smell like it was wet in there and smell like smoke to and the plugs was not working
- Brothergary (3/5): You get what you pay for, cheap price equals crummy hotel! - Very helpful manager! Our room had not been cleaned so they found us another and actually gave us a bigger room for no extra charge. The room was not clean. The toilet seat was broken, everything was very old and worn. The air conditioning worked- kind of! The telephone was not connected, the lamp only partially worked. The pool area was disgusting! The breakfast was bad. No shampoo or conditioner only soap bars.
- Nataraj (1/5): -
- Curtis (7/5): -
- Eve (2/5): Absolutely terrible , I always stay with your company and have never been disappointed, but I was - The breakfast was terrible, no fruit, coffee was empty, muffins were so old the were like saw dust, no toast over all it was terrible. Went to gas station across the street for coffee. Everything could of been better the front person who checked us in was rude and short tempered. The room hadn't been cleaned hair was hanging from the shower panel , hair all over the floor, refrigerator was dirty. They only thing they did was change the sheets coverlet on bed was stained . The only good thing was our truck didn't get broke into. Also no ice machine
- Dominique (1/5): The worst in my life - Nothing at all Everything
Odchodząca farba tu i ówdzie, luźne rurki w łazience, odrapana wanna. Ale czysto, nic niebiegało, więcjest ok :)
- Brooke (8/5): - Comfortable, could have been a little cleaner. Liked the free breakfast but could have been More than just cereal and waffles
- Lewis (4/5): It sucked! -
- Kimberly (8/5): I only stopped for the night as we were too tired to keep driving. -
- Leroy (10/5): - Everything was good, room was comfortable, was close to restaurant, breakfast was good I enjoyed it Nothing
- Bhavi (6/5): Decent stay, good location - Staff was great. Location was the best as its right next to a bunch of gas stations and i40 as well. Some stuff was old and not cleaned properly. For the $80 price including taxes i would expect it to be more clean.
- Carol (5/5): The bed was comfortable, but the place could be better. - The breakfast was okay. They don't have flavored coffee creamer. They had scrambled eggs discs, sausage, gravy and waffles. They also had cereal. They did not have yogurt or juice. There was no working ice machine. The numbers on the doors needed to be much bigger. The grounds just looked like they needed a little love...dead plants sitting in planters and another dead plant in a coffee can.
- Martha (9/5): -
- Philip (10/5): - Clean room and staff very friendly
- Jonathan (10/5): It was nice and clean very good spot - Yes Nothing
- Irene (10/5): -
- Melissa (7/5): -
- Melissa (6/5): -
- Ralph (4/5): - We got upcharged at check-in
- Anita J (10/5): - No comment
- Christian (10/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): - Nice
- Joyce (10/5): - It was convenient to where I had to be and very reasonably priced.
- anita (4/5): Not as it seems - The breakfast was horrible. The pictures on this website are nothing what the hotel looks like. The AC kept cutting off. Overall not a hood experience but what do you expect for $50 a night. Next time I will pay more.
- Chrystal (3/5): I got the wrong room they had to move me and the bath tub I paid for didn’t even work was the whole reason I even booked - Easy access to everything Parking was kinda of tricky at times.
- Elijah (2/5): - Everything was dirty even after asking you go to a different room. My bed had only 2 small pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Expect the 100 security deposit for the filthy room. NEVER AGAIN
- Noel (5/5): -
- William (6/5): Mediocre - Somewhat old facilities, no one was ever manning the front desk, always had to ring bell. No ice machines functioning. Breakfast was ok, but many items unstocked with no one available to contact about it.
- Younse (10/5): - Good location Clean inside and out Nice people
- n (9/5): - better than most staff friendliness
- Nicholas (10/5): - Courteous friendly helpful staff
- Angela (6/5): spend extra -and book elsewhere - Arrived around 830 the open sign not lit but we tried the lobby door and it was open. reception friendly. The room was musty smell. The bed spread had grease type stain, ceiling was peeling. I went to Dollar general and brought Lysol for the smell and sprayed the beds and the pool had weeds growing. The remote didnt work and we had to use the side buttons on the tv. Good thing we didnt see signs of insects. Since our funds were low we couldnt affors another hotel and too exhausted to try to move to a different room. Lesson I learned you get what you pay for -it was less than a 100 dollars a night.
- Liming (10/5): -
- Sócrates (8/5): Very good -
- Alexis (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was very rude about giving any extra towels and unreliable housekeeping. Bathroom had a bunch of dead rollie-pollies behind the door.
- Dillon (4/5): - No pool, there was a super cricket in my room behind a electrical socket and made me feel like a real tweaker trying to find wth that noise was first thing I seen was a tick looking bug on the ceiling and the shower had lots of pupes in it
- Vidalina (8/5): Very good - The property was clean. The staff was nice and for one night it was great.
- Valerie (4/5): Book elsewhere if possible - Unfortunately, the property is not getting the care that is needed. Pool was covered and the cover had water standing with plants growing in it. Cobwebs all through the stair railings. The rooms look like some updates were being attempted but cleanliness was lacking. It didn't seem that the floors had been vacuumed and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. The couch was extremely warn.
- Rafael (2/5): - Old
- Hong (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (2/5): Would not recommend this property to anyone - Nothing Everything, this property needs to be totally redone
- Alicia (8/5): Very good - I like the location. It's close enough to Bellevue/Nashville but not as crazy traffic wise. I like how well the air conditioner works. I hated climbing the stairs.
- Beatrice (7/5): Good - Ac worked Nothing bad
- Carmen (10/5): Excellent - Good and very professional staff and service All good
- Jenny (4/5): - TV had to be plugged in and cable box troubleshooted to get it to turn on. Cannot call front desk on phone. Shower was not cleaned, shampoo bottle was all used up and toiletries were used. Air was not on when arrived so it took forever to cool down. Room smelled like weed. Lots of gnats in room. Pool is not open and covered. No ice on property that we could find.
- Herky (10/5): - Convenient location just off the highway and just what you need after a long drive. The bedding is top quality and overall cleanliness standards are above average for the price, which also includes decent breakfast.
- James (9/5): It was good. - Not the greatest choices for restaurants nearby.
- Hannah (1/5): Bad -
- Joseph (6/5): - After two other rooms were turned down we finally got a room that I felt clean enough to sleep in. Even then it has poor paint, uncomfortable furniture, and smelled poorly. Overall the property is just falling apart and it shows unfortunately. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with the situation. That being said we will not be staying there again.
- Robin (10/5): - The gentleman "Roy" who checked me in was absolutely amazing, friendly, and very accommodating.
The young lady who served breakfast was so very kind and actually made my breakfast for me.
Definitely will stop back on my way to Holladay to see my brother next time; and to see these wonderful hosts!
Definitely the definition of Quality.
- Arash (3/5): Poor -
- Jeffrey (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Walking distance of where I got my dinner. Sketchy location.
Not very clean.
No ice.
- Lina (6/5): - Dining: breakfast was very limited no jello or jam. Wish they had yogurt. Don’t refill during the meal
- Raymond (2/5): - Sheets were dirty requested one set for both beds..blood on my sons sheets. Scared to eat and showered.
Left as soon as we can
Do not go to this hotel, management said they were under staffed, not our problem..
Very disappointed
- James (6/5): - The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up getting food elsewhere.
- Patricia (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprised
- Glenda (2/5): Wouldnt recommend... - Refrigerator was broken, didnt work at all. Picture frame broken, about to fall on floor. Continental breakfast wasnt worth leaving the room for. Cleanliness was 5 out of 10.
Motel was bad location. Two restaurants around not including the truckstop which was lousy to eat at.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Terry (10/5): Excellent stay - It was very quiet, things have been updated very nicely. Was a large room. Definitely worth the cost.
- lindsay (8/5): - This property needs to be updated and could use a deep clean. The little Shampoo and conditioner bottles has been used. Ceiling was falling apart
Glad we were just looking for a place to sleep as we traveled home.
- Roy (5/5): Friendly and accommodating staff but I will look elseware next trip. - Breakfast bar was decent, although meatless. Eggs, waffles and cereal are offered along with orange and apple juice. Coffee but no tea. Room carpet appeared to be relatively new, not exhibiting any wear patterns but is black and other dark colors so cleanliness is difficult to assess. Located immediately off I-40, access is very easy. Our room needs maintenace. Light is visable under the entrance door, the bathroom door has large pieces of veneer turn off. One bath towel was threadbare with actual holes in it. The entire place is in need of serious upgrade.
- Jones (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (6/5): Inexpensive 1 night stay - Paint peeling on ceiling, had turn light at sink on/off multiple times to get it to come on, cycle power to DIRECTV box for it to work.
- Tripp (8/5): Not Gross👍 - Good for the price. Friendly staff. Not gross
- Don (9/5): Superb -
- Janice (8/5): - It was fine for a one night stay but needs updating.
- Lexy (3/5): Poor -
- Jessie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Carmen (1/5): Bad -
- KayHRS (4/5): Easy on, easy off I-40 - We checked in late with no reservations. Paid almost $100 for the night. As we entered the room, we were greeted with unbearable heat. Everything we touched in the room was hot. The heater was on full blast. We had to leave the door open and put the A/C on to try to get comfortable. We ‘slept’ on top of the covers all night, it was 32f outside!!! The white face cloths were grey. I’m not going to mention the awful breakfast. On a happier note, the bed was pretty comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our room. I would not stay at this hotel again.
- Bret (10/5): - The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice continental spread and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
- Matthew (4/5): Had a place to put our heads. Would not stay at again. - Location. Door handle to bathroom was broken. Couldn't latch door. only 1/16th of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. One dispenser was empty. Only 3 Kleenex in the box. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6:30am. But was not put together till a little later.
- Lessie (1/5): Bad - Price The door lock was broken, bath tub had hair everywhere, no tolite paper, used lotion.
- Brenda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Babu (10/5): Peaceful motel with a enjoyable stay - The Quality and Maintainence of Motel and peace of mind when staying there. Nothing.
- Fabiola (2/5): - !!!deposit required and the room was horrible ! I took pictures and showed the front staff, they weren’t surprised at all . They knew the room was in horrible condition
- Catanese (8/5): Very good - Bed was comfortable. Had plenty TV channels to choose from. Place to hang your clothes and set your bags. Desk and mini fridge were handy. It was clean for the most part. Which clearly I asked for more, but kind of the fact of it. The lamp was very grungy. And the chair foot stool had a tear in it. Also was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, and only 2 bath towels for 4 of us.
- Charles (10/5): - Convenient, right off the freeway, nice gas station right next door and cheap diesel…
Downsize was No place to eat and a pizza at gas station was $20 😳
- ASHLEY (4/5): - Fridge wasn't working and smelled bad. Security bar on door was missing (there was a place for it, but it had been unscrewed and taken off). There were multiple large rips in the footstool.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Jill (8/5): - Good place for the price!
- Kathleen (10/5): - The hotel was conveniently placed on our travel. The room met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning got us off to a good start on our next days journey.
- Minardi (10/5): Overall it was a great place jaut followed up with somepnesnbillshit - The clean rooms. Not call and aquise the guest of breaking things that they did not do
- Greg (8/5): - The property is next to a truck stop which is very noisy. The parking area was well lit which was nice and secure.
- Mia (10/5): - Very friendly, very clean. No issues with stay
- Mary (1/5): This hotel was absolutely disgusting. From no toilet paper to hair in the shower to someone leaving a gross surprise in - Close to the interstate The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was hair in the shower. No toilet paper in the room at all and someone had used the bathroom and didn’t flush.
- David (8/5): - Very helpful staff
- Paula (6/5): Decent stay - Bed was horrible but everything else was great. Our blow dryer didn’t work but they were super quick to take care of the issue. Breakfast very good too.
- Mary (10/5): Easy access to near by cities. - Easy access to the interstate This time the room was clean. N/a
- kylakewaterbaby (4/5): I could see DAYLIGHT from the room to outside - This hotel does not have indoor corridors. I was traveling alone for business. Once I got checked in, I went to my room. The door had been kicked in before and I could see DAYLIGHT. I asked for another room, and the front desk clerk did move me. But I couldn't shake the feeling that the room had been broken into before and they didnt even change the door. I did not sleep at all and I would never stay here again. The bed was clean. But there was a gigantic place in the ceiling that had been patched like a 3 year old tried to patch it. Spend a little more money and stay at a nicer hotel
- Howard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (6/5): Pleasant - pillows suck
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
