- Wayne (7/5): - It was good. Eggs cooked on the spot. The bed that rocks from side to side. I have to shove a hanger or 2 under one side of the bed. The bed needs to go to the right side of the room and the table and chairs need to go to the left side. The floor has a hump right under the bed, dead center. You can call it a rocking bed.
- Geno (8/5): Friendly staff and clean rooms. - Clean, and quiet. The homeless across the street hanging out in their cars.
- Changfeng (7/5): -
- Marcia (9/5): - Close to businesses we like.
Very nice breakfast choices. Could not use the shower! Would have to stand under cold water while adjusting the temperature!
- H Lonnell (8/5): We were there to be with family and loved the pool. - It was convenient to what we were doing in the area. It was close to the freeway.

- Karen (7/5): It was quiet and comfortable. They were kind enough to switch us to a ground floor room. We’re 74 so stairs are a proble - Close by my Mom’s house I was expecting a Hotel not a motel.

- Dorothy (7/5): - The breakfast.
- Phillip (8/5): - This is a decent basic accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The room was plenty large, although it could have been cleaner (hair in shower, ants on floor). The walls are also paper thin, so we could hear our neighbors as if they were in our room. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, although the grounds of the hotel itself seemed pretty safe.
- Hung (10/5): - Plenty of parking
- Tammy (10/5): - Clean and comfortable.
- Holger (10/5): - Hi there team. Thank you very much for having me over. Everything from the first minute onwards was very nice. Definitely I’ll be coming back if in the area. Thanks again and cheers

- Busingye (8/5): - The staff was polite and friendly
- Shanese (10/5): - Great stay. Modern and clean room.
- Tracy (4/5): - Lots of homeless people
- Ben (7/5): Good Hotel, Horrible Area - Location near freeway and close to airport was good. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel itself seems updated and in good repair. Room was clean and comfortable bed. There are 2 hotels right across the street that I think double as homeless shelters. In general the whole area has homeless, mentally ill and drug addicts. Every night for most of the night their was screaming and yelling right outside my window. Dozens of homeless wandering around like an episode of the Walking Dead. Its not just the area around the hotel its for miles in any direction, pretty much all of Portland and Vancouver is a lawless s---hole. I feel bad for this hotel because its nice and they seem to be trying to make it nice but have an uphill battle.
- Arnold (8/5): - Have stayed here numerous times. They upgraded the entire facility. Staff is always pleasant and breakfast always good. Location is close to services and reasonable safe.
- Yesenia (10/5): - Hotels.com customer service relocated me from one hotel to this one and i couldnt have been more grateful. It was clean, staff was kind, helpful, and patient. Breakfast was good, fresh, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.
- Asan (8/5): - Good
- JENNIFER (6/5): Sketchy area - The hotel itself was nicely updated and quiet. Service was great. However, there are homeless folks that hang out right close and it didn’t feel super safe. The surrounding properties are also in bad condition. It’s unfortunate, because this place was comfortable and quiet, however I would not stay again due to the surrounding area.
- Tanya (10/5): - We were here for a girls weekend to go to a concert. We were surprised it was more of a motel with doors on the outside, but we felt safe. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.
- Janis (6/5): - The area around the hotel was sketchy. Homeless people lingering around. One even knocked at my door. A shooting was reported earlier in the week that i wasn’t aware of. The hotel room itself was nice. Had a problem with a clogged sink. They sent repair guys to fix the problem. It was more than a quick fix, and they were in my room about an hour or so.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Our experience - I booked the room with 2 things in mind. A pet friendly place and that it had a bath tub. Which it said it had both. But when we arrived I was told I would be paying an extra 44 dollars for my dogs, non refundable. Then we get into the room and no tub. We asked at the counter and was told that they already booked the room I asked for with the tub but if we wanted a pet friendly room with a tub it would be an additional $58. So we just used the shower only to find out that the shower drain was plugged and had we continued the shower it would have flooded the place out. Bed wasn’t comfortable but we did have a fairly decent breakfast. This was supposed to be a small getaway for me and the wife on our anniversary but turned out to be a waste of time and a lot of money.
- Isileli (10/5): - .
- Sunil (10/5): - Great food options
- kevin (2/5): -
- Edward (10/5): - Clean and quiet facility. Friendly staff. Nearby homeless camp was the only negative.
- Theresa (10/5): - One of the best beds I've ever slept on, and the breakfast was great . Hotel was very clean
- CHIN-TAI (10/5): - I enjoy it
- Gina (10/5): Tho only hotel I’ll stay at - This is my go to hotel for visiting family. Pet friendly. Kind staff. I won’t stay anywhere else.
- Ron (10/5): Nice stay - Very clean, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.
- Bruce (7/5): - bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was bad.
- Chelsea (10/5): - Pleasant experience
- Rebecca (8/5): - This is an older Motel, but well maintained and very nice, my room was quiet, and the staff wonderful. My only complaint was a shower with very little water pressure.
The grounds were very nice and well maintained. I visit my mother nearby and will stay here again. There another hotel very close by however, that is run down with nothing but weeds around it, and there's a large homeless population and clientele. I never felt unsafe, and it's too bad Windham doesn't seem to care about its property, the entire area is nice other than this one motel.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Peaceful and focused on service for customer.
- Laurence (6/5): - The beds are not very supportive. The metal frame squeaks so loud it woke me up several times the first night. I had to switch rooms for the rest of my stay
- Gregory H (10/5): - No issues and was able to get in and out without delay.
- Melissa (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Nice location and clean No complaints
- Debbie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The a/c didn’t wor
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessie (10/5): - I was asked what floor I preferred & was able to get my prefference.
- Robert (8/5): - Everything fine.
- Anna Lynn (8/5): - Desk staff is very nice. Room was clean. Some outlets on lamps did not work. The audio on the tv was bad. Shower head was way too high for me (5’5”). Breakfast was good, but eggs ran out quickly and weren’t replenished often.
Plenty of parking and spaces were large, not compact.
Quiet except for one night when a rude guest rhinoceros arrived after midnight and was tossing their luggage around their room and into the shared wall. They only stayed the one night.
I checked out the pool and exercise room but didn’t have time to use them. Pool looked nice. Equipment looked good.
Plenty of places to eat or get coffee within walking distance. Freeway close.
I did see a few homeless people. One walked through the parking lot- didn’t say anything to us- and went to an ice machine area.
There are 2 open lots - one next to the parking lot and one across from the parking lot- that are overgrown with 4-5 foot tall weeds. You’ll want to avoid those areas with kids and dogs. Not sure why the owners of those areas aren’t keeping those areas clear, but given the posted warnings about fire season , the city and this hotel should be cracking down on them.
- Melissa (4/5): - Close to everything
- Laurie (8/5): - Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located
- Janice (8/5): Good location from the airport - Location
Accessibility Cost quoted did not include taxes etc so the price we had to pay was at least 50$more
- Daniel (10/5): - The staff was great, they provided much comfort to me and my pet
- Brent (6/5): Pleasant -
- Janice (8/5): Reasonable hotel and reasonably priced. - outside of hotel well kept. ADA compliant room suited wheelchair user. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast adequate. Public spaces clean. Room tired and needs updating.
- Susan (6/5): - Room was great for just one or two people. Shower was great mainly because there was a walk in shower which not only great for the handicapped but also other who have difficulty getting in and out of the tub
However it could use some sprucing up
- Alejandro (10/5): thank you! for your hospitality to us - it was good for a stay, the ambience and the room was very clean the hospitality of the staff was nice and friendly no comment
- Lauriss (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): - The staff was top notch.
- Kate (10/5): - Was very happy with the hotel nice and quiet
- James (3/5): Poor - Very poor. Hardly anything there to. Eat. We went out for breakfast. We will not stay here again.
- Gerald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (9/5): Superb - The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable at all.
- Joshua (8/5): - Our overall experience was good. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent breakfast offered, in the lobby. The only issue we had was that, the walls are paper thin. There were children jumping up and down in the room above us. That did stop however, after we contacted the front desk. The neighbor to the side of us was a loud snorer and we did experience hearing that as well.
- Leora (10/5): - Professional
- Susan (2/5): - The bright spot was the employee that i first spoke with, named Ketzia. She was kind, friendly and allowed an early check-in.
However, when i went up the stairs(no elevator), the room had a string deodorizer smell, that made me feel sick. I was hungry and exhausted, and wanted to stay, so i looked around and then sat on a desk chair, but could not find the cause, and couldn’t bear it. I went back to front desk and said I can’t stay even one night, of the 3 I had reserved.I ended up with s mugraine headache for hiurs.
- Debbie (4/5): May as well booked at Motel 6 - We had a pet friendly room as we travel with our dog. We didn't expect luxurious accommodations, but also did not expect the experience to be like that of a lower standard motel. The room was clean, cold and musty. We found mosquitos in the shower, spiders on the ceiling in the room, and woke a box of fresh baked donuts left on the counter covered in ants. Towels were stiff and non drying. The room darkening curtain covered the wall unit heater with no way to move it from in front of the vents.. Advised the morning desk staff of the issues which was received in a very nonchalant attitude saying, "We will add it to the list for the maintenance guy to look at." We will not be back.
- Virginia (10/5): - Very quiet and convenient .
- Lisa (8/5): - Great room and service
- Boyd (8/5): Very good - Good breakfast and clean room
- Evgheni (10/5): - Reasonable price. Close to PDX.
- B7933YLwilliamg (10/5): Excellent motel - The desk person was super helpful
The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Can't judge the pillows we use our own. The location was great. We made it to the hospital in plenty of time for pre surgical check in. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The next room was noisy late.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (10/5): No hot tub. Otherwise great - Eveythong was nice and new but the pool didn't have a hot tub and you had to request an egg if you wanted an egg made at breakfast.
- Passenger23583505605 (10/5): Super Satisfied - Brief trip to Vancouver to pick up my sister for our father’s funeral. The lady checking me in was very pleasant, and it was quick & easy. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed in for many years. There was a strange noise in/around my upstairs room that bothered me when I was trying to fall asleep (refrigerator I think?) but most people probably wouldn’t even notice, just my restlessness probably. If you’re picky about your breakfast, you’d probably be disappointed with the offering, but I was good with a couple sausage links sandwiched into an English muffin. Will more than likely stay here again when visiting family in town.
