GuilhermeM3125 (2/5): Worst customer service - RUN—STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! It has the worst service and customer support imaginable. I made a reservation for three people, but when I arrived to check in, they informed me that I would have to make up the sofa bed myself. They simply handed me the sheets. When I asked to speak with the manager, the answer was that he was unavailable.

The air conditioner is the kind you find many places and is always too noisy. Always a shame to experience those in a hotel room; I dont know why they are so ubiquitous. One can rarely get a decent night's sleep with those in the room.

Catherine (8/5): Easy, comfortable stay - Location is a short walk from the Murray Hill train station which is very convenient to get to New York City. The parking situation was great! We got in so late, we forgot to place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our room. We were only staying 1 night and requested a late check-out. At 9am, housekeeping tried to enter the room. It's our fault for not putting up the sign, but typically I thought housekeeping would wait for a list of who's checked out for rooms checking out that day. Just a small inconvenience!

Ali and Dominque are wonderful people there and made our visit nice despite the reason for our visit the passing of our family member. Breakfast is free and has eggs, waffles, sausage and bacon and great coffee, espresso, and cappuccino. Moe’s Restaurant serves wonderful selections in Beef, Chicken, Fish and much more. Walking distance to most of New Providence. We will visit again!

conniehT5999HI (10/5): Clean and well maintained - Every corner of the hotel felt well maintained. The lobby was clean and modern, the elevators were fast, and the hallways were always quiet. My room had a pleasant scent and was clearly cleaned thoroughly before I arrived.
sreeramd2017 (10/5): A hidden gem close to Nokia Bell Labs. - This hotel is a hidden gem. It is not like any other Best Western hotel. The receptionist Monique was very friendly and helpful. The followup was great The rooms were great and clean. I wish they had more vegetarian choices at breakfast such as vegetarian sausage. For those who cannot eat eggs, the choices are limited (I eat eggs). However that does not detract from the rest of the hotel. The restaurant, Hub, attached to the hotel was good and had several selections. It is a separate business and they cannot charge your room, which is not a big issue. The added benefit of two Tesla level 2 chargers was a great benefit for charging an EV overnight. I would stay there again, if an occasion arises.

Rick (5/5): Room 212 is a poorly designed room - Good location, excellent staff, clean room The room 212 was not. It’s like you had a storage room behind the elevator that was converted into a small room. You could hear conversations of people waiting for and inside the elevator. The dot to the bathroom was so poor, like a warehouse door. If you leaned against it, the bottom would swing out. An overall lack of outlets and the TV was crooked. It was cozy for sure. No room for a chair which there was none. We stayed here about a year ago and everything was a 10. Room 212 is a poor room.

Some of the common areas could use updating. The EV charger in the parking lot is of the slow type and the app did not work. They have a great restaurant adjacent to the facilities.

From Allie at the front desk who was juggling phones and drop ins who needed a place to stay while her manager kept the electric room from flooding, to Freddy at the bar who charges phones, kept the food and drinks coming, kept the atmosphere friendly and light hearted this was an impressive team who pulled together to help everyone. Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality under tough circumstances!

Kristine (6/5): Nice Place, but our room was a little stinky - It is not a bad place. It's clean and the staff was great. My complaint is that our room smelled like foot odor.
