Mitchell (5/5): Please do a deep clean of the room that is mentioned - The price of room wasn't bad. Cleanliness of room needs major improvement. There was a children's sock behind the television that had been there for a long while as they had not cleaned behind the beds or furniture in months.

Patrick (9/5): A good central location on 31W to go to Bowling Green or Nashville. - Excellent breakfast, and Waffle House is right by for lunch. The Casino is right down the road. It was cold, and the pool was not open. That is expected when it is cold, so it is not a problem. All is good.

Hailey (4/5): We will probably try a different hotel next time. - Great location, easy to check in. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and visibly noticeable, The beds are extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for a couple extra pillows to help me get comfortable enough to sleep I was treated like I was trying to steal them. The room was very dusty, there were smudges all over the mirror, and hair on the toilet seat.

Susie (5/5): I’d check towel situation before going to bed. - The check in/out staff were great! Room was clean. We got in late extremely tired went straight to bed. Got up around 4:30 to shower so we could leave and there was only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth.
